The team at Ford of Corinth make purchasing a vehicle painless. Joe McNatt is one of the best salesmen I’ve ever worked with. There was no pressure and he encouraged test driving anything I was interested in. Easy dealership to work with and an even better salesman.

We bought a new 2025 Ford f150. Joseph made it so easy. He took care of everything. Called to keep us informed about everything. He is very knowledgeable and a real good salesman. We will use him everytime.

Purchased a vehicle from here. Had a problem after leaving, but they took care of it and very happy with the results. Good experience dealing with our salesman “Tyler” and Finance Manager “Jim” too. From my experience, it’s clear the owner of this dealership really cares about his customers and the dealerships he runs. Would recommend friends and family and look forward to doing business here again.

I am a very unpleased customer had our Escape there twice for the coolant problem. And still isn't fixed correctly after $2,100 and wanting another $1600 on top that's not good business in finding what's going on with the vehicle . Service department sucks big time. Don't appreciate calling the dealership asking for the service manager not getting them on the phone. Kylar wants to come on the phone and blow smoke up my ass. That why we came and picked it up today!!!!!

I bought an Escape for my son in February. Nick was our salesman. We actually came to this dealership to view a vehicle found online. It was not what we had anticipated. Nick was very patient with us and helped us find the vehicle that best fit our lifestyle.

Absolutely pathetic.
Would not even discuss price unless I “came inside”.
Whether I’m standing in the lot or in the lobby doesn’t affect the price of the vehicle.
Hope the sales manager who made the call sees this one.
I’m buying a $75k vehicle this week.
Just not from you.
Good luck running your car museum.

Aaron does a great job trying to meet his customers’ needs-no pressure to buy something brand new. He just wants to help put you in what you want. I also appreciated that he would respond to texts or calls “outside of business hours.”

I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone...and this is why...

I needed a part (a very small $70 part) for my truck and my wife was already in Corinth so once I called the dealership to verify that they had the part, I asked my wife to swing by and pick it up for me. My wife has never been to this dealership nor has she ever owned a Ford...and after this experience, never will.
A normal person would think that the parts department would be attached to the service department, but no, not here. They are two totally separate areas. My wife, being a normal person, walked into the service department to find no employee present. As she made her way further into the building, she came upon 5-6 individuals standing in an office, office door open and coffee cups in hand, talking and laughing amongst themselves. She knocks on the door facing saying "Hello" to try to get someone's attention to ask where she needs to go to get my part. NONE of the employees look up, respond, or even acknowledge that a customer is there needing assistance. My wife, being the independent person she is, then proceeds to the sales floor to possibly get some guidance on where the parts department is. She finds a male salesperson, coffee cup in hand, talking to a female receptionist type person. My wife asks were she can find the parts department, and the male points his coffee cup towards a counter in the back of the sales area stating, "well that's the parts department right over there" in a condescending tone and demeanor of "leave me alone, you're a woman, don't know what you're doing and not buying a car so don't talk to me." My wife makes her way to the parts counter and the male parts employee is very short, condescending, and sexist according to my wife, treats her like she is a very unintelligent person, basically treating her as if she doesn't have a clue as what she is doing and should let "men do the men stuff." For reference, my wife is a very intelligent, Master's prepared, independent woman that has no problem doing maintenance on her own vehicles.
With all of this said, I will NEVER recommend Long-Lewis Ford to anyone due to the way the employees first ignored, then treated my wife as if she didn't matter, and finally treated her with a very sexist attitude like they did. Manners matter. It can make or break a business. I will now drive to another Ford dealer completely unaffiliated with Long-Lewis, no matter how far the distance, to get parts, service, and possibly buy another truck or vehicle.

Bad form, Long-Lewis. Bad form. If you are the Owner of this dealership and are reading this review, you may want to take it to heart and find out why your employees treat customers like this.

Absolutely love these ppl. Nick and Robbie went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle. Yeah I get the fact that it's their job to sell cars but they understood my situation and told me exactly what I needed to do. The people there are laid back and chill! When u walk in, there's definitely a feeling of relaxation.

I received a recall on my 2023 Bronco Sport. I called Corinth Ford to schedule an appointment. I was given 12pm Tuesday. I asked the young lady on the phone about how long the repair would take she replied "2 hours". My husband followed me there to drop off the vehicle. I checked in and told the young man we'll be back in 2 hours. We left and proceeded to take care of the things we needed to including grocery shopping. When we returned to Corinth Ford 2 hours later we went in the service area to inquire about my Bronco and the status of the repair. Brandy was the lady at the desk. She said "let me go check", as I was waiting for her to return, I saw my Bronco being driven into a service bay. I'm standing there thinking what the heck did I just see? So, when Brandy returned she would not give me a straight answer about the status of my Bronco. I asked point blank... " did my Bronco just now go back to the service area?" She said "let me go check". Check on what? She just went to do that...I thought. My husband and I explain Brandy.. we had groceries in his truck and we couldn't sit there and wait and additional 2 hours waiting on the repair. We drove 25 miles back home to put the groceries away and drove 25 miles back to pick up my Bronco. I was NEVER given and explanation or an apology for the inconvenience. What is this world coming to? Customer service these days is terrible to say the least!!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place for service. They may be great at selling cars, but the service was disappointing on multiple levels. It took nearly a week for them to install a battery, a belt, and to attend a recall under warranty. They will charge you $180.00 just to check the computer diagnostics. My regular mechanic charges $30. That's 6x the price.
My vehicle was dropped off on Wednesday. There was some communication, but not nearly enough. It perhaps would have been nice to inform me on Friday that your techs don't work on the weekends. I called Saturday. I was less than thrilled.
Monday we are still waiting on a belt.
Tuesday I was finally able to pick my vehicle up.
$932.00
Wow, that's definitely more than I thought it would be.
Okay, let's settle up.
Here's my credit card.
There will be a 3% charge added.
My head nearly exploded.
Sure, I would be delighted to give you an additional $28 that I could have avoided if someone had communicated this policy to me.
Maybe most people don't balk at this, but I try to be smart with my money. It was just the cherry on top.
The only reason I went to Ford was because I thought my issue was due to the recall. That was taken care of, but unfortunately I had other issues as well. So it goes.
Go local. There are people who still do quality work that will do it for a much better fee.

Such an easy buying process!! Everyone we met was so nice and even played with our kids while my husband and I were signing paperwork. Joseph and Robbie were both so kind and have kept us updated on every step of the process. My family Highly recommends that if you are looking for a company that genuinely cares, treats you with respect, and will do everything possible to get you the car of your dreams at a price or payment you can afford that you head to Ford of Corinth.

Mr. Joseph has been such a kind and patient person through our buying experience. He is well knowledgeable about the Ford products and if he didn't know, he knew how to navigate the internet to find the answer for me, quickly. We purchased two 2024 Ford trucks, a Lariat and a King Ranch, on this visit and we have purchased trucks from Long Lewis Ford over the years. We will be back again. Thank you Mr. Joseph!!

Bad experience with Corinth of ford took our truck in to change oil and transmission fluid they gave us a price then when we go to pick it up and pay they add another 400 dollars to the bill for shop fees and others like really, they try two get everything outta you, I would suggest a local automotive place they do the same job and it's cheaper with no hidden fees

Joseph was recommended to us by some friends, he was very helpful, patient and not pushy which was very much appreciated. One of the main things we appreciate was that he did not go to his desk and star putting hard credit checks and then saying this institution will give you the loan for an outrageous porcentaje so we left Ford dealership of Corinth with a car that was just what we needed and no hassles and being concerned of our monthly payments and that is some of the main reasons we appreciate Joseph in making our decision to buy a new vehicle and was also a pleasure working with Roby in finances, very professional job .

My oil pan started leaking at the plug after the first oil change I performed. They said I tightened it too tight. I could barely remove the bolt when loosened. The fact is, they continuously tightened it too tight and when I changed the oil, the pan cracked from them tightening it too tight. When I first noticed the pan leaking is when I tried to tighten as much as I could. It cost me $2460. I'll never take my vehicles for an oil change again.

I had the best time buying my truck at Ford of Corinth. Keith Emmons my sales rep did not once push me into any sales gimmick. He listen to my wants and concerns and just like that, magic! I got my truck. No hassle just good old boy Keith. If I decide to buy again it'll be at Ford of Corinth.

If you are looking for a used vehicle, this is not the place to go. This is a long one, but read to the end. Long story short, they sold a van to a handicapped man that turned out to have a front differential/transmission issue for the price of a van that does not have any major mechanical failures, refused to honor their IOU, and said “tough luck” in the rudest way.

Wanted to buy my handicapped father a van so that he could fit his chair in it and I could put him in it easier. Found one here and went to look at it. Salesman was absolutely wonderful. Test drove it home to my husband so he could make sure nothing mechanically was wrong with it.

This is a 12 year old van, so naturally it was not in perfect condition. Suspension is a little loud, fog lights in the front busted out, interior lights in the front not working. I’m not unreasonable. These are things I could easily and cheaply get fixed. But the front passenger wheel was so loose that you could about pull it off and it made a humming noise with the cruise control. Those sounded expensive, so of course I’d want these fixed prior to paying FULL PRICE for this 12 year old van. I went back to them and said “hey, knock some off so I can get those seen about and I’ll pay you cash.” This is where their lies started. They wrote me an IOU and said they would address the issues. OK. This is where I was stupid, bc I paid them. I thought the IOU would for sure have these things covered. It was signed and on paper.

I leave the van with them a few days to address the issues and they call and say “ok it’s good to go! You can come pick it up!” Go to get it. They replaced the broken tie rod that I asked about, but still had the humming sound when I drove it. Went straight back. I said “hey it’s still making that noise.” They said they didn’t hear anything, but had a technician ride with me. The technician heard the noise. I then left to van with them an additional week to track down where the noise was coming from.

They called the next week and said it’s ready. Said that they “called Honda and it’s common for them to make that noise.” I go up there again, and I demanded they tell me what was making the noise. The manager scrambles and says “well I drove it and didn’t hear anything.” By this point I was just over it. I said “well the technician heard it and I left it here so it could be addressed.” They go and get 2 technicians who tell me that the noise is coming from the differential/transmission.

Pretty much, the general manager says “what do you want us to do? We aren’t Honda people. Take it to Honda. We aren’t transmission people either. Idk why you’re getting so upset about a 12 year old van.” This is when I knew nothing would be done. I asked for a partial refund back so I could have the issue looked at, or a full refund as the van has not left their lot other than test drives. They didn’t hesitate when they said no. The manager then says,” I’ll tell you what, if the transmission falls out in the next year, I’ll replace it.” I asked for that in writing and he says “I’m not putting that in writing.”

I have no prior experience buying a vehicle from here, but have purchased from crossroads, who were FAR more transparent and fixed issues before I purchased from them. The managers were also FAR more respectful and professional compared to these folks.Learn from my mistake and just get your used vehicles from an individual.

Edited to add: Another thing they aren’t transparent about is the $800 warranty they MAKE you purchase. Kind of silly I had to do that too for “a 12 year old van.”

By far the best car buying experience I’ve had! Very friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Only took an hour to complete the process from start to driving off in my new truck! Highly recommended! Ask for Joseph!

We had the best experience over the phone and in person with Robbie Grosinske. He and the whole team at Ford of Corinth made the truck buying stress-free! We found the truck on CarFax, drove 4 hrs., and came home with a truck my son loves. Thank you, Ford of Corinth, for a great experience!

Bought two vehicles here. Was going to buy a third but not anymore. I know they charge more for literally everything but was fine with that. Took my vehicles here for oil changes etc. My newer vehicle Ford Escape hose broke to the rear window. So I called them up to see if it’s covered under my extended warranty I purchased from Ford. Paid $2,500 for the warranty. Lady tells me they’ll need to do a diagnostic to see if warranty covers it. Diagnostic cost $190. She needs the diagnostic to get the part number in order to check and see if it’s covered under warranty. So I call parts and got the part number then called her back. After calling her back with the part number. She tells me a diagnostic will still need done. First off how do you run a diagnostic on a broken hose?? Anyways I ask if it’s not covered how much am I looking at? She says $190 for diagnostics, price of parts, and it will probably take two to three hours to fix. Rough estimate $400. Well I took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube. It took maybe three minutes for them to fix it. I paid Jiffy Lube $11 for parts and labor. Ford lost a long time customer. Never using them again.

I dealt with Robbie, but honestly everyone there was so nice and helpful. I was put in a very bad spot by a dealership out of town, but Ford of Corinth really worked with my little budget and got me in something I love. If you go see Robbie! He will get you set up!

Service dept was of no help. What so ever. Didn’t even know about the recall, but told me not to worry about it.
On the keyless entry system, I paid them in my last visit to recover the code. They told me they try it several times and it worked fine.
Now, without even looking at my car, I’m told they will need to replace the pad. At a cost of estimated 1000.00
I just said NO Way. Got in my car and left.

I bought my truck from Long Lewis (Now Ford of Corinth) and moved away to near Mountain Home, Arkansas. I needed work on a manifold that quit functioning. My repair shoppe has tried to get the part from the local Ford dealerships here for over eight months. The local Ford dealerships kept telling them they couldn't get the part as it was unavailable. I called Matt at Ford of Corinth and I had the part in two weeks. This is a clear example of superior service that Ford of Corinth delivers to their clients. Great job!

One tech. So took over 2 hrs for my 2 vehicles that I am forced to make an appointment for.
Kid couldn’t drive my standard truck so I had to pull it in and out. Should I trust someone to work on my vehicles that can’t even drive!!??
Was told my truck had to have full synthetic. Owners manual says 5w-20 - no mention of kind. They put in 0w-20 Full synthetic without asking and charges an extra $20 over their already ridiculous price.
The report they gave and explained to me as the brakes were in the yellow… “right on the verge of needing replaced” she said…
They can’t read their own paper!!! The brakes on one vehicle were a “6” the other “5” - their OWN PAPER states “5” or better is GREEN and perfectly fine.
Not using them anymore. Walmart is $50 bucks or less and they know how to drive and read!

I took my f250 in for service my check engine light was on but my ford pass said it was a problem with air flow and they claimed that I needed an egr valve replacement and a turbocharger hose which came out to well over 2000$ tell me why i took it to another ford dealership they read the codes printed them out for me and fixed my mass air flow sensor which was the problem for 1/3 of the price. I have been a loyal customer to ford of corinth for many years now i will not be back and i do not recommend them at all very disappointed #disabledveteran
