Fui por un filtro de aceite de motor original y no lo tenían disponible. Mi molestia no fue esa, eso es entendible. Mi molestia fue la insistencia del cajero de ofrecerme otros artículos como "desea llevar pañitos de microfibra"? No, eso no me sirve ni sustituye lo que vine y necesitaba comprar...

Incompetent employees you ask for part from another store, from their own staff make you drive 49 min to pickup incorrect part and their resolution is bringing it back we will exchange it as if I have time and resources to fix your mistake not to mention that the car is already dismantled for the repair with an appointment scheduled prior to discovering incorrect part so no car to get there RIDICULOUS only an idiot sells 3 inside terminals I don't know about cars that's what I paid you your company for

Auto zone Arecibo la técnica Nayeli Colón una súper empleada y profesional me quitó el sombrero delante de ella muchas como ella hacen falta que bueno que Arecibo la tiene y el joven Edgar González sin importar que ya terminó su turno de trabajo ayudó a su compañera de trabajo muy buena atención de parte de Jenny gerente de la tienda los recomiendo fullll
