Christine was phenomenal. Very kind and very caring lady.
Levi even came to my place to install it. He found the windshield, which was a little rare.
Did a great job with Rock chip repair. Quick and couldn’t tell it even happened after the repair.
This place done it for no cost. I will definitely spread the word.
I cannot stand dealing with off site switchboards that have no clue what the immediate technician availability is.

Bad experience! I was told the windshield would need to be ordered and would be there the next day. The next day, I called to get an appointment, for installation and was told the windshield was backordered but would be called when it arrived. One month later, when calling to check on the windsheld, i was told the would have to be picked-up over a weekend and set the appointment for instalatoin on a WednesdayIl. When I arrived to getcte windshield installed. I was told they faild yo pick ot up. Needless to say, I left frustrated in anger vowing never to return...

When I took my Audi to the dealership, they gave me an almost outrageous quote to replace the windshield because it has special sensors in it. I called Better View, and they gave me a much better quote for the same type of windshield.

Christine was the lady who I did business with, and she was phenomenal. Very kind and very caring lady.

I was devastated when I saw my 69 Impala had received some big rocks to the windshield. But, Better View was Great. Levi even came to my place to install it. He found the windshield, which was a little rare. Christine is a sweetheart to work with, too !

Highly recommend this Glass shop. I called their competitor and they were going to charge me $38 dollars and tax to fix a window chip and this place done it for no cost. I will definitely spread the word and buy from this place when a new window is needed. The staff is also very friendly.

I was thrilled with the personal customer service I received!! When I call a business to make an appointment I want to talk to an employee that is ON SITE and can actually tell me if they can accommodate my vehicle. Especially when I am in a hurry. I cannot stand dealing with off site, windshield company switchboards that have no clue what the immediate technician availability is. There is a reason I won’t go to the big chains for my windshield service. A Better View got me in and repaired my windshield immediately! I will tell everyone about their great service when it comes to windshield repair.
