Great work from the beginning. Belinda, Mathew and Fabio were very professional and knowledgeable at all times. In times of emergencies these are the type of people you need, specially when dealing with insurance. They help you through the process from start to finish making you feel that they are on your side. I would totally recommend Standard Restoration to anyone. 5 starts all day baby!!

We worked with Matt, Matthew, Kenya and Fabio. Our project manager is Brady. All of them are incredible. Quick, helpful and kind. Our house is a disaster after a water pipe burst and they were so nice to us. They got everything done quickly and accurately. They helped us navigate starting the claim with insurance and made the process feel as easy as possible in a stressful time.

We are just through the demo and damage control portion but we are more than confident they will takencare of us through the whole process. 10/10 recommend.

I suffered a big toilet overflow late on Sunday night, got a plumber on Monday who recommended Standard Restoration, SLC. they showed up within 2 hours and assessed the damage right away. They crawled under the apartment, took out the toilet, installed a Hipafilter, dehumidifier, fans etc. They left having cleaned up, putting everything back in it's place neatly and all the time wearing booties not to track in my house.. They explained everything, were polite, pleasant, and informative and came every day to check on it until they determined it was dry. Thanks to Brayden, Matthew, Kenya Matt and La Marck. I will call them whenever I have a problem again. They were the best!

It was a Wednesday morning at about 7AM that I calles this service due to an emergency. My whole kitchen floor was flooding. I felt the water in my feet's as I walked trough the kitchen. There was so much water under each title that the gaps between tiles were now pushing water up.

I got Standar Restoration number from my plumber. He mentioned that they could quickly mitigate the damage and report to my inaurance for the next steps on Restoration.

They arrive probably 1 hour after I called. I meet Darrell and he evaluated quickly ehat needed to be done. With no hesitation he started to help and gave me a few steps that I followed to get the complain process going with my insurance. They controlled the water , removed the wet and destroyed tiles and disposed them. They put ventilation on the kitchen , opened the drywall and allowed all of water to come out from the wood as well. Installed a dehumidifier. For several days I had these fans there trying to remove all the water so that we can prevent further damage. The team would check daily to see how everything was going and documented the damages to talk with my inaurance further.
Im still going through the process of getting things fix but the damage was controlled. Big thanks to al the team Lamarck, Fabio Matt and Matthew for the consistent hard work.

I was referred to Standard Restoration by a plumber who was unable to locate a leak in the wall of a loft bathroom which was manifested by a drip in a large closet ceiling in the main level master bedroom. The plumber contacted Brady at Standard Restoration who immediately responded and in about an hour later their experts, Anthony and Jaden, arrived at our home and immediately got to work and discovered that the leak was actually in the loft bathroom wall. Anthony then expertly cut the drywall in the wall to expose the leak which had soaked through the insulation and through the floor and into the closet below.

The next day Anthony and Jaden returned to remove the ceiling Sheetrock and insulation and set up two massive dehumidifiers and several circulation fans and sanitized the area. They also set up a horizontal downward facing heat source to help dry the subfloor under the ceramic tile. Another team came daily for several to check the humidity levels. When the job was complete they arranged for the reconstruction to start immediately.

All in all, Anthony and Jaden were superb ambassadors for Standard Restoration. I have already recommended Standard Restoration to many of our neighbors. They are tops in their field.

Mathew & Brady came with in a hour of my call and explain to us everything in detail what needed to be done . Have you ever been woken up at 2am to the sound of water dripping in your room? You try to stay asleep, hoping more than anything it's a part of your dream? Only to realize that it's definitely real? This is where we were this morning and it was horrible. One quick Google search later and we had decided to call Standard Restoration. I'm so glad we did.

We spoke with Darryl around 2 and he was calm and reassuring. Talked us through what we were seeing and what the possibilities could be. Although he was clear that he could have come directly out - we decided to make an appointment for the first thing in the more normal morning hours and try to get a little sleep.

Darryl arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. He inspected the issue from the room to identify where it was wet, showed us the extent of where the water got into and then went into the attic to identify the leak.

We were particularly lucky that it wasn't a roof leak but rather a pipe that had come a little loose. Darryl gave us a quote and talked through the various costs that would be associated with us hiring them to remove the drywall, and dry it out. He also mentioned that it was a reasonable DIY job if we had some basic skills - which we do.

I am so grateful for Darryl's kindness, clarity, knowledge, and honesty. Although we did fix this one on our own we've saved the company name and info to be our first call for any and all flooding or disaster clean up.

Discovered some water damage due to a slow leaking refrigerator valve. Standard Restoration was professional and friendly. Showed up ready to help, and get things going. Thanks to Matthew, Lamarck and Carter for their work in helping us getting things taken care of. We are now ready to move on to the next steps of our home improvement.

Brady Rafiner, Project Lead, did an excellent job coordinating all remediation activities. He was on site within 3 hours of my initial call. He helped me initiate the insurance claim and coordinated directly with the insurance company to ensure they had all the necessary documentation to complete the claim. This company was out within the hour after my faucet leak and was quick to get the drying process started. Matthew and Carter were fantastic and communicated well throughout the process. He always called everyday to setup a time to come check on equipment. They were clean and courteous with everything. Very professional and would highly recommend.

The job wasn’t done we trusted the company did it but we have had other companies come in and say the floor is soaking wet underneath. We have asked for the receipts of the materials you guys used and no one can provide that. We paid your sister company for the job as we were directed to do by project managers.

After a flood in our laundry room, our plumber had us call Standard Restoration. With in the hour, Braydon, Manual, and Caleb were hard at work. They were incredibly helpful for coordinating all of the work I needed to fix a water leak and resulting damage. Very communicative and quick to respond.

These guys were pros from start to finish. It's easy to get a hold of them and they worked with our schedule even when I backed them off a day. Courteous, friendly, and they even helped us move personal belongings which they didn't have to do. They wear booties and lay down a carpet cover which was really appreciated. Brady, Brayden, and Manuel were excellent to work with.

Cecil and Darrell were great from the moment we called them and everyday after that followed. We called them at 10pm on a Saturday night and they were here at our house and got right to work. They checked on the process everyday and made sure everything dried out and helped us work with insurance. Highly recommend Cecil and his team!

Very professional and communicated very well. They called to schedule visits and called again to let us know they were on the way every time. Responded very quickly and did a great job. Installed protective cover over our existing carpeting. Explained each step they were taking in removing water and moisture within the insulation in the side walls. Would definitely use them again.

We had a leak from a pipe issue, and our plumber (Monkey Wrench Plumbing) told us we'll need someone to look at the mold. He put us in contact with Standard Restoration to come take a look. They came the same day and got right to work. Brayden and Francisco took down the wall and looked at the damage. Brayden walked us through the process, got on a call with our insurance company, and told us what to expect. The team would need to come and check the progress and test the moisture. They came back 4 times last week and the final look this morning. A few of the other team members came to do the quick checks last week - I don't remember their names (sorry). But it was quick!

I'm changing my previous rating from 5 to 4. I felt during my project that it seemed they went overboard and did somethings that were unnecessary. Since this project I tried another vendor and feel more comfortable with them.

Standard Restoration turned what began as a very stressful experience into feeling confident and taken care of. We had a water main leak in our upstairs kitchen and they immediately sent a plumber who took care of the leak! Brayden and his team then showed up quickly, setting up their equipment to save our wood floors and dry everything out! Later we discovered that the water had leaked down the wall into the basement and pooled on the wood floors. They immediately set up more equipment and showed up each day to check on the moisture levels! They always came when they said they were coming, wore booties into our home and were always very respectful and professional!

Darrell and Kenya from standard restoration were wondeful! My husband and I bought a house knowing there was some minor mold issues, which we had professionally tested before purchasing the home to ensure it wasn't a dangerous type of mold. After purchasing the home however, we began to pull back baseboards for renovation, and to our dismay, we discovered that there were MANY areas affected by mold. We called Standard Restoration, which they came out immediatley and provided a professioanl assesmment for free. With the guidance and expertise of Darrell, we were able to address the mold and also had an ozone process completed to clean the air, which vastly improved the smell of the home too. Standard has been absolutely amazing to work with. We had the City's main sewer line backup into our basement and destroy everything. If you have to go through the unfortunate disaster of a home flood, I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE else. Brady was at my home the same day as the flood, and before we had even made a decision on what to do he had already contained the issue so it wouldn’t get worse- regardless of what company I went with. Such a relief not having a salesman in my home while I was dealing with a stressful situation, but rather having a professional who genuinely understood how sucky it is and wanted to help no matter what. He then went above and beyond going through the insurance process with me and my provider making sure everything was perfect, and even had me lined up with a repair company before the water damage was even finished to ensure the whole process went smooth and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing.

This doesn’t even touch on the professionalism and care the crew gave my home (even while it was wrecked and a mess already from the flood) Brayden and Francisco treated my little shack like it was a multi million dollar mansion as they removed all the water damage. Restoration is not a fun process. Standard Restoration has made the process easier while trying to maintain your normalcy and deal with urgent house situation. They were quick, professional and recommend them.

Tristian called immediately and came with a crew after the plumbing Co. Arrived and unclothed the sewer back-overflow in my basement. They also had cleanup company arrive right after Tristian ( Project Manager ) got here. Standard Restoration is totally professional. All of the work crews are trained as well as certified in multiple areas of this arena. The attitude of all the men working in my home was polite, earnest workers. Efficient and helpful for all the work done. Plus my having a King Sized German Sheppard added my concerns, but after being allowed to sniff each of the workers quickly and being instructed this person is good and ok, he allowed everyone to work uninhibited.
Such quick response on sewer overflow and blowout. Now all tearing out and storage of items in pods unit. They initiated and had delivered on site Quickly.
Not sure when or how long before re-build gets started. I know they are so busy with multiple numbers of projects in progress. All the folks with Standard Restoration need to be issued ATTA BOY certificates for a job being done far better than just getting it done.
I'll have to wait and see how the restoral/new construction part goes.
