I've been trying for 3 months to get two small pieces of siding replaced on my building. Scheduling called rescheduled four times crew came down to do the siding they forgot to bring the materials with them. They rescheduled next to camp down oh we have to order the materials. The materials were sitting in the warehouse that forgot again. Now I'm waiting for a third call back from scheduling for deciding replacement for 3 and 1/2 months. I do not recommend this company on their server side or installation

We met with several window companies while deciding which to choose for our home. Devanee Donley was the salesperson who came to visit us; and she was pleasant and respectful during the pitch. While she was relatively new to Hansons, she showed a willingness to find out answers even if she didn't know off the top of her head, which I appreciate. Overall, though, the options that Hansons provides are a bit too convoluted and definitely overpriced for vinyl windows. They do the first price, discount price, then final price to try to 'make the sale'. Even with that, we chose another company with a more straightforward approach, solid window construction, and a much lower price.

Hansons is no longer a family-owned company. They were purchased by a private equity firm in 2017, and that often results in processes that are designed to squeeze profit from the company however possible. It can put companies that used to have a great reputation in a weird position, as Hansons is not the best product in the market, but they are no longer the price-leader which can normally drive unit sales. They are stuck in the middle.

House looks great after the new siding, soffits and gutters were installed. 5 stars on the finished product. I deducted 2 because of two reasons. First, the team ran out of aluminum on the first day of the installation because there was not enough sent to do the job for the crew. Had to wait almost another week to get the job going again. Meanwhile, the house was was in a partial state of terardown and redo. Also no gutters for one full week in the summer was bad, heavy rains really did a number on the ground around the house. Finally, had to get the crew back out to the house twice to repair leaking gutters after the install. Everything is ok now but the job was not without its issues.

Jeff Sorenson was extremely helpful. Very personable and helped us get financing. We did a tub conversion to a shower. I can't wait for installation! I've used Hansen's in the past for three different locations of Windows and my daughter used Hanson's for roof and gutters and their service is phenomenal!!!

Adam was very knowledgeable and touched on all the bases and answered all of our questions. We felt very comfortable talking with him and having him in our home.

Nova Najdi was very attentive and thorough with his services. He made the process very smooth and easy to understand, giving additional details regardless of the time being used.

My husband and I were amazed by the rep. Adam, told us what we didn't know, and we are doing just windows for now than siding later, prioritizing our needs 1st then our wants next. They really get an A+ from us.

Had a great experience with Devanee. She was very thorough explaining how everything was going to work. And she's one of the most charming people you would ever meet. Very good sense of humor and very knowledgeable. She was pleasure to work with.

Very easy process from start to finish. I received two quotes and theirs was the lowest by a few thousand. The windows were installed a few weeks ahead of schedule.

The windows and gutter crews were good. The siding crews were the worst experience I had with a contractor. My house sat exposed to the elements for 3 weeks because there were at least 4 days where nobody showed up on sunny days with no explanation. They exposed holes in my house from the old siding that I had to fix. I had to call a customer service rep numerous times to find out what was going on. My house looked like a construction zone as the siding crews were just left their tools in my yard the entire time. I would not recommend this company for the work as it was. A horrible experience.

Windows very nice Quality. The price was right. The install team was EXCELLENT ! Follow up with one minor detail was taken care of with professionalism. Thanks for a great experience so far.

Overall my roof looks amazing but I felt like the level of communication I was promised with the project manager did not happen. Which resulted in me having to reach out for clarification on things and a surprise addition to my bill for wood getting replaced that I was not made aware of before it happened.

Worst service from Hanson’s. I had roof installed last year. They messed the skylight sealing when installing roofing. There was a leak last year , and again this year same place. They responded me saying they can not fix it because skylight is not covered. When I looked at it it’s not even skylight that is leaking but the roof. The crew that came to investigate didn’t even look at the leak and concluded it’s skylight

Very friendly, got a estimate for a new shower the same day as I called. Salesman showed up on time, very knowledgeable about the products. Great service.

Their salesperson would not respect that we did not want to get the job done today, or sign up for it today. He continued to call his boss to help persuade us with all kinds of discounts. If you do go with this company say NO ATLEAST 5 times, they will pull 5 discounts out of nothing and ur bill will be hundreds or thousands of dollars cheaper.

The salesman was Derrick, he completely changed his tone and attitude towards us when he realized he was not getting the sale. Unprofessional.

I had gutter guards installed 21 years ago
The original guards eventually fell apart, so I call Hanson they said they have a life time warranty, so over a few months tyey replaced with a different style. They told me when they were installed you get a free inspection once a year, well the new ones trap the helicopters,
So I call Hansons to inspect them, they said we won’t come out unless water is running out, I said so I have to walk around house with an embrella to see if there plugged she said Thts right

Devonee was very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions I asked and was just wonderful to help me with getting my roof replaced.

The roof looks fantastic. However, the contractors that did the work damaged the landscaping that I spent good money on! Things that were not in the way of their work area and they could have avoided.

Salesperson Adam was a great asset to your company and a very professional person. made our experience a plus with no anxieties or worries.

Daric was an awesome sales person. He offered us the best deals for windows, however it just wasn’t the right time to purchase windows. I would recommend Daric as a salesman.

It's story time, so buckle the hell up—because this experience was all gas, no brakes.

My wife and I were shopping for a new roof when she told me she booked an estimate with 1-800-HANSONS because they were running a “half-off” deal. Cool. I appreciated the initiative and figured we’d see what they had to offer. The appointment was set for Tuesday at 3:30. Simple, right?

Wrong.

First, they start asking her to send in photos of the house. Why? Supposedly, we’d get $300 off for doing it ourselves. Still scratching my head how photos help measure a roof, but okay. Then she tells me it’s really because they want to upsell us on windows and bathrooms. We only need a roof. She even told them that. Their response? “It’s not optional, it’s part of the salesman’s job.” That was my first red flag.

Then came the endless confirmation calls—without voicemails. She gets called, she’s asleep (night shift life), then they call me, no message. Then another call a few hours later. They claim “computer glitch.” Somehow, she confirms the appointment twice and gets spammed with calls anyway. Pushy? That’s an understatement.

But wait—there’s more. She comes home exhausted from a night shift, and they call AGAIN. I pick up, and I’m met with a “hello?”—like we’re on a call straight out of a reality show. This woman tries to confirm again. When I ask why for the third time, I get the same lazy excuse: “computer error.” I told her to cancel the appointment, thinking it was over.

Nope.

Two hours later, guess who calls? Same woman. Same “hello?” Same BS excuse. I told her this was already canceled. She backpedals, gives me the “have a blessed day” line, and hangs up like she’s running from an unpaid bill.

At this point, my blood pressure is flirting with stroke territory, so I call customer service. Finally someone answers the phone like a professional. She was actually helpful, admitted the repeated calls, and—you guessed it—still blamed the glitch.

Look, I don’t know if this is a system-wide case of incompetence or just aggressive sales tactics, but I don’t do well with either. I’ll be avoiding this company like the plague, and I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

They came out on time. Answered all the questions I had. They understood what my situation was, when I was explaining it.

The agent was very nice he was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient. Thank you so much for sending him we need more like him.

Had a great experience with Adam today going over my options for window replacement. He was very courteous, no pressure and explained product options very well.
