I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone...and this is why...
I needed a part (a very small $70 part) for my truck and my wife was already in Corinth so once I called the dealership to verify that they had the part, I asked my wife to swing by and pick it up for me. My wife has never been to this dealership nor has she ever owned a Ford...and after this experience, never will.
A normal person would think that the parts department would be attached to the service department, but no, not here. They are two totally separate areas. My wife, being a normal person, walked into the service department to find no employee present. As she made her way further into the building, she came upon 5-6 individuals standing in an office, office door open and coffee cups in hand, talking and laughing amongst themselves. She knocks on the door facing saying "Hello" to try to get someone's attention to ask where she needs to go to get my part. NONE of the employees look up, respond, or even acknowledge that a customer is there needing assistance. My wife, being the independent person she is, then proceeds to the sales floor to possibly get some guidance on where the parts department is. She finds a male salesperson, coffee cup in hand, talking to a female receptionist type person. My wife asks were she can find the parts department, and the male points his coffee cup towards a counter in the back of the sales area stating, "well that's the parts department right over there" in a condescending tone and demeanor of "leave me alone, you're a woman, don't know what you're doing and not buying a car so don't talk to me." My wife makes her way to the parts counter and the male parts employee is very short, condescending, and sexist according to my wife, treats her like she is a very unintelligent person, basically treating her as if she doesn't have a clue as what she is doing and should let "men do the men stuff." For reference, my wife is a very intelligent, Master's prepared, independent woman that has no problem doing maintenance on her own vehicles.
With all of this said, I will NEVER recommend Long-Lewis Ford to anyone due to the way the employees first ignored, then treated my wife as if she didn't matter, and finally treated her with a very sexist attitude like they did. Manners matter. It can make or break a business. I will now drive to another Ford dealer completely unaffiliated with Long-Lewis, no matter how far the distance, to get parts, service, and possibly buy another truck or vehicle.
Bad form, Long-Lewis. Bad form. If you are the Owner of this dealership and are reading this review, you may want to take it to heart and find out why your employees treat customers like this.
