Charles gave a very professional assessment and estimate for replacement of a section of our gutter that is not performing well. Arrived on time. Presented many options and was very knowledgeable on proper drainage. We decided on a small job and he was able to work with us on getting it done!

We called Ameritech Windows in Boulder and ended up here. It seems that Hansons took over their business. The contract out the installation to teams around the Denver metro area, sometimes you get a good team, sometimes you get a bad team. We had the same team come out 3 times to fix the shoddy job they did. The fourth time, they came out to fix the issue and it was a whole lot better. MAKE sure if you get the warranty that if you sell the house, do it within 90 days! THEY don't tell you that upfront.

Charles was very cool and easy to work with. The pricing was also much better than other quotes that we had recently received. Would recommend Hansons to friends and family.

Careless removing of old gutters resulted in severely damaged Facia trim requiring whole day to replace with badgering of crew chief to insure complete restoration. Then, install of new gutters took 2 additional days, never testing with water for leaks. Next day the rain accomplished the trials revealing several steady leaks in joints. They said the work was guaranteed? For thousands of dollars!

Meeting with vendor reps can be burdensome at times, but not with Sam with Hansons. What a pleasant individual. Sam was cordial and very informative. We are getting siding and gutters. Sam explained in clear terms what the benefits of each siding material & gutter options. We enjoyed a few laughs along the way as well.

The installation was great, however they put half screens on 3 of my screens. When I called them to let them know they should be full screens. I wasn't aware half screens existed. So now they tell me I need to pay more for a full screen. Bad customer service, throughly read your contract and check for this.

The representative who came out to fix the issues I had with the shower installing and window handles was absolutely FABULOUS! Ryan was so helpful, kind, and efficient. I would highly recommend him and hire him personally!

The company, however, doesn't earn the 4 stars. Their communication is greatly lacking in several areas. I sent in an email service request and never heard back. Fortunately, I called in about 1 1/2 weeks and spoke to someone in billing. Apparently I had forgotten to pay a permit fee and the customer service rep told me my request was "denied" because I hadn't paid a permit fee.

I didn't receive an email telling me that. I didn't receive an email reminding me I had a bill past due (for almost 1.5 years). It bothers me the company didn't follow through with me once I "paid them" through a loan company. I am extremely disappointed in 1-800Hansons as a company, but their service man was the absolute best.

The project planning is going exceptionally well. John has made it as painless as he can and to this point I'm very excited to get it done! The upper windows are leaked between the two panes allowing condensation and virtually impossible to pull up or down; the lower windows are bowing and twisting.
I will review the final results when they are in. Time to schedule!!

So far I’m still in the beginning phases of getting the job started. Sam is my rep and he has been awesome so far. I’ve had a couple appointments to go over our home siding project. He has been on time to both appointments (big in my book), very thorough explaining things to me, honest, and when he did not know an answer he reached out to his co workers to get the right answer so he was not misleading at all. So far so good. I’m pushing our project to start later on this summer, but I will post another review on the install process when that occurs. Overall 5 stars from me as Sam was great!

John was fantastic throughout the entire process! I was concerned with how a virtual consultation was going to be, but the company is a well oiled machine with John there with all the information needed to answer any questions or concerns I had.

Our experience with 1-800-Hansons was very positive. From the initial meeting with Meghan to the completion of the install of siding and gutters we were kept well informed of what to expect and all scheduling. We had some delays due to material issues and weather but we're very happy with the results. The siding installer Jay was meticulous in his work and clean ups every day. Any concerns we had during the install were addressed immediately. It's only been a few days since completion but we've already had many compliments on the appearance of our home. Thank you.

I met with Sam from Hansons regarding a patio door replacement. I currently have a very old door that is extremely drafty and difficult to open and close.
I am very impressed with the product line. The quality of the door is excellent and the pricing is below other competitors. There is also a lifetime guarantee on the door and the installation. I would highly recommend Hansons for upgading any window or door.

Our sales person, Larry, was professional and answered all our questions about the windows we were considering. The energy demonstration using the various window types was informative and helped us reach our decision about which window type we wanted.

BEWARE! This company uses an in house competition with there salesman to get reviews before the job even starts. They offer 50-60% off but really it's just 50-60% off of quality of install. They also use high pressure tactics to get you to sign off on the job before you even see there finished product.
When there job fails and window seal leaks they will ghost you for weeks then finally decide they won't do anything to repair it.
Now I have window seals that leaks that I can't repair myself without voiding window warranty.
BEWARE! Bad business!!
