I ordered a key fob for my 2014 Dodge Dart. The service man came to my vehicle and reprogrammed my key fob and I was back on the road. Thanks so much.

Needed an emergency oil change, got in and got it done with a delivery back to the house since I went camping that weekend. Very pleased.

Recently took my dodge 3500 heavy duty diesel to L&L motor having computer and radio issues! know this truck is my baby! Rarely driven sits in garage 98% of the time ! Met Brad in sevice department showed him the issue we then proceeded to the tech who would be repairing and diagnosing the issue ,seemed very knowledegable and assured me he would figure it out! Long story short the problem was resolved and everything works perfect and at a reasonable price! Their service department is great ! good experience from start to finish keep up the great work guys! I took my 2020 Ford F150 with 23,000 miles on it to Heritage Ford Infernal Utah who sold me a bogus warranty I had my truck checked it needed a O2 sensor or a catalytic converter. They told me that I could not even get into have them check it for 2 to 3 months was treated very rudely. I left there in the parking lot. I called L&L Ford dealer in Roosevelt Utah. They scheduled me for the next day. Did a fantastic job. Had a new catalytic converter put in within a week and a half. They are fantastic. I recommend them to anybody.

The staff at L & L are great. Quick, informative, and just really nice people. They all went above and beyond to address all the concerns I had and I feel like they genuinely want to help me get taken care of.

They communicated with me during the repairs and shared accurate timelines. This has not always been the experience with dealerships in the Basin. I will ABSOLUTELY go back there in the future.

Great place to buy a vehicle! Nice local people who are always there to support their customers and their community. When it comes to vehicles you want a reliable long term relationship and L & L is the right place for that.

Had electrical issues my town’s ford dealer couldn’t track down so I had it towed to a trusted shop, they couldn’t track the problem down either, so I had it towed to L&L and they had it back to me in a week very satisfied!!!

The gentleman who helped me was respectful, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the service I came for because the lug nuts on my tires had a security key. So I had to opt out. But I would go back to L&L or refer family and friends.
