I had all of the windows and sliding door in my sun-room replaced last year. Exceptional product (Infinity) and workmanship. The crew did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier. I will be using them again soon to replace the rest of the windows in my house.

They came in and replaced my windows and installed them in one day smiling the whole time we interacted looking like walldo lol Thanks

Nu Look’s roofing services have been a nightmare for us. Our roof done by Nu Look Design leaked in 4 (!) years. Badly. Flooded all three floors causing a severe structural damage. Nu Look never took responsibility. The property is now in a hazardous condition. Protect your home and steer clear of Nu Look.

After requesting a print out of the contract two times I heard nothing from Nu Look. After sending pictures with concerns two times I heard nothing from Nu Look. After telling not one but two of Nu Look representatives that all extra materials need to stay since the crew didn’t speak English. Which I was guaranteed at least one could they took it all. I had to call to get On materials back. There excuse was they “forgot”

Shawn Barrick came out and looked at the roof. Shawn determined what the issue was when the gutter company installed the new gutters. And he took pictures to show what was done wrong.

No matter how big or small the project is, they are very serious, professional and complete the project quickly. Use this company before for our siding and roof and it was fine. I liked it and I wanted to go with them again to replace windows, but I have not heard from the sales rep. He has not given me his number and I want to go with them, but I can’t because I don’t know what to do. Also, the sales rep was kind of rude at the end when I said I needed time to think about it

Nu Look did a great job with our roof replacement, a tree recently fell on our house and our homeowners insurance company tried to lowball us as usual we got Nu Look to negotiate the contract and they came through with a full roof replacement the insurance company wanted to replace the lower part of the roof thanks to Rick Selby he did a great job negotiating our contract and they did an outstanding job on the roof and gutters the workers were very polite professional and knowledgeable.

Travis Dull came out today for a service call and was a pleasure to deal with. From taking his time to explain every detail answering all my questions, to going out of his way to make sure every issue was addressed to my satisfaction. Honest and Reliable.

NuLook provided excellent service. They look at all the details to make sure everything is done correctly. Had multiple projects and each one was scheduled to minimize disruptions. Workers were friendly and explained everything they were doing. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive quote i got. Reasonably priced and exactly what i wanted. Great warranty too.

I needed an emergency sliding window replacement. Nu Look provided a rush response. Short term, they helped temporarily seal the window, and within a few days, came out with the replacement. Technicians were prompt and efficient, and put in the new window and cleaned up perfectly. Looks gorgeous

The workmanship and professionalism is unmatched. Jason, Jake, and George were amazing to work worth. It’s like we’re living in a new home.

I broke a window balance while trying to clean my windows (that’s what I get for cleaning!)… Shawn at Nu Look came out promptly, had the correct part in his truck, fixed it within 15 minutes, and showed me how to avoid the same from happening again… the only thing better would’ve been if he had cleaned my windows, too! LOL!

Mr Spencer was the representative for my roof he was great and I received free gutters, however my small porch roof has been a nightmare rain coming through the big nails destroying my back porch wood Mr Travis told me there was nothing could be done the nails extra large was standard I was saddened not only my porch is being destroyed and gutter guards cost 2,000 dollars should have been free with the job I can't afford this

Nu Look was great. I got a new roof from them and am very happy with their service. The quality of work is great and the end result look amazing. I’m super excited to have the warranty they offer, too.

I’m finally posting this review of our “new” windows that we had installed in 2020 and the reason it took me four years to post a review is because we’ve had issues ever since they have been installed.
The main issue we’ve had was whistling and or howling from at least five of our windows that we had installed and three of them being in my children’s rooms. The whistling and howling was so bad that my daughter didn’t want to sleep in her own room for almost 2 years whenever we had a bad storm or high winds. We called and made a complaint pretty early on and they came out. I want to say at keast four times they even replaced the big window in my daughters room and it STILL whistled! They also had the manufacturer rep come out and they looked at it and tried to figure out why it was whistling to no avail.
After many attempts and actually even replacing the one of the windows, we gave up and just realized we’re gonna have to deal until we move. It’s a shame when you spend over $15,000 for windows and they make your life worse rather than better. The company was unable to fix it and/or give us any type of compensation for this problem.
Almost 4 years after we had them installed, we got a call from someone at Nu Look out of the blue. She told
My husband that she saw we had an issue that was unresolved and wanted to reach out and see if they could fix it. We appreciate that, however we said we’ve had so many people come out here with no results. They’ve never been able to fix it but if you want to come out again sure. So we made an appointment for a few weeks later.
That appointment was yesterday and a man named SHAWN BARRICK came out to our house at 8 AM yesterday. He knocked on the door rather than ringing the doorbell and I truly appreciate that because I still had some sleeping kids.
He took one look at my windows, and within two minutes, explained why there was howling and whistling said he could fix it. Then he went out to his truck, got a caulking, gun filled in all these holes that did not have the plugs in them and stated that we should have more whistling.
Now Nu Look, If I owned this company I would give this man a raise! He was able to do something that no one else else in your company and or the manufacturer was able to do! He also showed me what to look for if I hear whistling in any of the other windows and how to fix it.
This man should be your lead installer. He should be training all of your crews that go out! He could save your company a lot of strife wasted man hours and provide happier clients!!! He also gave me his name and his card and said if you have any other problems, please call me. I’m telling you, this man is worth his weight and gold. If I was the owner of Nu Look, I would make sure he knows and compensate him.
I am happy we finally have this resolved however, I am truly sad that it took over four years to figure this out all of ten minutes to fix the problem.
I have attached a photo of the hole that’s inside the window that should have a plug like this however, many of ours had an open holes and that is where he caulked. Also, if I was your Nu Look, I would contact the manufacturer and get extra plugs so that you can hand them out if people need them because not everyone’s handy with a caulking gun.

Just had Shawn come out to take care of a couple of window issues. As always he was prompt, polite, and showed us how to prevent problem from happening again. We always appreciate the service we get from Shawn.

NuLook did a phenomenal job. Our detached two car garage looks pristine! Guests are shocked to see the final results. The team that was here were hard working, professional, and highly efficient. Highly recommend NuLook!

NuLookHomeDesign did a terrific job in completing the roof renovation and communicating with me throughout the process. They coordinated appropriately with my insurance company. NuLook was wonderful to work with and I would recommend them without reservation.

The warranty is a joke. I had a leak and durning a rain storm i temporarily patched the roof until they could have a tech come out and fix it so more damage wouldn’t keep happening. When I called about it that day I was told it would be one week before they could come out to check it. So after the tech came out and looked at it, I was told that the leak is my fault because I patched it so if you have a leak don’t try to temporarily repair it until they can have a tech come and look at it just let the water keep leaking into your house. What a joke.

Sales was great. Roof installation took 1 day and was great, except they missed one area of my roof! It has been 5 months and they still havent finished the job!
But, the biggest issue was the solar roof. Installed in one day! Great! But it didn’t pass county inspection because the company rep didn’t show up. Once it passed inspection, it didn’t work! I called the company for service/repair. The voice message said leave a message and someone will return the call in 48 hours. But, for faster service go to the website and submit the repair request there. When you go there, the website says, for quicker service, call service. After doing both several times, I NEVER ONCE GOT A RESPONSE VIA PHONE OR EMAIL ABOUT GETTING MY SYSTEM WORKING! I did however get numerous phone calls, text messages and emails from the sales team wanting to sell me a roof and Solar!
Finally, about 3 months after installation was complete and the system still not working, the owners sister, Jessica called me, came to my house and said “She would be my point of contact and would get these problems fixed asap”. And, to compensate me for the poor service, or lack there of, as well as to compensate me for the hundreds of dollars of electricity my system was not producing, she would install a free gutter system since they were offering it to all new sales at that time! Unfortunately, that was about the last time I ever heard from Jessica, the owners sister!
It has now been over 5.5 mo since installation was completed. Finally I got in touch with a repairman at Nu Look by the name of Shawn! The system is FINALLY working thanks to Shawn! He is the only person in this company who knows what he is doing and actually cares about the customer, and not just getting your money!
Thank you Shawn! The system now works great! It only took 5.5 months.
As far as the rest of the company….. including Jessica who tells you she has your back and will get things done…. Don’t believe a word! TURN AND RUN!
I will be paying another contractor yo complete my roofing job.
And I’m turning over my contract, and all of my paper and phone trail to my attorney!

Joe was prompt and prepared for the quotation process. Was incredibly patient with my questions and easily explained all the options surrounding the siding replacement project. He was very knowledgeable in all services that are offered by Nu Look. Joe was a pleasure to work with and we will be following up for future projects.

Salesman Joe was very thorough in his inspection of our roof and pointed out all of the problems and presented Nu Look’s method of replacing it with state of the art modern products.

Chad was professional, personable and efficient. Everything was explained in detail and easy to understand. I look forward to doing business with them.

Initially they charged us almost $30,000 for my tiny rancher and ultimately we're willing to do it for 12,000 why wouldn't they just offer the 12,000 right off the bat instead of trying to screw people out of more money. Not to mention the prices were way too high for what work they were going to do. I ultimately got the same job done for $6,500 same materials too.

Extremely professional..did not try to over sale....answered all questions and concerns with clarity ..displayed all products for visual and quality ...opportunity to look at all options..from general products to architectural designs..

I have been needing a new roof for a while, called several places. No complaints specifically about any of the competition I called to compare. I chose Nu Look to install our new roof mostly because of the refreshing low pressure consult. Other companies trying to sell a product obviously used high pressure sales gimmicks to try and motivate me to buy "today". Nu Look didn't do that and I appreciate it.
Regarding the install as promised the crew arrived around 7am, had the roof stripped by 9, roof complete and grounds cleaned up by 7:30pm!
Cleanup was very good, yes I walked the area the next day and found plenty of nails and a little trash. For the size of the project and the speed in which they got it done I can't complain. Having worked construction I know site cleanup can be a pain and nobody is ever as picky as the home owner.
I would definitely recommend Nu Look, the pricing is fair and in line with the other bigger companies. Yes the smaller guys will be significantly cheaper. For me a warranty that will be around longer than a smaller shop is worth the piece of mind and extra money.

Chadd Castrilli (the door guy) was very professional throughout his inspection and walk through. He walked us through different options and made it very easy for us to select the different products. I am very pleased with this company and their business model. They look out for teachers, first responders, and our military/veterans! Customer service from call takers to others I have spoken with has been top notch! I believe this is a direct reflection of their leader/owner, Mr. Fingles. Chad from Nu Look gave us an estimate on roof replacement. He was very detailed, organized, and enthusiastic about the products offered by Nu Look. Chad was patient and very knowledgeable about all the products and processes involved with the installation. We’ve had three estimates done to date…we decided to purchase through Nu Look because of the experience with Chad. We’re excited, and anxiously awaiting the start of our roofing installation.

We had an excellent experience this evening meeting Spencer Cooksey, who came to our house and spoke with us about windows. He was utterly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have at our home. He was a great representative of the company.

We recently received a roofing consultation from Nu Look and Spencer was our consultant. He was extremely knowledgeable about the details of the process. He took the time to thoroughly go through each step of the installation and the materials used. 1/18/2023 we had a quote for a new roof with a roof ventilation system. The representative Richard from Nu Look Home Designs was on time, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. His presentation of the new roof replacement was very informative and completely understandable. All of our questions were completely answered. He worked with us to achieve our financing.
Over all it was a very pleasurable experience. We will be referring Nu Look Home Designs to our family and friends.

Very responsive. The person who came to our house to explain roofing and gutter options (Mike) was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. In the end we went with another company because Nu Look's price was much higher. I'm sure the work would have been done well and the materials they use are top quality, but neither justifies the price they charge. We also felt their radio ads were a bit misleading (50% off labor and 50% off materials worked out to more like 30% off, and only if we signed on the spot).

Richard came down to Prince William County to assist in the process of discussing the replacement of our roof. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate the care he took with finding the best fit for us and making sure everything was complete before he left.

Chadd, was great. He explained everything to me and my sister. We will be getting our roof installed within the next few weeks. Thanks again Chadd.

This is my second time to use Nu Look for total roof replacements (different homes). What appealed the most to me with going forward with this vendor was the warranty. They scheduled at the perfect time, weatherwise. Delays were due to waiting for HOA approvals. They kept in touch during the entire process. If we were to need a new roof again, we would go back to them but we are in our long term home! Thank you Nu Look!

Receptionist is bad for business, she’s doing way to much just to have someone come and give me an estimate, wants me to contact everyone listed on the deed to get approval over the phone before she would schedule even though I’m
On the deed and all she needs is 1 person to authorize, just a waste of time and energy….. called the next company on the list

I was worried because it is a older house, but after talking with Richard Selby the representative, he made me feel more at ease and relaxed.
