I just needed a small downspout repair so I called Todd and he got back to me quickly with a quote. Will came out to do the work a couple days later. Both were very friendly and Will did the work quickly and added an extra fastener to make sure it would hold.

Todd Whalen did a great job cleaning and repairing my gutters. I also loved the communication where he said he would perform the work sometime during a given week, and that I did not have to be at home. No need to go back and forth about dates and times! Todd did a wonderful job servicing our roof & gutters this past week. I've had my gutters cleaned by other A2 providers last spring, and Todd did 10x a better job and at a lower price. Whalen not only cleaned the gutters, but they cleaned up the property afterwards wherever debris fell, so both the roof & landscaping looked great.

In the fall we had them do our gutters and clean the outside of the house. They did such an awesome job we had them back to do the windows in the Spring. Cleaned inside and out plus screens. Great customer service

Todd gave me a quotation to power wash the siding on the front of my home and to wash all my windows inside and out. It was roughly half the amount quoted by another well-known company. I accepted his quotation (with enthusiasm) and booked the appointment well in advance, since two other companies I contacted were already booked up a month in advance. Todd appeared on the day of my appointment and did all the work I requested. He is detail-oriented, hard-working, very pleasant and willing to please. The siding on the front of my home had a lot of grooves in it and dirt had collected that I thought would be tough to clean out. Todd had no problem as he had all the right equipment. My windows and siding are sparkling and I will have Todd back next year for sure!

Todd does fantastic work! He's prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and very meticulous. I asked him to clean our windows and gutters and we agreed on a price. When he arrived and started working he noticed that my gutters didn't need cleaning so he offered to not charge me. That's a rare quality these days. Hire him!

Todd did an amazing job!! I am having a graduation party next month and he was here for two days cleaning the outside of the house and power washing all the cement surfaces. My Trek deck looks fabulous. He did all the windows last year! He is timely, responsible, and makes sure you are happy when he is finished.......I WAS!!!

Had Todd clean gutters on the second floor of our two-story colonial, and also install gutter guards I provided. He was great with communication, and he did a fantastic job. I was at work while he did everything, but he provided before and after pics. I'm pretty sure I could have eaten out of the gutters after he cleaned them ... not that I'd recommend actually doing it!

Todd has done work for our Condo Association (12 units) for 2 years. We've been very happy with his workmanship and service. This year we had him come back to help us diagnose ice build-up issues we are having over the winter. He helped us get to the bottom of the problem. Thanks Todd.

Todd sends me a text when it's time for my biannual gutter cleaning, sends me a photo when it's done (as I'm a remote landlord) and I pay through e-payment. Simple as that! I hired Whalen Home Services to correct a previous power washing job that made a big mess on my house. Todd brought the siding back to a glisten and got a major moss or mold growth off the roof. I also had him power wash my rental house. He did a fantastic and professional job at both places. Don’t take the lowest bidder! If you want the job done right, you will appreciate Whalen.
