They cleaned my gutters and scrapped the crap out of them so well that one was hanging down a little bit after.. they sent someone out to inspect it right away and are going to come back to fix it for me... so now I have clean gutters and they are sending someone back to repair the one little part of the gutter that hangs off now. Good Customer Service...

The crew was very thorough, listened to my concerns, did not try to upsell, and worked very hard the entire time they were here. They also contacted central dispatch to let them know the bill needed adjusted because one service wasn't needed. They were respectful and displayed much integrity. They cleaned the smelly muck out of our gutter (after removing covers they didn't install) and wiped them completely clean with a rag and bucket of water. I was very impressed at the quality of the job performed.

I have used Midwest gutter cleaning twice. One for a cleaning and repair work and recently for a cleaning of the gutters after the fall of the maple seeds as the expected trees started growing in my gutters.

Always, a great fast and easy service with Midwest Gutter. We have lived here for 10 years and have used them the last 8 years. They always come and go about their business cleaning the gutters. One year I asked them to come back, and remove a bird nest. that was in my vent. The owner came out and did it for me! Always happy with Midwest gutter.

They were on time, friendly and efficient. Their price was in line with what I found online ($0.60-1.00 per linear sq foot), which was 1/3 the price of some of their competitors.

Having used Midwest before, I was not hesitant to use them again. My guess is that they forgot to clean up behind themselves this time. All around my garage were spoils that weren't picked up and left on the lawn. In addition, I found small dents in the gutters. Finally, the downspouts were not completely cleaned. However, I received a text message asking me to leave a review. Supervisors should have checked behind them before making that request.

The workers don't clean the downspouts.
We have had to call Midwest back out on numerous occasions to to clear the downspouts that they continuously overlook.
If downspouts are not cleaned, they can become clogged with leaves, debris, and other materials, preventing proper water drainage. This can lead to a variety of problems including roof damage, foundation issues, landscape erosion, and pest infestations.
"We want to clarify that our gutter clean-outs do include cleaning accessible downspouts, and if any part of your system was missed or needed additional attention, we be happy to make it right." - Midwest Gutter Cleaning.
You have had to sent them back "numerous times" to clear the downspouts (except for the last time you did not send them back out) for which they purposely avoid doing for some odd reason.
It's a pain to have to police your workers every time our gutters AND downspouts need cleaning.

This is my second time going through Midwest Gutter Cleaning for gutter installation. As before, their prices are competitive, transparent and itemized, they show up on time and communicate well, the job is done efficiently and it all is standing up to the test of time.

The team did an amazing job. They quickly identified and fixed an issue with a clogged downspout and then proceeded to reinforce the gutter to prevent future problems. The was knowledgeable and very professional.

I have been using Midwest Gutter Cleaning for past few years. I also use them at a couple of my rental properties too. Last year I decided to get the gutter covers so I would not have to have mine cleaned every year. However, this year there was debris all around the gutter covers. When they call for cleaning I asked them why were they calling when I had gutter covers? They told me they still clean them but for the first few years it would be about half price. Last year I paid $2,000 for gutter covers. That was a waste of money then if I still had to have them cleaned every year. Is there any refunds on that?

The guys with Midwest Gutter Cleaning did a great job today on my long-overdue gutter cleaning. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They also respected my wishes to clean up the debris as much as possible since I had already paid for spring cleanup. In the past, other people who cleaned my gutters threw the leaves and debris all over the yard and into my garden, but Midwest Gutter Cleaning collected most of it in buckets and took it away. They even got rid of the sticks and large limbs that had fallen onto my garage even though there were no gutters to clean on the garage. I will definitely be using them every year for gutter cleaning and in the event of any gutter-related issues. The cost was incredibly reasonable in my opinion as well. I also recommend their adorable Michigan state-shaped downspout splash block if you love our state like I do!

Few years ago, my BFF recommended Midwest Gutter to clean my gutters. They did for a couple of years, with excellent job, they even installed the gutter covers. I think about a year ago they clean the exterior of the house and the roof, I was amazed with the results. My house is like 75 years old. Few days ago, they came and clean the driveway and the patio. No rush needed for us, so I was fine with waiting. Great communication via phone and email from Mallory, who handled the appointment scheduling for us. Team was fast and we got to pay (including tip) online instead of having to deal with cash or checks. Affordable and beat getting up on the roof ourselves for sure.
