This place was Great, I was in town only for a day I live 5 hours away and while I was in corinth my vehicle broke down. They squeezed me in even tho they had back to back appointments and got me back on the road in no time, the employees were very kind and respectful as well!!! Other GM dealers need to take lessons from Crossroads. I had ordered a Silverado 3500 from my local dealer, whose customer service was laughable. And many calls directly to GM to find out the status of my order only resulted in even more frustration. Crossroads had an almost exact match to my order and delivered it directly to my house.

Customer service is not that hard: simply deliver the product the customer what, which is exactly what Riley at Crossroads did.

Tried to charge me over 2K for something that ended up just being a loose wire on my battery, $500 just to change a battery. After my battery died, it was throwing an alert that my car was overheating even though it reads normal in live time. We thought maybe it had something to do with the computer stuff, so we took it to Crossroads. They told us we need a new water pump, that there was a leak. Luckily, that just didn't make sense why a dead battery all of a sudden caused a leak, so we chose to go get it instead of letting them do any repair. After further research, we figured out it was just a loose wire that we didn't connect back after changing the battery out. What ended up just being a bad battery and a wire that wasn't connected, could have cost us over $2,200 if we let them work on it and that new part wouldn't have even fixed the issue. DO BETTER CROSSROADS and quit trying to take advantage of customers.

I have bought my share of new vehicles over the years and have never had an experience quite like dealing with Crossroads!!!! I have never dealt with a company that will absolutely not contact you back… We purchased a new Denali Ultimate for our son. And upon arriving it didn’t have 3 of the amenities listed. Good thing we did a thorough walk around. Didn’t get our $1000 credit that they had to have to hold the vehicle for 10 hrs for us. But took them 2 weeks to refund the money after numerous calls….was promised a paint pen due to some scratches that we found. Finally received that after 3 weeks. And to top it off my sons truck lasted 1 mth from the day we purchased it, the motor locked up “due to the recall” but what do you think our response was when we called Crossroads to see how quick they could get it in and or get a loaner!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Stear clear of this dealership. They do not stand by their word.

Took my truck there to work on. They told me the part was covered under warranty. 30 minutes to replace the part. Then came back and told me the wire to the part was broke and I would have to pay 600 bucks. Told them to just give me the truck back. Then they told me they worked on the truck for 3 hours so I had to pay. How do you spend 3 hours working on a truck to replace a part that takes 30 minutes to change? The wire that plugged into the part was broken. Wouldn't that be the first step to replacing the part? They charged me 120 dollars for a tiny plug with 2 wires connected to it. My brother came over and fixed the wire in 20 minutes. Trust me when I tell you that warranty that comes with your new ride doesn't mean anything. Nothing. How could I be held responsible for a broken wire that has no exposure to anything? This was the 2nd GM shop my truck has been too. Its been down for 3 weeks over this broken wire. No, you didn't have to trace the wire. It was literally hanging down. You could see it. My friends told me not to buy a GM product. I told them it came with a factory warranty with 100k miles. They laughed and told me just wait until you need to use it... I feel really stupid for not listening. 70k truck broken in 38k miles. I've paid to have this truck towed. I've had to rent cars, I've missed work, and ive paid lots of money. My brother buries utilities for a living and fixed the truck in 20 minutes when the dealer said it would take 2.3 hours. These places rip you off. I bought a new truck thinking I wouldn't have to work on it. Boy was I wrong. This place specifically screwed me. They told me they couldn't find a problem. I said just pull the truck out and let me leave. They said ok. Then came back and said they already started taking it apart. Why? They just said they didn't have a code or problem. Said it's covered under warranty you will be out in 30 minutes. An hour later they say you owe us 600 bucks. I told them it was bullshit. I wasn't wrong, but had to pay 300 to get my keys back. When your car breaks down don't be like me and think your warranty matters. Just take it to your normal mechanic. GM is going to charge you anyways. Might as well take it to someone who knows what the hell they're doing. This place ripped me off and I have the receipts to prove it. Don't be stupid like me.

Everybody is so nice here! This was my first time buying a car and LP Spence helped me and got me exactly what I wanted! I recommend anybody to come get a new car here!

This dealership was amazing to do business with! Alayna was my Sales Lady and she went above and beyond for me , I told her exactly what I wanted and she made it happen, smooth and easy!

If I could give them a zero I would for service. My mom broke down in Corinth and had her vehicle towed here. What a mistake. Said it was an Ecm module d/t code coming up. They more that tripled the price of part. When after her driving it 20-25 miles to check she was broke down again shortly after leaving church. She had it checked b4 taking it back and the code they have on recite from when they had it the first time is coming back up. Then when they get it back they say it’s something completely different. They say she needs a timing chain bc it will tear up very soon . So why didn’t they tell her the timing chain was bad and would be going out soon when she picked it up the first time and what about the same code for ECM module still coming up. Well she asked and they don’t answer her at all. They are silent. They stripped a screw in fuse box bc no one else has worked in that area but them and it wasn’t stripped b4 they got it the first time but they put a wood board next to it since it wont tighten enough to make it fit tighter. Now wouldn’t the correct way to fix it be to put a new screw in it. I mean with more than tripling the price of a refurbished ECm module, u couldn’t afford a new screw????She also confronted them about this and Jesse the manager gives no answer at all again, he is silent!!! They took advantage of her trying to get a lot of money from her and not fixing her problems and creating new ones. She is a senior citizen , female with that only one vehicle and yet they have no conscience about doing her dirty. Don’t know how they sleep at night. Don’t walk, run as fast as u can AWAY from this dealership!!!

It was a good turn around. My only problem was that I wasn't out of pocket (nearly $300) for the additional expenses (maintenance costs) associated with the GM faulty torque converter issue. Otherwise, it was a good service and those involved were great!

I got a car from this place last year and they pushed there lifetime power train warranty on me. Well here it is a year later and I’m having problems with my vehicles motor. I have a mechanic that changes my oil. Which when I bought the vehicle I was told I was allowed to change my oil in my vehicle as long as I kept the receipts. Well my mechanic I have is old school and hand writes his receipts. Well needless to say the warranty isn’t worth a crap and the warranty people are always gonna find a way out of not fixing your vehicle.

Took vehicle in last August to be diagnosed wasn’t covered by warranty gave go ahead to pay $1400 to open engine when given ridiculously high quote said no I’ll bring it home. They never closed my motor back up or put oil back in it and completely ruined motor when all it needed was lifters. They left it open all way to pistons. Yet I paid 1600$ to get it back. This will go to court.

Corey is fantastic. He is who sold me my truck. Very helpful. I went in to have my oil change. I had my daughter call and schedule the appointment. She advised them of my 10% off email coupon. She assured my daughter I would get 10% off. I didn't. That I was not pleased with.

This is my third vehicle purchase in the last year from Crossroads and they are the best, treating me as part of the family there. They once again delivered the vehicle to me, which was 400 miles! I highly recommend this dealership to ANYONE ANYWHERE!

I use the service center to have my 2017 Duramax serviced. I have been using them since I bought the Duramax. Great service, great management of the service center, and easy method to pay since I don't live close. I will continue to use Crossroads to service all my Chevrolet and GMC vehicles.

Brad did an excellent job keeping me updated about the progress on my vehicle. Despite four separate trips, the job was finally done.

I had my vehicle serviced back in october. Immediately after picking my truck up from being serviced i began having issues, but i was unable to put it back in the shop at that time due to heading out of town for work working 7 days a week 12 hours a day. I was finally able to get my truck in the shop december 6th, 2 weeks from the day i called to schedule an appointment to get it looked at, and they told me the trans pump was going out. Based on the service i had done and how there was a lack of communication on the dealerships part about what was going on for almost a full 2 days after my truck was in the shop, i believe they didn't put enough trans fluid back in when they serviced it in October burning the pump up, and they were trying to cover their tails. My truck has been in the shop for over a week, with zero work done to it. I was told i could come get it until they were able to get it worked on, but it would void my warranty. They will have my truck for 2 weeks before they can get a mechanic on it. The parts been in since tuesday but they haven't been able to work on it yet because they only have 1 mechanic. The absolute lack of communication and transparency from them has removed my trust in their competency to work on my vehicle. Once the work is done i will no longer be doing any business with them, and i will tell everyone i know to avoid them at all costs. We aren't going to mention the fact that they don't offer loaner vehicles for extended repairs or the money that was stolen out of my truck the last time it was in the shop there. Do better crossroads.

I was sold a part to fix the shade for the sunroof. We were told it was easy and we got home with the part, but they sold us the wrong part. So, we live over an hour away but are leaving to go north for the holiday, without having the sunshade fixed.

Fast easy and pleasant. The staff were wonderful. 2nd vehicle purchased there. Corey is an asset to your team and financing was smooth. Made me feel like family.

Corey Johnson does an excellent job on his social media account of posting available vehicles. I had been looking locally at another dealership for a specific vehicle. Corey posted the exact vehicle. I purchased over the phone and Crossroads Chevrolet delivered it to me in Starkville, MS that afternoon.

One of the worst dealerships I have dealt with . A bunch of crooks to sell over msrp first of all . and then offer me 6k dollars less the next day which the truck didn’t have several things on it that a 100k dollar truck should have that I was told it had when purchasing over the phone. I should have gone looked at the truck in person… my fault. Several small lies about the lifetime warranty on the powertrain which I found out later that it didn’t cover from another person at dealership plus it’s a third party warranty so good luck getting that to cover anything. After I lost money on the truck and sold it back to them for 6k dollars less than I paid they sold the truck the next day but wouldn’t give me my check until the title came back to them. long story short the dealership made a small fortune on me with the three transactions. a lot of small lies that I feel were told to make the sell . It worked and in the end I lose my butt and they get richer. be careful with this dealership if your looking to purchase . Dropped truck back with them on sept 20th got check on Oct 6 . Was told I would leave with check when I dropped truck off . at the end of the day just a bunch of lying car salesmen and dealership. Check mark on them lesson learned . Take your lube with you because they don’t offer it.

I live about 90 miles from this dealership. I have lots of dealerships within a few short miles of me but A long time friend who works at Crossroads sent me pics of this truck and I knew I had to have it! I immediately drove to Corinth for this truck. Not only did my salesman find me exactly what I was looking for and get me the best price but the buying and paperwork process was the fastest, easiest Iv ever dealt with! If you need a car/truck definitely go see them at Crossroads in Corinth! Ask for Chad!

They always take such great care of me and my family, we have all 6 of our vehicles serviced here, and only half of them are GM products. I wouldn't trust anyone else, not to mention the prices beat every other dealership around!
