Irrespective of the equipment as I just submitted a form for rental; I'd like to state that customer service still exists. I needed it as well as I was given a task with zero plans to rent a seamer. Via my research I was close to what was needed, 5-Station Seamer as opposed to a 4-Station Seamer; Double Lok and a crimper.

Had it not be for Michelle H.; I would not have known that I needed either product. Very helpful and friendly; she guided me to the right product! Highly recommend D.I. Seamers, Inc. and especially if all representatives are as welcoming as Michelle H.

Our seamer was stolen on our job site. Barbara Pittman handle all my calls and with the authorities with GPS tracking. Barbara was empathetic, professional and helpful the entire morning as it moved, stopped and moved again. We were able to capture the thieves with it in the their possession. Moreover, we captured other stolen goods where the tool rental stopped at such as a storage unit and other homes. Barbara was pivotal bringing the seamer back into our possession along with other stolen goods from the job site. Thank you Barbara!

I was worried when my supplier told me they longer did seamer rentals and I would need to source elsewhere. They gave me the information for D.I. Roof Seamers and my worries were for nothing. They are great work with. Very responsive, happy to answer any questions and great customer service overall, would highly recommend.

My company rents seamers every few months. At 1 time it was quite the hassle but since we started working with Michelle Hammond @ D.I Seamers it has been smooth sailing! She communicates perfectly so we know when & why the seamer is delivering on a given date! The tools have always been tuned expertly so the panels are seamed to the exact manufacturer's specs! Some of the BEST customer service I’ve encountered. Highly recommended for seamer rentals. Any questions you have and they are there for you every step and very patient. Rental prices are fairly priced in my own opinion. Highly recommend checking D.I. Roof Seamers out before anywhere else.

If you need a roof seamer this is the place to go. The customer service is impeccable, proactive and always a phone call away if you have any concerns. Very helpful with making sure your order arrives on time. Rates are reasonable for the quality equipment you are renting. Their website is user friendly. This is the only place I trust when renting roof seamer equipment.

I have read the previous reviews.
I run a roofing company and understand what it takes as far as reviews. I have had the opposite experience from the bad reviews stating bad customer service, lateness and over charge. This is by far one of the friendliest and transparent companies we have worked with. Michele called me specifically and told me I probably wasn't going to get it by the time I needed it which was 3 days from now, even with Ups ( they give no guarantee) IT SAVED US $500. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Top notch customer service - I worked with LeeAnna for my previous rental and I can truly say LeeAnna went above and beyond to insure that my needs were met. Whether that was follow up emails or calling me to ensure my needs were met, it truly made the experience a "walk in the park".

Rarely do I take the time to post reviews, but I have to say that I have had nothing but the absolute BEST customer service with this company. I work for a young company that is learning the ropes as we go, and I have to say the expertise (and patience) that everyone on the staff has shown each time I call in with another question has been exceptional. The customer service at D.I. is the best!!!!!! Every time I need to order a Seamer they are extremely helpful and so personable especially Barbara Pittman. I can't express how patient she is with the struggles I have with my orders and always makes me feel comfortable that I can ask anything if I get my orders wrong. The D.I. Team is the best:) General Steel would be lost without them.

They are NOT in the business of customer service. I would NEVER use them again. They didn’t ship my seamer on time for my scheduled work and then they charged me for all of the time I had to keep it until I could get back. I called but they wouldn’t help me even though it was their mistake.

This company will continue to charge you for months on end after settling your account with them. Someone will tell you REPEATEDLY over the phone they deleted your cc info and you owe nothing more only to be charged again and again month after month. Do not trust these guys.

Ordered the "can opener" seamer for a 30,000 sq ft tear off and re-roof machine broke twice while we were using it. Our business had to buy our own parts locally to fix it and the company still charged us full bill for the rental period. They lock customers in with your credit card information, change for every day of the week (Monday - Sun). If you use DI Roof Seamers prepare to pay more than what you will be quoted and expect poor quality machines.

Shocked- Paid thousands for a roof seamer , called to get schematics, said its unavailable. And that really the machine is considered disposable. Horribly built cheap machine . Have used a K 9 for 10 years, pass on this one. The only reason we bought, it was available and the only reason they are available I now know

Equipment was good. Rental fees high priced. Asked for the seamer on a Wed. got on a Friday around 2 pm, so I didn't use it until Monday. Used it for 6 hours then shipped it back before 5p.m. Total bill was $520.00. Not happy at all. I was expecting around $300 in rental fees. Be careful when you get the equipment.
