Ordered an item online for delivery to my local store. It took 2 weeks to arrive (said it would be a few days). Not the store’s fault, but just a heads up that items can take a LONG time to arrive. Have had a much better experience doing online ordering through Ace Hardware - always comes within 2-3 days.

I found what I needed quickly and easily, and the cashier, Denise, was very friendly and helpful. I'm new to the area, but I'll be shopping here again.

I had a good experience at Aubuchon Hardware because of Sam's expertise when I was shopping for a doormat. He is very attentive and found just the mat I was looking for. Great Service and great prices!

Aubuchon Hardware in Morrisville, Vermont is our go to hardware store. They carry everything and the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Great paint selection and one of the largest selection of hardware around Lamoille County. Can’t go wrong shopping here.

Went to Aubuchons...long story short wanted gallon paint..gave lady paint strip shows number she MIXED THE WRONG PAINT and i already painted wall as i thought look different when dry...NOPE took gal back guy added color to try & fix it...got home,,,etc..Bottom line i have this 1/2 gal paint now I CANT EVEN USE i called corp on Monday...still NOTHING WAS DONE,,,,all i want is a FULL REFUND not going thru this again

Ordered 4 gallons of stain in a custom color- which were prepared very promptly. The staff were very courteous as well.

I love Aubuchon. However, I just want members of the public to know they rob you, at least the Morrisville location does.
That may sound a little extreme when referring to my .47 cents. The old man ringing me up this morning without asking automatically rounded my $9.53 bill up to $10. I am not the type to raise hell for an old man over .47 cents before 10 o’clock in the morning. But this is poor practice, and downright wrong! I don’t care how “good” the cause is… some people need that .47 cents more than some CEO of a “charity”. It’s robbery. Period.

I had the best experience at my local Aubuchon hardware. I went in to purchase a new gas grill and a smoker. I was greeted by Denise, she was so helpful. I even have free delivery. Thank you so much for the great service.

Staff are a great help and store has a big variety of things from plumbing and painting to art supplies and barbeque grills.

It was my first time there. I was not expecting to find everything I would in Home Depot, but was surprised to find it to be very well stocked! Additionally, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We found a Weber grill that was unassembled at Morrisville Aubuchon. After my long drawn out and complex explanation, Denise and her crew made sure it was set aside and labeled appropriately until we were able to pick it up. Dave loaded it into our vehicle with care and we were set to go. Extraordinary and exemplary customer service resulting in very pleased consumers.

Seems to be the go to store in Morristown for paints and painting supplies. Helpful staff and a friendly shop cat will have you looking forward to returning as you prepare to start your next painting adventure.

Placed my order before they opened and it was ready 10 minutes after opening. Really appreciate the quick customer service!

This is one of the best stocked and organized hardware stores I’ve seen. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Helpful and quick service having a house key cut. Took the gentleman about 60 seconds and the key was perfect. Friendly staff.

We went to this Aubuchon to buy a self-propelled electric lawn mower. The salesman directed us to the model we bought. It came with an owner's manual that described it as a self-propelled. The salesman assured us that it was self-propelled. It was not. We live over an hour away from this Aubuchon and now have to make the 2 hour round trip to return the mower. What a disappointment and inconvenience.

I had such a great experience at Aubuchon in Morrisville! Dante, the sales associate, was very helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with!

Both orders were ready on time. Staff processed pickup quickly. Even with 1 less safety cone than ordering, still great online to pick up order experience

I have a quality control comment. My wife picked up our online order, which included a 50 pound bag of rock salt. A store worker was kind to put the bag of rock salt in our car. However my wife did not realize that the rock salt had solidified. When I took the bag out of the car at our house, it took quite a while to pound the rock hard salt into a more spreadable form. The store could be more aware of the other end of the customer experience.

I recently had an online order that was partially canceled because they didn’t have the fitting I need but the online inventory said they had 11. This is the first time this has happened, but can see it happening again in the future as alit of the inventory numbers are off.

This is my favorite hardware store. The associates working there are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I found that the prices are pretty competitive with the "big box" hardware stores and I can generally find whatever I am looking for.

Aubuchon is my "go to" hardware store and more. I have almost always recieved the best service from the knowledgable staff accept for today. Today I recieved a snarky rebuke from an employee in the art aisle for fanning through a notebook of paper. I don't believe that I damaged the paper in any way, but she was obviously not happy with me.

Ordering online was easy and efficient! Communications were great letting me know when my item was in at the store! No hassle process!
