AutoZone Auto Parts - Corinth, MS

Hands down the rudest most non helpful group of people that happen to be at work yet not doing anything but looking me up and down with a hateful look on their face like im hitting on their spouse when actually my car was messed up, I don’t live there and just needed to know what was going on with. The 2 women and 1 man behind the counter couldn’t have been ruder or “put out” acting by my presence. I will never in my life go back to this place or actually any autozone because if they are the standard you don’t want business and sure not getting mine I even had to semi plead with them if they had anyone they recommended I take it to cause again I’m not from there and was just driving thru. The man and older woman said NO and the younger one said, I mean u can go to Millers down there and walked away. Keep putting this bunch on the schedule and go ahead and order your going out of business signs cause it was appalling how I was treated and disgust me they get paid to act like that. I won’t be back

On Sunday, my family went to AutoZone to get a replacement battery for my vehicle. To say the least, it became a difficult process. The two gentlemen, Scott and Zack, were so helpful and patient with our issue. They worked, without complaint, to fix it.

The store closed at 9, but they stayed after hours to make sure our family got home safely in a working vehicle.

I would highly recommend this store for any automotive help!

I initially gave 4 stars but that was before I did some research. It was after the fact. I needed all new lug nuts, 24 total. The cost was roughly $120. The woman who took my order actually commented on how expensive it was, to which I replied that I didn't see a choice. I later learned I could've bought them on Amazon less than one fourth the amount I paid at AutoZone. I guess she works on commission, and maybe she would've gotten in trouble with her boss. Still, if I were in her position, I'd have advised the customer of the much cheaper alternative. I'm sure AutoZone will continue to prosper without my business and good for them, because they sure aren't gonna get anymore.

It's a great parts store that very rarely doesn't have what I need and the staff is willing to try and get those parts if available.

I will never go to this auto zone again the worst staff ever‍♀️ Very rude and don't try to help at all. You need to make sure all employees and customers know how putting something on hold works and for how long it actually stays on hold. The manager which was an older lady was the worst of all. Managers are there to help Not run customers off RUDE AND JUST PLAIN AWFUL

The staff were willing to assess my issue quickly and advise me on the best course of action to take and what parts would need to be replaced in the correct order. I purchased one part that was very reasonably priced and replaced it my myself, which seems to have fixed all the visible issues, instead of having to put multiple new parts in.

Paula and Jimmy at AutoZone are awesome. They helped me with a problem I did not know how to resolve. Going outside of the box two days in a row….friendly and superior customer service!!!

The manager Paula provided excellent customer service. This store has a friendly knowledgeable staff that will help answer questions and take the extra time to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied when you leave the store. I highly recommend Autozone store 0029 in Corinth, Mississippi.

I spent two hours at Walmart waiting for them to check and replace my battery. I had already picked which price battery I wanted to purchase. Two hours later I was told they didn’t have the right battery but they checked and mine was definitely bad! I went to Auto Zone and paid and had a new battery installed in less than TEN MINUTES!!!! I greatly appreciate you nice folks at Auto Zone!

Had a dead battery tonight at closing time. They got me a battery and installed right away. Very kind folks.

My son (17) went in and Jarvis and Shorty were great! Assisted him & went above and beyond for the kid that walked in needing help, checked car, installed battery and provided knowledge. THANK YOU JARVIS & SHORTY!!

I has a trailer wheel bearing go bad this morning while traveling from Florida. I pulled into this location and the lady's there were very very helpful and knowledgeable on what I needed to get back on the road. I wanted to buy them lunch but they smiled and said no its apart of their job. Very professional representation of the company.

Very helpful with making sure you get everything you need and always quick to give a helpful tip on my projects. Always enjoy Corinth AutoZone.

It's great when they will walk outside to my car and I can pop the hood and say "I need this power steering hose." Next morning the hose arrives and My 1979 Lincoln Mark V is on the road again, drip free. Thanks Guys
