Did an amazing job of quickly coming out, mitigating water damage, and always answering questions and explaining the process in full.

We had the ceiling come down in a bedroom…ugh…we called SERVPRO and they came in an hour to clean up the mess. Nathan and Evan worked so hard in really really hot conditions and did a great job and are so nice and understanding! There deserve a medal! If you are having an emergency or crisis with your home call SERVPRO! This is the before and after pics.

I cannot say enough good things about the SERVPRO team. Nathan, Luis, Kevin, and everyone else were amazing. They came as soon as we called for a basement flooding, and did all the work. The explained each step of their work and what we needed to do for insurance. I can’t imagine the amount of work we would have had to do without them. They were so pleasant, professional, and prompt each day. 100% recommend them to anyone who has the unfortunate need of their services. They make a stressful situation so much easier.

Servpro (Ashton and Kevin) came quickly and assessed our problem. Problem ended up being minimal and all was resolved efficiently. Day 0, Brighton Servpro customer service was called and was able to have someone out. Ashton came and evaluate the situation. Within 4 hrs, he was able to mobilize the crew Jarred and Matt to come out! Both were very accommodating to our requests . They were very careful and gentle with trims and molding as they’re dissembled. They tore down the drywall and mitigate the wetness with their 7000xli and VeloPro.. so far my experience with Servpro were excellent and professional. They also clean up and haul away all the drywall and debris. This is our first time using Servpro. I would highly recommended Servpro without reservation.

Calling ServPro for smoke damage to my home from a kitchen fire was a great decision! You made a very scary situation for us not so overwhelming. You came in so fast with complete confidence and worked so quickly to resolve our water issue. Anytime you were interacting with me you made me feel like I was your only customer. I’m sure you are asked the same questions over and over and never replied with being put out to answer the smallest of them. The timely manner of your appointment is actually shocking to what most companies do. You call when you say and show up when you say. I can not recommend this company and location more. Kevin and Ethan were AMAZING! My father is 92 years old and was very anxious after his stove caught fire. Although the fire damage wasn't extreme, the smoke damage was.They could smell the smoke even from the sidewalk. They explained every step of the restoration from beginning to end that would be done to "Make it look like it never happened".
They were professional and personable. My dad is confident now, about trusting his home to Kevin, Ethan, and the entire crew!

Jarod, Chad, Mike and team of Serv Pro was fantastic. Jarod called me every day with any updates and next steps. I would highly recommend using them. They are very knowledgeable and thorough.

My laundry machine caused a significant flood on the main floor of my house. It warped and ruined our hardwood floors, drywall and cabinets. I called Jennifer and she had her team with Jacob, JB and Nate start remediation within hours. I was not expecting such prompt help. I could not have asked for a better service. They were professional and compassionate. I especially appreciated how much they communicated and let me know when they were arriving every day and exactly what they were going to work on. One of my best experiences working with contractors on my house!

After coming home to a fully flooded basement, I contacted insurance, called the sump pump company and started calling remediation companies. ServPro was the only company that had a live person answering calls at 10 pm on a Saturday. After taking my info, I was told I would hear from the local office with an hour or 2. I received a call within 30 mins and a crew was at my house within the hour. It was amazing.

When Kevin and crew arrived, they were professional, informative, and friendly. They went to work right away and sucked up all the water and set up drying equipment. Over the next few days, the project manager Ashton, was in touch constantly, letting me know when team members needed to come by and what they would be doing on each visit. Each crew that came out was as great as first crew. Kevin finished up the job and was so professional, kind and timely.

Servpro was fast, professional, and very helpful. They went above and beyond, cleaning up not just behind themselves but taking my trash out and bringing my cans up from the curb. Moving furniture for me that wasn’t part of their mitigation process. I was very impressed with their service.

I’m not one to leave reviews, however these guys deserve a sincere review. A pipe bursted above my kitchen ceiling at 3am this morning. I called my insurance provider and they gave me a list of contractors. I called ServPro and spoke with Josh. His customer service at that time of the morning was worth a 5 star review alone. Unsure if it was a water supply line or a line from my boiler, I immediately shut off and drained both systems. Josh wasn’t able to assemble a team at that hour but was willing to drive 45-50 mins to supply us with some heat to keep us warm until a team could arrive. I declined the offer because my home was holding a safe temp with the space heaters that I had available.

As soon as a team was assembled, Josh contacted me and gave me an ETA. Their arrival was accurate considering the snowy road conditions. Arriving at my home was Josh and two of his workers - Aaron and Dathyn. They took over from there. They informed me exactly what they were going to do until a plumber arrived. At that time, after several calls around, I was still left without a plumber. Servpro suggested a plumber that they use quite regularly. The plumber came out in record time from 30 miles away and get right to work. The leak was found by Servpro and quickly repaired by the plumber that they trusted.

My heat was now on and I had running water faster than I’ve seen any service provide. Josh was outstanding to follow up with any questions or concerns. He felt confident in his team to executed from start to finish. Aaron and Dathyn were some of the best servicemen that I have ever come across. Their attention to detail and to keep me updated on their every move was far more than expected. From the moment they entered my door, they were very professional, courteous, understanding and got what they needed done without skipping a beat!

I highly recommend this company, especially these three individuals if they service your area. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they absolutely deserve it. Rock star of a solid team that made me feel great about my experience.

Absolutely the best! They have taken great care of us while dealing with a flood from the neighbor above our condo. Courteous, incredibly punctual, patient while we sorted out the plumbing repairs up above, handled everything, checked in on us throughout the whole process! JB and Rob came to clean out fire extinguisher residue from our oven after a small fire. They were extremely thorough and communicative while they were here and stayed while we turned on the oven to burn off the water and cleaning chemicals and help us air out the fumes and smoke. They also went the extra mile and cleaned the surrounding areas of the oven which was not expected of them. They were very genial and helpful and highly recommend these two employees.

Our house flooded on a Monday evening while we were out for a few hours. We called Servpro and they were at our house within two hours, and got right to work. They got the water out, removed everything that might get moldy and sprayed all surfaces with anti-microbial. Moved all furniture, etc, into a storage pod they provided until construction repairs are done. Very courteous and professional.

We recently had a water issue in our home in Howell. I was referred to ServPro through my insurance provider, and I am extremely glad that they did. It was a pretty big job, in my opinion, and everyone I worked with at this ServPro location is great. I told each of them this, but I can see that all the crew leaders, project manager, and office staff have worked extremely hard to get our house back to a livable state. This goes all the way to the top with the Owner, Chris. He and his team with Torin, Breann, Dayna, Preston, and many others really put everything they had into this job. They were a bright spot in one of the worst times in our lives. They went the extra mile for me on several things and approach their jobs with expertise and compassion for the situation we were in.

From the time I called they had someone at my house in less than an hour and came prepared to help us with our issue. They were great. All the employees who came were polite, helpful and made us feel at ease. Would recommend them to anyone who has an issue

I cannot say enough great things about the people at ServPro who handled our water restoration and clean up after our home flooded! Yes, having our home flood was terrible, but I'm very thankful for the people ServPro for being such a blessing in the mess. We felt like a priority from the moment they answered the phone and still felt that way on their last day with us.

From their office staff to the restoration crews everyone they was incredibly informative and professional, ensuring that we understood every step of the process and what needed to be done to prevent future mold growth. Protecting my families health and being informed during the process was my priority and ask, and they nailed it.

Servpro has been quick and effective in eliminating the problems I was facing from water which damaged much of my kitchen and basement, they are very effective and informative when it comes to remedy the issues. I was trying to assist a friend in getting their home ready for a sale. Circumstances beyond their control caused the home to be without power. Courts insisted that there needed to be an estimate of the damages prior to the sale closing of the home. Home is already in contract. Servpro, after listening to the full details, quickly worked with us to get the details we needed for closing.

My experience with Servpro restoring a complete ceiling collapse was remarkable. ServPro came within hours after calling to remove fallen insulation and ceiling debris. At all times, their teams were always on time, professional, and after they left each day, there was no sign that major work was being done. After a horrible building experience where our builder left two inches of silt in our basement due to their contractors turning off the sump, this team did an awesome job.
