I’m giving Liberty 5 stars for many reasons. I was looking for a roofing company for my parents home. They are 70 plus years old and with that being said people see them as a target to take advantage of so I had to make sure they were taken care of . I heard Peter on Heaven 600 many times. Never did business with him but I heard the testimonies of his past customers.I was impressed because of how personal he was with his customers. Giving out weekly shout outs by name for each job that was done. I decided to give the business a call . I wasn’t expecting the owner Peter himself to take me call . He himself came out to my parents home and my Dad was very impressed with the way he handled business and his knowledge and concerns of his home . The payment plan and cost was affordable. Peter has become apart of our family. I still continue to call him for future projects and consulting services. He understands how difficult it can be making important decisions for my parents as well as caregiving. I look forward to calling Liberty for our next project.

Liberty Windows & Siding did an excellent job on our roof replacement. We dealt directly with Peter, who is a partner in the business. Peter was very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. The installation crew also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Liberty was great to work with! Peter came to the house and skipped a lot of the typical sales pitch that the other companies were throwing at us, focusing instead on the work that we needed (siding and gutters), the product they'd use and how they do it. Peter took the time to discuss the details and made sure we were comfortable.

The crew was very communicative and kept the work area incredibly clean throughout the work phase. They delivered a great product that exceeded our expectations!

Liberty installed two sliding doors in 2020 that my wife and I are very happy with. The job was done quickly and professionally. It's now almost 2025 and we had to replace a screen. I called Liberty, spoke to a customer rep. who emailed me a video link for removing the screen door so I could work on it. That effort, in particular, goes to show they are a quality outfit that doesn't forget about their customers years after install. We have two homes that will need new doors and windows eventually so we will be sure to remember that extra effort. Kudos for playing the long game Liberty!

The company goes out of their way to ignore reviewing HOA policy. They installed doors that were not up to code based on HOA policy.

More concerning for a small $1,000 balance of a $5,000 job, they threatened while saying good luck to me....to file a mechanics lien on my $2,300,000 paid off house. IT IS AGAINST STATE LAW TO FILE A MECHANICS LIEN AGAINST A RESIDENCE UNLESS THE VALUE OF THE JOB INCREASES THE RESIDENCES VALUE BY 15% OR MORE.

They are threatening and go around every legal corner to get what they want including their bogus sales pitches.

Many heartfelt thanks to Peter who is the best sales representative in the world, Pastor Lee Michaels for his inspiring advertisements, the wonderful Heaven 600 family, Liberty Window and Siding, Inc. pleasant and friendly team, especially Tiffany and last but not least, the fantastic roofing installation crew for a job well done. Even though I met with another roofing contractor, I knew for sure from the moment Peter and I started talking that God had sent him my way and what a tremendous blessing he has been and continues to be. I am a pleased and satisfied customer who will definitely spread the word about the professional and exceptional work performed by the installation crew from the beginning to the end. Their clean-up was impressive along with their kindness, politeness, respect and thoughtfulness.

Listening to Heaven 600 one morning a tradition in my home. I overheard an interview with Peter.The detailed friendly conversation between Peter and the host explaining Liberty’s service caused me to reach out and seek an estimate. I was pleased with the in home consultation. Peter understood the area, the product selection was exactly what the home needed and the price was very affordable. Best decision I ever made the completion time of the work from signing the contract to install was amazing. The windows look great and due to the great price I was able to get the roof repaired as well . The new roof has raised the property value on my home.

I also have to applaud the workers top notch. Cleaned throughout the process left no traces of debris.

I hired the Liberty Roofing team to replace all the windows in my parent's home. When I embarked on the journey to find the right company to do this job I met with a lot of pushy and deceptive salesmen from various big name companies. However, as soon as Mr. Peter Deily walked in I knew I had the right partner. From start to finish, he was an honest, professional, patient, and trustworthy partner in this renovation. But Peter is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the great team at Liberty. Tiffany in the office was extremely helpful and always there to answer questions. The install team were timely, efficient, and hardworking. They did the job perfectly and didn't leave till it was done on the timeline they had planned for. All around great company that I would work with again and again.

While we did not end up using Liberty (our scope of work was not in their lane of services), Peter still took the time to view pictures and talk to us to go over our options, and in the end, the advice he gave us actually might end up saving us quite a bit of money. You don’t see this level of care and communication very much anymore. Solid company of good people. Will definitely be calling them up when we have work in their wheelhouse.

Obviously it's natural to be skeptical about any project you set out to accomplish on your home. I always believed as a single woman all workmen would see an easy target and either charge a ridiculous price or do faulty work. Liberty windows and siding are not of that ilk. I took a leap of faith and decided to place my project in the hands of Liberty windows and Mr Peter Deily. I can say that I regret only a few things in my life, and hiring Liberty was not one of them. Mr Deily’s commitment and patience was amazing. He took my project and practically made it his own. He not only explained how the Job would progress he also works to make a customer happy.Already i informed him that his company would be contacted to install a box window which i have so long wished for and Mr. Deily made happen. I reiterate Liberty Windows and Mr Deily cannot be compared and I will be telling my friends and others of the Amazon treatment i received,

This is a family run business with outstanding service and workmanship! Roger came out to meet us, and from introduction was a pleasure to work with! Re-siding our home with new vinyl was complicated by the shotty job the previous owners had done, but the job was done meticulously. The crew was neat, polite, and extremely hard working. Our old living room was also on the darker side and needed more natural light. The door we helped design is fabulous and has completely improved the look and feel of our living space. I couldn't recommend them more! They really set themselves apart by doing their diligence and working with you to get the best product in your home. 10/10 will use for all improvement needs! I contacted three companies requesting an estimate to replace the roof on my 3-story townhouse. Liberty Windows and Siding contacted me within 2 hours. Originally, they scheduled a meet with one of their estimators, but when I mentioned I had read reviews involving Peter, the appointment was scheduled for the next afternoon with him. Turns out that Peter was on the other side of Baltimore at the time of our appointment, so at my suggestion we spoke on the phone as it was rush hour and I didn’t want him to try to rapidly get to my location during that time.

Once I related to him that I needed a full roof replacement of my townhouse, Peter gave me a lot of information to consider, including the fact that he is one of the company owners. We engaged in a pleasant business conversation and some general chit-chat. Peter said he would get answers to my questions, obtain information regarding the size of my roof, and get back to me in a couple of hours.

I was pleasantly shocked when during our next call, he offered a price to replace my roof that was so much lower than what I believed it could have been that I accepted immediately. I have yet to hear from the other two companies I had contacted.

The next week Liberty Windows and Siding called to schedule the date of the work (and later reschedule--weather-related delays). The day of work, the crew was on time but there was a short delay as the materials had not yet arrived (different company). Once on-site and delivered to the roof, the Liberty Windows and Siding crew went right to work. I had already laid down some small tarps to cover the A/C compressor and some plants, bushes, etc., but they were respectful of my property and put down several additional large tarps to protect more of the lawn, the A/C compressor, and back porch. The crew answered any questions I had, picked up all the old shingles, plastic wrappers, and tar paper that floated to the ground rather than landing in the dumpster, and then used a long-handled magnet to find the errant nails from tear off. I had told Peter that I would buy the crew lunch, and they really seemed to enjoy it.

I used to work in construction and, from the portions of the roof that I could view from the ground, the crew did an excellent job with tear-off and installation. They let me know that all the original plywood underlayment was in good condition and nothing structural needed replacing. It absolutely POURED down rain all the next day and night, and thus far I’ve seen no evidence of leaks. The roof is beautiful again and my house is looking so much better than its 27 years. I am extremely happy that I chose Liberty Windows and Siding to help maintain my home and highly recommend the company.

After the January wind and rain storm, I found out that I needed a new roof . I met with several companies but I chose Liberty Windows & Siding Inc. for the job. I had heard about them from Heaven 600 . One of the partners named Peter met with me. Peter was very detail in explaining the process for the new roof. He was also very patience with me. He didn't mind answering my questions and explaining anything I didn't understand. The crew showed up on time and went straight to work. Peter would call me to keep me in the loop of any problems the crew found while during the work. When the job was done, I had a beautiful new roof. I told the crew that they did a wonderful job on the roof and a good job of cleaning up . Thank you Peter and crew for making the process for getting a new roof a positive experience.

I heard about Liberty Windows and Siding on WPOC on the radio. We were getting estimates to replace our roof and gutters. They had their manager Roger come out and go over everything with us. They were our 3rd estimate, so we really appreciated the direct approach they took to the presentation. We weren't really interested in sitting through the hour long power point presentation we had gotten from the other company again. Everything was explained thoroughly, and the discounted pricing was better than the other 2 companies we had met with so we signed a contract with Roger that evening. The entire process went seamlessly and quick, which was also a huge plus, becuase we had an active leak and was worried about the issue getting worse. The project manager was in touch 2 days later to schedule our install and from signing to job being completely finished was about a week and a half. Roof was
installed in 1 day, and the gutters were installed the following day. Crew was here early and did a great job with install and clean up. Only issue we had was the day of install was a little noisy in the home, trying to work from home, but we should have expected that with a roof install and planned a little better to work outside the house that day. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

They try to create a sense of urgency by employing persuasion strategies to force or manipulate customers into making a purchase.

After receiving the initial quote. I was told the price is only good for 24HRs. After 24hrs the price would increase by 5k LOL. (Who does this? is this a legit business)

Hired Liberty to replace siding, 2 entry doors and storm doors and whole house of windows. Took 5 months to finalize the project. Quality control seems to be non-existent with this company. Issues with every part of the project. Broken shutters, lost light fixture parts, sloppy caulking or no caulking, scratched/chipped storm door, holes for gable vents improperly cut, door screws missing and mismatched... Had to have crews back out multiple times to fix sloppy work and mistakes. After every visit, I had to clean up trash behind the workers in addition to piles of nails and screws left in driveway. Owner doesn't seem to care about the work the crews do.

From our first contact through the project’s completion, the level of service we received from Peter was nothing short of exceptional. He was attentive to our every need, answered every question promptly and courteously, and directly communicated with our insurance company on our behalf.

I had two other window companies come out to give window estimates, Peter of Liberty Windows gave me the best honest estimate, I'm very happy with the windows and results, the installers were on-time, they were polite and professional. The installation was completed the same day, everything was cleaned up and upon completion the Head Installer walked with me to inspect each window and sliding door. Wow what a difference these windows have made to my home I'm very pleased Thank you Libery Windows.

I cannot say enough good things about Liberty Windows & siding. I started with another company, they took our deposit and screwed us over. After 17 weeks we got our money back and Liberty stepped in got our roof done in 10 days. Peter & Tracy communicated every step of the way until the job was complete.

I reached out to Liberty to see if I could get a quote to have some exterior wooden trim on the corners and chimney of my house replaced and wrapped. The young lady who originally took my info was so nice and helpful not to mention patient,and told me Peter would be giving me a call later that day ..... Which he actually did! what a concept... that so many contractors don't get. He and I spoke about what I was looking to do, I sent him some pictures that he and his foreman could go over, and told me he would call the following day with some options. And again, he actually called! It turns out the job wasn't as straight forward as I thought and we both agreed that going down a different route would be more beneficial both financially and as far as the value/ return on investment as the customer. The last point is important, at no point did I feel pressured to replace all the siding or spending thousands when it wasn't warranted, and was steered into a more practical approach to the work that didn't necessarily involve them. I feel Peter spoke honestly and on a personal level putting himself in my shoes. Because of these personal interactions with the young lady in the office and Peter I will be giving them a call if I ever need any additional work... Thanks again

I want to share my wonderful experience with Liberty. I met with Peter who's actually one of the partners with this company. He patiently walked me through the process of purchasing my beautiful doors. My installers were very kind, professional and they cleaned up after everything was completed. I was very pleased and impressed by the professionalism this company displayed. Great company!

The installation in December seemed to be fine with other than the trim being left only primed. However 4 months later when the sun apparently shifted in the sky there is daylight visible at the bottom of my door between the frame and the door. Also even though I only use the door about once every other day, the seal at the bottom is already tearing.

Also when I met with the salesman, he was friendly and knowledgeable however I asked at the time if the company has their own installers and was told "yes," however that turned out not to be true when a subcontractor showed up to do the installation. So I'm not sure I can recommend this company for quality, value (considering the price), or honesty.

Liberty Windows is a wonderful company. From the very start when Peter Deily came to my condo to access my window needs and gave me a quote I have had a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process of ordering and installing and answered all my many questions, The window installation process went without a hitch. The workers were wonderful and answered all my questions. They cleaned up any mess that was made in the process. The windows are very well-made. The first things I noticed as they were being installed was how much quieter my condo sounded inside. The windows look beautiful outside also. I am on the board of my condo association so I was happy to find a company that I can recommend to other owners since I had a good experience. Bought my windows from Liberty about 5 years ago. The salesman, Eddie, was great. Last night someone tried to break into my living room window with a large screw driver, (not a pry bar). They were unable to get the window open. Could have broken the glass, I guess, but did not. I think it speaks well of the windows and the company. Thanks.

Installers arrived EXACTLY at 7:30am as promised. They were DONE by 1:30pm! 21 windows installed and a patio door. The job was completed and dust and debris was removed from EVERY ROOM inside and around the perimeter of my home. Beautiful job! I can’t begin to tell you how happy i am that I chose Liberty Windows & Siding to replace my gutters and old cedar siding with vinyl siding!! It looks incredible and the price couldn’t be beat! This company completed my roof installation on 8/2/21, after which the roof started to leak. I called them several times but they stopped taking my calls, and refused to return my voice messages. When I said that I was going to cancel the account which I opened to pay for the job, their boss who also was the owner of the company called me back. He was more unprofessional, and rude than the rest of his staff. I cannot imagine how a company this unprofessional could reman in business this long. I will not recommend their service for free to any body

Roof repair : This was an unexpected expense after an Ac installation but Peter an assistant manager at Liberty, was very helpful throughout the entire process. I was not familiar with a roof replacement process for a flat roof so Peter took time to address all my questions about material, competitors quotes and so much more. He was very open and transparent with me which I admire the most. In addition, I love how they are military friendly. The job was completed in two days. I called because I noticed the siding didn't meet my expectation however, Peter and his foreman reacted positively and willing addressed the situation. I will be using them again in the near future.
