This store has the most respectful and helpful staff. So refreshing to shop local with kind staff who care about helping. The young people working here are exceptional and the management is clearly doing something right. Special shout out to Will today. Thank you.

Rebecca and Ray were a huge help with my snow blower purchase today. I always have a good experience at the Greenfield Aubuchons.

Came in to buy salt for the driveway, Alex was the associate checking me out, did a phenomenal job, was courteous and professional. Got me in and out with no hassle.

I really enjoyed my experience, especially the excellent service I received here. The store was so clean and well organized, with everything I needed easy to find.
Ray took extra time to answer all of my questions. Because of that, I was confident and happy with the gift I picked out.
Plus, I loved the festive holiday decorations! It really made this season feel complete.

The employees were courteous and helpful, the response was very quick from my order, and the communication was good, being notified when it was ready, but the website is confusing and hard to work with. It's hard to find things. It seemed I could order the paint in a specific tint, but then they only had one un-tinted can of paint.

Really outstanding service. The manager, Tom Firda, and the staff at the register and throughout the store, clearly take customer care seriously. I had a particularly challenging situation trying to get a good paint match to my existing home wall color that needed touch-up. I ordered a shovel online mid-day. It was ready for pickup three hours later. Since I am disabled, a friendly Aubuchon employee cheerfully volunteered to carry the shovel out to my car. Such superb service is rarely found these days. Thank you, thank you, thank you Aubuchon, Greenfield!

Well stocked, helpful, friendly place. Somehow they always have what I need despite being a fraction of the size of home depot and lowes.
The cat is a nice addition, I guess he's their mouser? He's not outgoing, but doesn't shrink away from people and as far as I can tell, never feels the need to swat or bite at unwanted attention. A very good public-facing cat.

We love our Aubuchon! Recently we were assisted by Brady. He went above and beyond, carrying a 40 lb bag of seed to our car, on a day when I couldn’t do it myself. He was also very friendly. His positive attitude was (and is) much appreciated!!!!

Ordered on line would be in on Saturday a week later. Went in on Sunday was asked if I received text the in I said No and was told then not in and would be notified when in. Late Monday saw that they had 4 in stock and I was still waiting. Stopped by and asked if I’m but I was not notified and told they were in. So do they notify or not. I could be still waiting. Did receive text as they were loaded.

Rich in the paint department is simply the best. He’s so very knowledgeable about paints and infinitely patient with naive questions from those painting their own home. He gives you the confidence you need and excellent advice about the products.

Love this store. Ray the manager used to be in Shelburne Falls store & he was promoted so now I drive an hour RT just to have him advise me.

They have a lot of stuff but I just came in for mouse traps. Was browsing to find a trap that worked best for my needs. When asking the cashier if he knew about them, he said yes. I asked if it was a trap or just bait. He essentially told me it was both which is not the case. It’s just bait with no trapping mechanism. I would’ve bought a more expensive item if I had known this wasn’t what I wanted. It instead he just said yes and sent me on my way. Then I get home to find out it’s the wrong thing. What a waste of my time. Quite annoyed. Don’t ask if I need help if you’re gonna give me false Information. ‍♂️

1st time in the store,I typically buy things to do what they are not made to do(aka I modify and change things)they asked if they could help,and got me in the right direction,and they did not pry or question what I was doing or why,because half the time I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM DOING

All the staff at the Greenfield Aubuchon Hardware store, with whom I interacted, were very helpful and pleasant.. I certainly recommend shopping there, at a local company, rather than at Home Depot.

It was easy to place an online order at Aubuchon’s. My order was quickly put together and ready for pick up within 30 minutes. They even made sure my can of paint primer was shaken before I got there. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. And a major plus, the store was very clean and organized.

The staff here is always so great! Ray and his team (Tim!) do an amazing job. At times I could possibly find an item a little cheaper elsewhere--and I'm super frugal. But these guys have convinced me that truly great customer service and a personable experience is very much worth supporting in my community. They're a resource I want to keep.

The pool shock I ordered on line was not what the store held for me. When I noticed that it was the wrong product ( a much lower priced) they replaced it, but not with the one I ordered. I could have bought the same thing for $3.00 a lb less from another source. The product they gave me was not even on their web site! Not happy

This is my neighborhood hardware store.... and yes, thank god, these still exist!!! It's not huge and overwhelming like a Home Depot, the staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, and are there to help, which is great especially for those of us who are not so handy or get intimidated by tools! This is a treasure, and I sure hope they stick around for a long time.

Amazing! Shortly after ordering, I got an email saying my order had been completed and was ready for pickup. What a good deal. It saved me the time and energy of shopping in person. And no extra charges!

Needed help with painting or staining our deck railing. Chris explained the appropriate refinishing process. He asked questions about previous paintings and recommended the products I need.

I ordered $2,000 worth of paint and was given exceptional treatment by the guy who runs the paint dept. But was also helped by another employee who did everything he could to get my order ready on time and made sure it was correct. He was also helpful with design ideas and even brought another associate over to discuss my idea of a monochromatic look using different finishes (semi-gloss, matte and satin) instead of different colors to differentiate walls, ceilings, trim and cabinets. The outcome is pretty spectacular, dont have a pic yet, were still finishing the home for sale. Thanks Hunter. Very impressed.

I’ve always had great service at the Aubuchon in greenfield since first moving here in 2009. It’s good to not have to go to a big box store.

Pleasant clerk took me right to the shower curtains rings I was looking. Easy in and out as I was on a tight schedule.

The Aubuchon store in Greenfield MA can not be beat with any other store. They employees are excellent in customer service. And the Manager is a true asset to your company. I will always go there instead of the BIG alternative here in town. YAY Auba TEAM
