My wife and I contacted several roofers in the area to receive quotes. Some quoted lower and some quoted higher prices than what All Phase quoted. The issue we had is that every other roofer we contacted appeared to be disingenuous. Every other roofer we contacted had a salesperson that offered a quote but once accepted, stated the quote was not really a quote but a quote to offer a quote (right, doesn't make sense). Anyway, All Phase provided a quote and the price conveyed is what it was. They did the job as described. They kept their word and appear honest. Beware of other roofing salespersons and charlatans. I recommend All Phase.

We had them replace our flat roof two years ago (for insurance purposes). And since have gotten leaks. It takes over a week for them to come out and diagnose the problem. Then another week to fix it. Now that the leaks are repaired they have committed to having the interior damage repaired but have yet to set a date for that repair. It has been over 2 months with moldy damaged ceiling on the interior of our home.

The staff answering the phone and emails is confused EVERY time I call or email and starts the whole process over again like a robot instead of human with problem solving, reasoning skills.

We used this company based in our insurance company’s recommendation (j
Jacobs insurance, Kelli Staub) and have made them aware of the complete run around we are getting.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Kendyl made her self available in person, via email, via text, and via telephone when needed. She helped manage my expectations around costs, timeline for materials, and tear-off and installation.

As I was living out of state at the time of the tear-off and installation, Kendyl provided me with accurate timelines so I could be in Florida for the process.

There were no surprises and I am happy with the outcome!

All Phase roofing installed a new roof for me 7.5 years ago and it was an excellent experience. Recently I noticed a small leak that only happened during heavy rain and wind. I called All Phase and Juan came out and diagnosed the problem. Kendyl at All Phase got back to tell me this was covered under the warranty and had a team out to repair 2 days later under Juan's supervision. Photos of where the roof was leaking were sent to me before and after the work for my inspection. Very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

Getting a qualified, responsive and effective roofing vendor is extremely hard even for a property management company like ours. All Phase roofing is amazing. If you need a repair, they will come out and tell you exactly what your roof needs, period. If you choose to redo your entire roof, you can do that too, their prices are very competitive. Take it from a person in the industry, Cindy, kendall and her team are amazing.

We contacted All Phase after a friend highly recommended them. Cindy, one of the owners, was very responsive and said she would send someone to give us an estimate. The estimate came with a detailed pricing and pictures of what they found (12 of them or so). They were a little more expensive, but we went with them because they did the most thorough inspection I've ever seen. They showed up on time, finished the job, provided us many pictures of the steps of what they were doing on the roof and the final bill was exactly what the estimate was. I would use them again without hesitation (but I hope I don't need another repair :-)). I highly recommend them!

We decided to go with all phase because they were easy to work with and gave a competitive price to repair a bunch of tiles on our roof.

We have a sample of the tiles and they were able to find matching tiles to complete the repair.

All Phase did my house and my cousin’s house in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and I cannot praise them enough. Excellent job. Efficient and great price. I had a leak after and they came back quickly and fixed at no charge. They are a fantastic company and you will not be disappointed.

A stressful experience was turned into a breeze by this amazing company. Kendyl in particular had an answer for every question I could come up with and was more than patient when I called back (repeatedly) needing more information to alleviate my fears and concerns. I was referred to All Phase Roofing and Construction by multiple neighbors on my street for some serious repairs to my concrete tile roof. The experience was nothing short of spectacular. From office communication, to workmanship and cleanliness to pricing-you can't beat them! Cindy runs her business like I do mine and it was much appreciated. Word of caution: There apparently is a major difference between All Phase Roofing and Construction & All Phase Roofing-two DIFFERENT companies.

This company installed a roof on our house by the contractor/flipper while it was under contract to be sold to us. It started leaking immediately after we moved in and All Phase repeatedly promised to fix it, but never did and then after a year told us we had no warranty with it, even though, obviously the roof was put on for our benefit. This company and the people who work for it have no business integrity and their work is substandard.

I am livid with this company. They removed my next door neighbors roof trashing my yard. I have nails broken pieces of tile and sharp round things all around my memory garden. I have called my HOA and it's been days with nobody showing up to clean up the mess. I am a disabled widow with grandchildren who can't go outside in fear of stepping on a nail. No respect from the workers they even threw water bottles in my yard. I wish I could add pictures here. Beware

Unbelievably these guys thought it was ok to put the trash from the work they were doing for my neighbor across the street in my yard. When I went out to ask them what on earth they were doing, they proceeded to argue with me about the legality of their actions. Flabbergasted is not a word I get to use often but you could have knocked me over with a feather as I stood there listening to them arguing with me about their right to pile their trash in my yard. It was just atrocious!!
