Alpine SnowGuards

The workers did an amazing job installing snowguards on our house. There was a problem though with the bill at the end. But they did take care of it.
5 stars for the workers who installed everything.
3-2 stars for office workers.

I have an array of 36 solar panels installed on the back of my house. Below the panels is a deck with a hot tub. In the winter after a heavy snow I would get huge avalanches that were a major safety concern for anyone walking out the back door. One avalanche destroyed my hot tub cover and the sudden weight forced me to reinforce my deck. Since adding the Alpine snow guard system 2 years ago I haven't had a single avalanche. We had a March storm the first year with 24 inches of very wet, heavy snow and the snow stayed on the panels until it safely melted a week later. We now use our hot tub in the winter again without concern. A great product!

I called this company as a consumer looking for solutions for my solar panels and snow slides that my installer was not equipped to deal with. Jasmyn the customer service rep listened and immediately began assisting in developing solutions. She followed up with multiple emails and was phenomenal to work with! I am now having the designed solution installed and look forward to reducing the impact of snow from my solar system. A great company with excellent staff and products. Highly recommend.
