Justin C., Tyler, and Gilbert did an excellent job replacing a dozen windows at my house. I would recommend Pure Energy Window Company and those three gentlemen in particular without reservation. I had all of my windows replaced by Pure Energy. The entire process was simple, they communicated well, and the install crew was absolutely incredible. Ray, Joey, Devin, and Adam are the best! I had been looking for a few years to replace the front windows on the house. Big picture window in living room and two casement windows in the front bedroom, the issue was that they had been downsized from the original windows to the house. I talked to many, many companies and explained to them there would be some "rebuilding" for new windows. They all said no problem we can do that but when they came out to measure always said "oh we don't do that, we just replace the windows that are there" well then you aren't a "construction or remodel" company you are strictly a "window REPLACEMENT" company. Pure Energy was going door to door in my neighborhood so I thought what the heck, I've got time to kill, let's see how far they get before they tell me "oh we don't do that" Surprise surprise they didn't. He told me they had no problem doing what I wanted, and they did. I've had a few neighbors text me how much they like the new windows. Justen, Justin and Zack were great, polite, answered any and all questions as they were installing, and left no mess behind. I do have a couple holes to patch in the drywall but that is my fault, and the fault of the "handyman" who installed the bow window I replaced. Very happy with my windows. My only issue.........finding new blinds I like.

I highly recommend Pure Energy Windows. We had a large, 2 (long) day job and the crew that was here, Justin C, Tyler, Rob, and Gilbert were awesome to work with! They worked hard to make sure everything was done right, and did not cut any corners. They kept everything extremely clean and were friendly and knowledgeable to work with.

The whole team was outstanding, they were very professional and completed the roofing project in less than 8 hours. The roof looks great! They did a great job!

We had a full house install yesterday and a cutout for a new slider to our deck. Honestly I was surprised it could be done in one day but the “A team” ( Ray, Joey, Devin, Marc, Adam and James ) did it…These men were so polite, respectful and cleaned up everything including taking the old windows and screens. Excellent company from our salesperson, the finance person, the scheduler, the installers, and the follow-up person. The installer team worked all day on our windows. They all were friendly and polite, not only to us but to each other. I heard many times "can you help me with this please" and always a "thank you" was expressed to their fellow worker. Super team! Thank you, Ray, Joey Devin, Marc and Adam! The house is much quieter as well.

After hearing from the company, which is much appreciated, I am going to change my review. It is just frustrating to put that amount of money out for windows, and have to have two service calls to finally see what the issue was. Thank you, Pure Energy, for reaching out so quickly. We look forward to a quick and complete repair.
After 1/2 years, a couple screens split on their own, and a window sash that was not closing properly, after 2nd trip out, found out the sash was not squared! The window was always a little tight locking, just got to the point it could not be locked. Now we wait a month to see if replacement sash works.
A lot of money for this…?

We had pure energy, install 20 windows in our house and fix the trim on two other windows. The team of Justin C., Tyler, Bob, and Ryan, were professional and did a great job. They even fixed some issues we were not aware of.
In addition, they appeared to have great camaraderie and communicated well with each other. In other words, they enjoyed what they were doing, despite a very long day. And they cleaned up pretty good after themselves.
We are loving our new window windows.

Pure Energy replaced our big 12' x 9' window wall and another 9' window wall. Pure Energy sales worked with us by sending someone out a couple times with options to be sure we felt confident about the choice we made. The product is top quality. Mike and Benny did an excellent job on installation. We were impressed by the pride they took in their work, the respect they showed our home and they left it clean when they were done. We may just have to go ahead and get more doors and windows replaced, they look so beautiful.

Not cheap, but their product is also much better quality than others on the market and their installers are perfectionists. At least that is my experience with this crew! You can clearly see the difference. The company replaced recently all windows on my sister’s house in Brighton. I highly recommend this company.

Updating/editing review to be neutral after receiving a cordial call from the business owner, Adrian. He assured me that my initial experience was not typical and spoke with me for a good amount of time about their company and how they do business.

I'm sure they do a good job as the other ratings seem to show, but my wife and I did not get a good first impression due to a few reasons related to the initial sales meeting and quote. It could have been the salesman had a bad day, etc. which I can understand. I can say the experience was NOT one of the high pressure "sign the contract now" style experiences, which we did appreciate.

After speaking with the owner I will consider Pure Energy for upcoming projects, and as always will obtain multiple quotes to make sure I understand all of the options out there before deciding on a vendor.

This was an overall great experience! Steve was very helpful the sales rep Vinnie was helpful and accomodating. Justin's crew ( Tyler-Gilbert-JT ) did a fantastic job with the installation! The new window look great and I am sure will cut down on the heating costs .

Installation of our window door (slider) was finished on 1/14. Everything went very well and we love our new door. The installers were very efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up their mess. Gavin was especially thoughtful when showing me the features of the door and to explain the warranty information. We will definitely keep Pure Energy in mind for any future needs.

The salesman that came to the door was nice and I was interested in hearing what they have to offer as I have some projects I would like done in the coming year, but my issue came when they demanded that my wife and I meet with them together to discuss pricing and options. I repeatedly told the salesman and the team he called to schedule a time that I am the one that would make that decision as my wife does not care about this, but they continued to insist that we meet together. Finally the salesman said that we could do the meeting just with me and then at the time of the meeting they called to let me know they were coming to my home and then again insisted to meet with my wife and I together. I told them if they wanted my business, they could meet with me and they again insisted to meet with both. That was the final straw for me and I told them to cancel the whole thing and to remove me from their call back list. Rude and inconsiderate, but worst of all is that I have a lot of things that they could do for me and they lost my business just because they would not meet with the person in the home that would make those decisions... Sad to lose a customer that way.

Anyone seriously considering upgrading to a new premium front door should place Pure Energy Company on their list of companies to receive a quote.
We are very pleased with the beautiful Provia door we chose both inside and outside of the house. It is manufactured in Ohio, is energy efficient and there are many styles to choose from.
All appointments were kept. The house was cleaned inside and out where the work was completed.
We had an issue where the wrong sized inside trim was delivered. It was not an issue for us but I contacted Pure Energy to let them know what occurred. The owner, Adrian Beaver, returned my call to reassure me that the mistake was an anomaly and the work would be completed expeditiously once the correct trim arrived. Mr. Beaver was true to his word.
I highly recommend the Pure Energy Company for a new front door.

They just finished installing 21 windows and a doorwall (patio door). The windows are fantastic. The crew has been phenomenal in every aspect. Extremely impressed with how they treated our house. They treated our belongings like they were their own. They worked extremely well together and were done within the estimated time frame which was amazing when you factored in that the temperature hovered around zero with the wind chill factor. I couldn’t be happier with Pure Energy from start to finish.

Justin, Tyler and JT came out yesterday to install 8 windows in my house. They were extremely polite, efficient, professional and tidy employees. They prepped my home by putting down plenty of floor coverings, made sure all the furniture was moved to allow them sufficient room, and they worked quite fast in a 35-degree morning. They were in and out in 4 hours, leaving my home in better (and warmer) condition than they found it. They even helped re-install some of the blinds.

I would highly recommend Pure Energy for replacement windows. Even though they initially told us it would be mid- to late-December, our windows took 3 months, 1 day, from the date the order was made to installation date.

Pure Energy Window Company recently installed a sliding glass door for me. I was very pleased with their service from start to finish. Each person I dealt with from sales rep, rep who came to measure, and installers, were very polite and professional. There was no pressure to use their company. The sales rep gave me an approximate time frame for completion, educated me about their product, outlined the next steps for measuring and installation, and quoted a price. The sales rep took the time to answer all my questions before I made a decision to use their services. The rep who came to measure and the installers, also took the time to answer any questions. My sliding glass door was installed a month earlier than projected. The door looks beautiful, slides back and forth very smoothly, and has an added security feature. I would definitely use Pure Energy Windows again to replace any of my windows.

I cannot say enough about this company. Everything the company owner said would happen, did! His installers showed up at the exact time they said they would. Having been taken in by other companies including window companies, and being a retired skilled tradesman, I did not hover over them while they did their work, but when they were finished, I painstakingly scrutinized the job.
