After seeing my neighbors roof being repaired, I approached Brayan Alexander, the project manager for Georgia Best Roofer. He and his team inspected my roof a showed me where there was significant damage. I agreed to let them replace my roof. He completely walk me through the process of getting my roof replaced. He and his team even presented the pictures and proof of damage to my insurance company. The adjuster from my insurance company had previously said there was no damage to my roof although it leaked every time it rained. My roof has been replaced. I am completely satisfied. My roof was completed in two day. They brought an entire team out that worked succinctly and professionally to replace my roof. Every detail was addressed from the beginning to the very end. My expectations were exceeded.

Great customer service! Daniela stayed communicative throughout the whole process and was always very helpful with anything I needed. They explained that if you qualify, your insurance covers everything besides the deductible and they asked my permission before doing anything. It started off with a free roof inspection and they even sent me a video of my roof marking all the damage. Highly recommend them for all roofing services because so far they’re living up to their name!

Georgia’s Best Roofer came and delivered! The process from beginning to end was smooth. Brayan was very professional in explaining everything and how everything would play out from the initial visit to the home, working with the adjusters/insurance company, up until the day of installation. He promptly answered every call and text. The roofers arrived ON TIME and were waiting outside at 6am sharp. They finished up around 2pm, cleaned up every nail, shingle and piece of trash that was visible. After completion, I was sent an ariel view of the completed job. Would I use them again or recommend Georgia Best Roofer, ABSOLUTELY!!!

Great company all around!!! Starting with Mario coming out inspecting the roof, explaining the step by step process. Helping me choose the right color, with no pressure. Sending me pictures of past jobs to make sure i like the color i choose. The roofing crew were great hard workers! Made sure to cover everything. They treated my home with respect. They couldn't of cleaned up any better. Juan was here the whole time during installation all the way til the end to make sure everything when great!!! Very happy with my roof!!! I was extremely happy to be introduced to Monica and Juan of Georgia’s Best Roofer. They were professional yet personal and sensitive to my roofing needs. They didn’t try to make the job greater or more expensive than it needed to be.
They were transparent by providing me with a video of the problems that existed and another video of the completed repairs.
Their honesty was impressive, they could’ve suggested a need for complete roof replacement but instead they contained the estimate to repairing only the damaged area. This made the job extremely reasonable and affordable for me.
Their workmanship was of a high standard. The crew arrived on time and completed their job with careful clean up within the day. The outcome was seamless whereby I could not tell the repaired section from the original section, it fitted right in with the exact color and texture.
At the end of the job the supervisor was onsite to inspect and do quality control. I have to also say that Juan returned and upgraded my pipe boots at no extra charge to me. That says a lot about their commitment to excellence.
I recommend this company highly with no reservation. They provide fair and reasonable pricing, professional workmanship and excellent quality control. They were personal and management was always just a phone call away.
