Wow where to start, Jarrid came to my house and did a very thorough inspection of my roof and ended getting the insurance to pay for the whole roof the same day. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend contacting Jarrid Gonzalez do help you with and roofing needs. Extremely unprofessional, horrible communication and business practice.
My install appointment was canceled the morning of due to internal business issues. Eventually rescheduled after multiple phone calls to managers after not receiving follow up for over a week. Contracted company finally rescheduled and showed up hours late for job in which took multiple days to complete a small portion of the roof.
After almost a month of continuously trying to rectify the issue, the company promised a $400 credit that has never been received. I’ve called multiple times with promises to get back to me. It’s now been 3 months since receiving service. Unfortunately I had two referrals that I had to cancel due to this experience. Very sad and disappointing.

I have been having a claim open for about 6 months and paid part of the process and now i have been left without updates.. person who originally helped doesnt answer phone or nothing. I am trying to contact them to check status and no reply. Excuse after excuse, very unprofetional, i expect a reply

A BCR rep named Sarah came to my home and asked me about my roof. She told me I could possibly qualify for coverage on a roof and I didn’t know that. So now I will be considering BCR roofing when I purchase my home in the future. Thank you Sarah for knocking on my door.

We had a wonderful experience working with Creighton Morgan and his team and absolutely love our new green roof! It was a small premium to order the green, but Creighton helped as liaison to our insurance company and walked us through the process, making it very easy and low-stress. The communication was on-point, the work was done quickly and respectful of our landscape and property. Wouid highly recommend!

Jason R knocked on my door on a Saturday, introduced himself very professionally, gave his pitch and I gave him permission to do the roof inspection. When he was done with the inspection, he showed me pictures and videos of the damage. He walked me through the claims process calling my insurance with me. We waited for about a week for the insurance adjuster to come out to my house. Once the adjuster came out Jason R was here with the adjuster and walked him through the damage he saw. Once they were done my insurance told me about a week they would have the results. I received the insurance scope and forwarded it over to Jason R he called me and explained everything the insurance paid for, to my surprise they paid for the whole roof like Jason R told me they would. We set up appointment to meet to chose my new color roof and scheduled a date for about 4 weeks out. 4 weeks went by and they were putting my roof on, Jason R stopped by and checked on the process and filled me in every step of the way. He even provided pictures of the progress and completion. I am very satisfied of the professionalism and communication from Jason R. I will be definitely recommending this company to my family and friends.

While everybody in the office and sales are extremely professional the work is extremely sub-par.
When agreeing to the work, we decided to add two spin vents and get rid of the O’Hagan vents. There was a miscommunication on their end, and they cut holes for four spin vents. When called out on it, they assured me that they would fix the problem correctly. Unfortunately, the next day I crawled into my attic, and found that they had just replaced it with tin instead of properly repairing the holes. After going back-and-forth, they agreed to come out and fix it so my wife took a day off from work only to have them show up at 3:30 in the afternoon. And repair them incorrectly. Now I still have two improperly repaired holes in my roof and they have decided that it is satisfactory. As of 12-11-2023 they have corrected the improper repairs. Alessandro is the man! And a man of his word. Thank you so much.

Recently had our roof replaced by best choice roofing I should’ve known by the start how things were going to turn out the install itself was ok everything else starting with Miss allexus munoz having a temper tantrum and throwing a fit because the people that did the final walk through didn’t charge me for 1 by 2s I was told not to worry about and was not charged she got wind of it not only started harassing me for payment but after I had told her I would make the $90 payment that she was demanding she went out of her way to revoke my warranty because important issues to discuss what is there to discuss we already did but again that shows it’s not what you know but who you know in most companies like this another over paid under qualified person at this point the warranty probably isn’t even worth it if this is how the company handles things will definitely not recommend this company again all this for $90 I was told by the final walk through person from their company not to worry about and was not charged initially

My brother in law suggested this company as he said his dad used them years ago as did some of his friends. The contractor that came to our house was Oscar. He was very nice and respectful and patient with us as it's our first house and first time we've done anything like this. He helped us walk through our options and explained everything I/we had questions about. They we're upfront about everything which we loved. Allexus helped us on the paperwork end once all the contracts were signed. She was also very nice helpful and respectful and patient with us . We are very greatful for everyone on the best choice roofing team. We especially love that they helped us get all the help we needed as first time home owners and we will be lifetime customers and will definitely be recommending BCR to our family and friends in need!! We also got a pretty great warranty as well!!

Alex came to my home today and offered to do an inspection of my roof. He was very informative and thorough. He took the time to assess the condition of my existing roof and provided detailed recommendations on the best course of action. He was patient in answering any of my questions and concerns . Great customer service is key and goes a long way in any business . Will definitely be calling BCR when I’m ready to pull the trigger on replacing my roof .

Would give them minus stars if I could. The most unprofessional business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Had to file complaint with ROC. They caused thousands of dollars of damage to my new A/C unit, which they had to pay to have repaired. Employees showed up unannounced. Am still picking up nails/staples from my yard.

We decided to try this company based on ratings. So far Alex and Jacob came out and did a thorough examination of out roof. Very professional and to the point. They broke down all of the product information and pricing. They went the extra mile and offered great discounts showing they had our best interest at heart and was not just about money. I’m so glad that we chose Best Choice Roofing for our new roof. It was easy from the first step to the last step. Our sales guy Ryan, was up front and honest from the first meeting. He even offered to help out with insurance side but thankfully he didn’t have to. The installers showed up on time, got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up like they were never here. My hubs & I are satisfied with the job.

Had the roofers come out earlier than scheduled… they were very fast and efficient with the removal process. Had the construction zone under control and very clean and organized. The next process was to properly clean the roof from debris to inspect the decking to make sure it was in acceptable condition to place down the underlayment, which was a very quick process. They then began to unload all the supplies and all materials and put them on the roof all organized to easily and efficiently lay the shingles down. This process made it very easy for the roofers to get the job done rapidly. Last was to install the high-quality ridge vent which took no more than 20 min to properly install… BEST CHOICE ROOFING is the best of the best, high quality materials, great warranties, very responsive and respectful staff, educational and friendly. Could not ask for a better company to take control of the insurance process down to the final touches like cleaning all the construction area back to the prior condition… I highly recommend BEST CHOICE ROOFING as your contracts to get the job done right and as worry free as possible, with great communication from staff to homeowner.

I had such a great experience with best choice roofing! One of the managers, Oscar made my whole experience so easy when it came to dealing with my damaged roof. Oscar made sure to walk me through all my options as well as being extremely patient and professional as well as relatively friendly. Ryan came out right away away I couldn't use him as I need to do financing his company doesn't do financing on mobile home but he went out of his way to find me someone who does made sure I had the name and number of people who could finance me . Worst experience, I have ever had with a company! I signed my contract and gave my deposit back in December 2022, it is now March 2023 the materials have been sitting in front of my house for a month and I still don’t have a date as to when my repairs will be started! Dakota was my sales rep and after I signed my contract he just disappeared and I couldn’t get ahold of him. I was finally fed up with the lack of communication, so I reached out to get my deposit back. I was then in contact with Jason who is just as bad as Dakota the lack of communication is unreal! I have told them multiple times that this repair was emergent due to the leaking in my kitchen ceiling every time it rains, but no one seems to care about that! Highly recommend you find a different company to work with if you want to be able to get ahold of them and get updates or your project completed in a timely manner because you won’t get it with this company!

I had a roof that was damaged by a big storm and needed to get it fixed. A family friend recommended them so I gave the number a call. Ryan came to look at the roof and said it had to be replaced. He walked me through the whole process and helped talk to the insurance company to make sure they were aware the roof had to be replaced because it couldn’t be repaired. Ryan was friendly and very communicative during the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to any family or friends who need repairs done on their roof.

Ryan was awesome. He stopped by after seeing some roof damage after a bad storm. Explained how we’re dealing with insurance and other companies as a tree actually fell in our house but we needed structural work done first before new roofing tiles. He offered to look at the damage, after one general contractor couldn’t do the work he got ahold another contractor who agreed to work it. All this work before I even offered to go through him. Come to find out we already had it set up with insurance through another company and engineer but Ryan was super helpful. A lot of roofing companies just gave a quote and said fix the damage and we’ll repair the tiles, Ryan actually took the time to try and resolve both problems. If we didn’t have everything set up already would’ve gone through his company for sure. Definitely will use them in the future come the need to! If the quality is as good as the customer service then can’t imagine using anyone else

Oscar knocked on my door and offered a free roof inspection, I was skeptical at first but it really was free! He let me know I had little to no damage and had nothing to worry about for the time being. There was no hail damage but a few little things caused by a tree and Samme offered me advice on how to correct myself it properly.
