Eduardo was extremely informative, friendly and a pleasure to spend time with. He took the time to explain all aspects of the quote. He seemed to genuinely care.

Jimmy came out to give me an estimate on new windows. He was great at the presentation, very knowledgeable, and can’t wait to get my new windows installed.

Jimmy was very cordial and thorough when it came to explaining various aspects of roofing. I would definitely give him five stars for going above and beyond, getting on my roof and applying foam sealant to any leaking areas prior to a total roof replacement, that was very "VERY" much appreciated!!! I would actually give him 10 stars if I could!!

The positive is the sales pitch and person Gary. He made us believe you’re a trusted company. The negative is what follows. On installation day it was discovered 7 of 10 windows were measured incorrectly after they started demo. Seriously, this is what you do and that wasn’t done right! Then, to accommodate the error, $200 off our balance was offered- not new windows and that dollar amount was an insult; we expected $2000 considering the cost of the project. So they sent out the guy who can’t measure correctly to assess the situation. Unbelievable! His only offer was to have a crew come out and cover up their error with trim work because he didn’t think it looked that bad. So we did hoping for the best. The day of service, no one showed. They called at 10:30am stating the crew called out sick and no one else was available. Husband had taken the day off work specifically to watch the process. The crew of 2, non English speaking, came a week later. While some windows look acceptable, others weren’t measured incorrectly (not surprising with this company) and it was coverup with sloppy caulk. We’ll need to fix the issue because we don’t want them back to do more damage.
We take responsibility for not shopping around for other quotes. Gary had us sold on the product and we felt if he was an indication of the type of company this is, we felt we’d be taken care of. Unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. Hansons, you asked for a review and there it is. We don’t recommend your company to anyone. You need to do better.

Mr. Gary Shockley came over to our home and was straight to the point, took measurements, gave me a price (to the penny) on what it would cost for the amount of windows we are looking to replace. We wanted a visit that was straight to the point, without the pressure of feeling we had to purchase from them, which is what we got. We requested it that way and that is what we got. Grateful to Mr. Shockley for his knowledge and willingness to come out.

Recently, I needed bathing facilities. I chose Hansons. I had a bathtub removal replaced with a shower install the end of March. I wanted to experience the new shower before I did this review.
I am most pleased with getting this done. The subcontractor was professional. He had to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. I applaud him for his patience. It was the only bathroom in the house. It took 2 days plus one hour the following day to complete the job. I am happy. The shower works well and am glad I chose well. This is an older house and I had no issues.
If you are "sitting on the fence" - don't wait. Get it done. You will not regret it.

Jimmy Carroll did a great job but just a little drawn out. I think the presentation could have been shorter and include all the great information I also thought that the 50-60% off installation was not as it appeared Again Jimmy did a great job just to long for my busy life of being my husband s caregiver. He has Parkinson’s/Demenia.and my time with him is very demanding.

My wife and I needed a new patio door and we got quotes and estimates from 3 other competitors. Not only did Hanson beat the competitions prices, but the entire process was fantastic. Our salesman Michael Kaechele walked us through the entire process and made us feel like friends rather than clients. Start to finish the entire Hanson team was outstanding. The only downside is the service was so great they make me want to replace my windows sooner!

UPDATE at end: Wish we were one who had a wonderful experience. I take full credit for not doing MORE homework before choosing. Big mistake.
But, unfortunately we have had problems with them once the sale was made. Cold air blows in and makes a loud whistling sound when wind blows so have lived in a wind tunnel for last 2 nights. windows measured wrong and had to wait 8 weeks a second time for correct windows. Had to staple screen to cover windows until they arrived. The old windows were removed before installation guy found out they were measured wrong. He said this was not the first time this had happened. The installation team handled all the corrections for us. (contractors not Hanson)
We have been trying to get a service date to fix. We called, were told to go to website and fill out form and we would be called to set up a date to fix in 2 weeks. Waited for 2 weeks for the call, nope so we called again .. yup told 2 more weeks. Called to find out why it was so hard to schedule a time.
No person to speak with other than a lady named Erica (no, not me) who says she is in corporate. I Asked to speak to manager, nope, but she would send her manager an email, no reply hours later.. I then called for follow up. Erica told me her supervisor emailed the general manager but hasn’t heard from Gary. So I asked to talk to him, nope, asked for higher up to help resolve again nope!! She said she had no email or number for anyone higher up to help.
Unfortunately now Having to contact our payment provider to dispute payment and seeking legal options to get job done right. This seems to be a common problem as I began to dig deeper in reviews. A BBB complaint was filed guessing probably a waste of time. Again as a buyer our mistake was just not researching enough, so honestly this was OUR own making. So why my review. Hopefully this will save another person from a headache Tylenol can’t help. Transparency is not part of their sales pitch. Making sure you’re happy isn’t either but they tell they want you to be happy anyways. And to others who have had problems and owner replies it’s probably just “Erica “ and contacting them will only waste your time and patience. According to her she is as high up a person you’re gonna get. Oh and it will be “2weeks” as it’s the only words they seem to know.
I’ll happily update my review should it all magically be fixed as it’s only fair and the right thing to do. So others can be better informed to make the best choice for their families.

UPDATE : As promised an update. Although I stand behind my review as it was our experience. But today we received a phone call and a service date for Jan 2 between 8 and noon. Hopefully this ends successfully. The windows do look amazing, but that was never the problem.

They made our house look beautiful. They installed new siding . Cleaned up all their mess as they worked. The installation crew was just so nice and very respectful! If we ever want to remodel anything else we will be calling 1-800- HANDSONS AGAIN!

We had a great experience from beginning to end with Jess. She took time to make certain we were getting the windows we wanted. Jess when through all potential solutions and was mindful of our budget. She helped us every step of the way. Wonderful experience!

Jess was amazing! The first time she came out, she went over options with us and reviewed their products. She was so patient as we did our own research and asked her to come back a second time. We gave her our new ideas and we signed for our new windows before she left. I love that she was able to give us pros/cons of our ideas. She has great product knowledge, terrific attention to detail and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Hanson !!!

I’m very disappointed in this company. They offered a promotion to get a $250 giftcard if you made a referral and I made 2 referrals, one which ended in the customer purchasing a new roof. I also have purchased two roofs from then and gutters. I’ve called 9 times in over a year and they still haven’t returned my calls or honor the giftcards. I keep being told a manager will contact me and that does not happen.

We had a very small shower unit installed. The floor was supposed to be solid, which it isn't. Was to have a ceiling unit which the installers forgot to add and we were not reimbursed for the difference. $10,000 and that did not include a shower door.
We also had 5 standard size windows installed. Installers were great. Again, very expensive.
