I can’t say enough good things about Brent and Alpha Roofing. He provides great service, doesn’t try to upsell, and went out of the way to to keep us updated. I highly recommend.

Left me hanging twice.Asked to come out.2 weeks later asked again and came.said they will get ball rolling. A week later salesman came pulled some shingles off roof while inspecting and droning.Bever called me back or did anything just completely left me hanging. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I called Alpha Roofing with a possible roof flashing problem after a tree fell against our roof.
I recieved a call back in less than 5 minutes. After sending their technician a couple of photos he was able to tell me my problem wasn't the roof flashing but a gutter guard problem.
Extremely quick, thorough and professional.

Alpha roofing replaced our roof due to hail damage and couldn’t be happier with results. Brent and Davis took care of everything from initial inspection, meeting with adjusters to completion of the job. Their crew of 10 were on the roof at daybreak and was done with installation and clean up in 12 hours. The only thing left behind was a beautiful new roof.

This was my first experience with a roof replacement so I was very nervous. The sales manager Davis Meek was amazing. He was always very personable, polite, dependable and answered a million questions that I had in a very timely manner. He was very patient and never showed that I was probably very annoying with all the questions. The crew that came out were also very polite and went out of their way to make sure we were safe as we walked in and out of the house and did a great job cleaning up. I just bought a new house in Birmingham and my insurance agency called stating that they would not insure due to roof replacement. This was not something I was prepared for and Brent came out same day to inspect. Not only was he fast but he was transparent about my roof not needing to be replaced. He provided picture evidence and a report fast. Additionally, I needed flashing on my chimney as there was none present, and he had a guy come out to do the work within the week. When the time comes for a new roof I know I will be calling these guys to get the job done. Responsive, ethical, and knowledgeable service!

Alpha Roofing was awesome to work with. I contacted them to inspect roof for hail damage, after inspection they submitted claim to my insurance. Once claim was approved, it was a very fast process with getting my new roof installed. Brent Green was excellent to work with and answered any questions I had along the way. His crew worked from sun up to sun down for 3 days, and now we have a beautiful new roof!! The clean up job was also excellent!!!

After severe damage from hailstorms, we had an inspection done. Insurance refused to pay so we kept in contact with Alpha knowing there would be other opportunities. Their response was always quick, professional, and caring. We were glad that we eventually had a chance to work with them.
