Sunshine Roof Services did an excellent reroofing job on our Vilano Beach home for a good price. On the day of the installation the crew supervised by Dillon were onsite early and conducted themselves in a friendly and professional manner. The removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof took 2 days, less time than we had expected. The jobsite was thoroughly cleaned, and the roof looks great. We promptly received our wind mitigation report once we settled up. It was a pleasure to work with Chuck and Kathy in the office. I highly recommend Sunshine Roof Services.

Sunshine Roof Services LLC did an excellent job of installing our new Roof. Initial contact was with the owner, Chuck Pacetti. We made an appointment for him to come give us an estimate, was on time, answered all our questions and concerns. Chuck, his family name and Roof Service has been in the St. Augustine area for years. We had several estimates and after reviewing Sunshine Roof Services reviews, and speaking with Chuck made the determination, we would use Chuck and his crew. The next step was determining proper roof color. Chuck matched up the color with our existing roof, (19 years old) and we provided the initial deposit. We live in a community which has an Association. Chuck and his staff presented and received approval from our Homeowners Association along with getting the proper permits from St. Johns County making this process seamless. The other Roofing companies stated that we would have to get approval ourselves from our Association, Chuck and staff made this process great and no down time for us. The product arrived on time and as expressed. Chuck Pacetti and crew started on a Tuesday morning and job was completed by end of day the next day. All his crew were friendly, conscientious of our property and worked very diligently. Christian, (Chuck’s son) was the supervisor over the entire process and was on hand to answer any questions. Chuck’s Administrative Assistant, Katherine was in contact with us regularly, answering all questions and setting up all the schedule and timeline. In addition, I provided my Insurance Company, USAA with the completed Florida Uniform Mitigation Inspection Form which was provided by Sunshine Roof Services. I submitted to my insurance company and by having this Form saved us just over $1,000 on our yearly Homeowners Insurance. The entire process was seamless, we were 100% satisfied, turned out very well, and they sold a very solid, warranted long-lasting product. I would highly recommend Sunshine Roof Services, they were very professional, attentive, and all staff were assets to the Roofing Industry. So grateful to Sunshine Roofing for the wonderful job they did installing my new metal roof. The morning of hurricane Milton uncovered a problem with leakage from my old roof that was literally flooding my bedroom! We were already in the process of picking out a new roof material and when I called Chuck and told him what was happening inside, Chuck and his son Christian came, covered the roof and helped me deal with the flooding issues I was having inside. It could have been so much worse if they had not been so prompt.
The new roof was installed within a week.

SRS removed the old shingles and replaced with new shingles in one day! When they left everything was clean. The roof looks great and we are very happy with the work.

I purchased a home in 2020 and I have roof leaks, have been told by several tradesmen that my dormers were improperly flashed. When I was finally able to find roofing permit ( long story ) I called the roofer, Sunshine Roofing. The owner came out and said they do not do metal roofs, which is untrue. He refused to give me a price to do repairs, after 13 yrs I didn't expect him to do it for free. Very unhappy because no one wants to get involved in repairing another persons mess, guess I will have to buy a whole new roof, somehow, Teresa de Onis

I had a 17-year-old metal roof replaced on my house because of damage from T.S. Nicole. The old roof was a "roof-over" metal over shingles. The crew did an excellent job of removing the old metal and old shingles under it on the first day. Then on the second day they repaired and replaced a couple of old damaged plywood panels and installed the new metal roof, including ridge cap and ventilation material. They went above and beyond when, afterwards as I did a walk-around, I pointed out a crack in the facia that increased due to the roofing process; and they called in Jimmy to help fix it with proper stainless steel hardware, as it started to rain. It's all good! They gave me a fair price and provided a great work ethic.

Courtesy from owner, office and the onsite workers. Attention to detail down to the smallest piece of roof shingles that were hidden under the front porch cover.

Chuck responded quickly to our inquiry and patiently answered all our questions. He sent out a large crew to replace our roof. They arrived early in the morning, worked a long day, and installed a new roof in just one day. Chuck and Kathy, in the office, were both a pleasure to work with.

I was amazed at how fast and efficient all of Mr. Pacetti's workers were. They were here at 7 in the morning until dark in the heat and sun, never stopping except for a quick lunch break and had my new roof all done in a mere two days and did a very thorough job of cleaning up after themselves. Wish all the jobs I have in progress were that efficiently and well done.

Very disappointed. Chuck came out and identified the roof problem and informed us his company would prepare and send us a quote for the repairs. We have tried to follow up with them several times over the past few weeks and they have simply refused to return our calls - even after we left a message asking them to please call us even if it was to say that they were too busy or not interested in the job. Still no word. If dependability and customer service is important to you then my suggestion is to look elsewhere.

Chuck and company provided quality service with top notch materials in a timely fashion at a fair price. All of my questions and concerns were addressed prior to the reroof and the crew did an EXCELLENT job. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

I own vacation rentals in St. Augustine and half of them needed a new roof. Chuck gave me a fair price and Mr. Bugsby supervised the work well cleaning up during and after install. Would use them again.

Chuck Pacetti runs a great honest company. They do what they say and are fairly priced. I needed a new roof after 21 years on the old roof and from start to finish was about 3 weeks. Part of that was due to getting the shingles that I wanted. Chuck supplied many recommendations on the shingles and I was able to have a large selection to choose from. Very detailed quote after a thorough inspection. There were no surprises! When they came to do the roof he said it might take 2 maybe 3 days and they would be here 7AM. On that day they were here at 6:50AM and were able to finish that day. I would highly recommend Sunshine Roof Services LLC. Local company with local ties to the community and were very professional - including Brenda who helps manage all the paperwork and schedules.

Chuck and Jimmy were great from start to finish. They kept me informed and were very prompt in returning calls, etc. Noticed a leak during installation and of course it was on a Sunday morning. I called and they were there within minutes with extra tarps. Highly recommend.

They did a great job reshingling our roof. Chuck came to give us an estimate when he said he would and was both friendly and businesslike. The crew came to do the job when we were told they would and worked hard all day and finished and cleaned up the same day. Everything was done from the estimate to the job itself very professionally.

Sunshine Roof Services replaced our roof in Palm Coast July 16, 17, 2020. We contacted two other roofing companies to review and quote the job. Chuck responded exactly when he said he was coming, got on top of the roof, took numerous pictures, reviewed them with us and made suggestions of the work that should be done. After comparing Chuck's quote and recommendations to the two other Palm Coast and Ormond Beach companies, we went with Sunshine. Sunshine's crew came to our home exactly when they said they would, which in my experience, is some what rare. They finished the job in two days, totally cleaned up the job site. Two days later Chuck came back and did a complete inspection of the job making sure we were satisfied. Of course the best thing, is we got a top of the line roofing job at a cost several thousand dollars less than the two other companies that quoted the job. We highly recommend Chuck and Sunshine Roofing.

I was impressed with Sunshine Roof Services and it's owner Chuck from the very first phone call. I needed a roof replacement, and never having had to do a home insurance claim before I didn't know where to start and he took the time to walk me through the next steps and tell me what to tell the insurance folks etc. He also took the time to come meet the adjuster and I had not even signed the contract yet. He also was very responsive to emails throughout the entire process when I had questions and even helped explain the numbers in the insurance adjusters worksheet. When it came to the work itself his workers were very organized and clean with their work. One of the days I had to walk my dog through the front and they quickly jumped off the roof to make sure our path was safe and clear for her to walk it. My new roof looks awesome and they finished the work in the amount of time they advised me they would. I have had absolutely no problems since, glad to have my leak gone! Chuck worked with me through the entire process until I was able to get my final insurance payment to him. This company really made a daunting task much easier to go through. I would definitely recommend them for roof work.

The roof is great, we love the color, the change in roof venting, the speed in which the work was done and how clean the work sight was when they finished. Fantastic job. I told them i had been having trouble with my chimney leaking and they installed new flashing around it. Scott came by a few days later and went over my entire yard, which is about a half-acre, to make sure everything was cleaned up and no nails were left. I highly recommend.

Chuck took the time to explain the process and materials. He helped deal with the insurance company, even after the fact and succeeded in getting them to agree to more than they initially offered. But the best part was, the crew arrived early and worked the entire day to complete the job in that one day! Clean up was thorough. Two days later, we had 5 inches of rain in 24 hrs. Update: After resolving some initial miscommunication regarding a repair quote, Sunshine Roof Services promptly came out to fix some recent hurricane damage. Very quick and efficient and left no mess. I'm glad the owner (Chuck) was able to rectify our issue and follow through where other companies were largely only willing to deal with you if you were interested in a complete roof replacement. Very appreciative of their work.

Very disappointing . This company installed new plywood over rotten beams without a word to me.
At our initial meeting it was agreed that if rotting wood was found they would let me know and I would have it replaced . I only found out when the fascia and soffit were being painted ,when the roof was done. The wood was sawdust . Worst part of this , the job foreman took pictures of the new wood installed over the rotten wood and shared them with Sunshine' s owner . No one thought I should know .
The rotten wood has now been replaced . But to do so the metal fascia had to be disrupted and is now bent out of shape .
All of this could have been avoided by just letting me know the condition of the wood .

This company was a pleasure to work with. The owner helped us pick out appropriate materials and worked with our HOA to ensure compliance. He communicated with us during the project so we knew when the workers would arrive and complete the roof. He handled the permit process and told us the roof would be completed in two days and it was.
