Lazy, don't waste your money. Report said that the crawlspace was too low to get into (not the case). There is a nest of wires hanging onto the ground that are all spliced together without boxes, only caps. We've had several electrical issues asa result. On top of that you can see the wires from the outside. Pure laziness nothing else. To add even more insult the entire AC system needed replaces after 4 months. If you hire them you'll be paying for it twice.

Rodney did our inspection. He worked with me after to update the 4 point inspection after I had the electrical and plumbing issues he found repaired .Would recommend and use again.

Some how our roof passed with flying color only for the thing to spring two leaks with in the first 30 days of closing. So many issues this peanut shell for brains deliberately missed to collect a pay check and line his pockets. Steer clear find a more reputable company that will work in your best interests
