The Home Depot - Aguadilla, PR

I just want to say "Thank you " to a nice young man named Malcolm whom greeted my wife and myself when we entered the Home Depot this morning on St Croix.
We continued our shopping and decided to look for and purchase a leaf blower that was in the sale paper. We looked, but couldn't locate the item.
Then we ran into Malcom again, he asked if he could assist.
We showed him the flyer and asked if he would help us locating the item. I saw him get a ladder and obtained the item. Malcolm went above and beyond.
Thank you very much for that personal touch!

If you have nothing to compare it to, it's the best on the island. If you have been to other HDs or Lowes, it's the worst HD on the planet. Just depends on your perspective. Poor service, minimun selection, always out of stock and nobody cares. But everybody shopping there.

This Home Depot store is the worst store I’ve ever been to ..
If you and ask for help I’ve had them say yes give me a sec and leave.
Every time I go I see employees on their phones or in serious conversations with other employees..
I ask a guy to cut some keys and was told (I’m busy)
Yeah…
I had an employee tell me he did not know the combination of a cage holding a $250 blower.
When I ask him who knew he said he didn’t.
Likewise the rude B in the pro desk.
I figured they would help but the lady was a racist she couldn’t help me but helped a black local and they thought it was all funny.
I didn’t..
When I complained I got a bs call from the manager who talked a big game but didn’t do a damm thing..
They need new managers and hold rude lazy employees accountable..
But hey that’s just me

This Home Depot has some of the best staff and management I have ever experienced. The online stock indicator was spot on and let me know if they even carry certain items in stock or not. Very helpful to plan trips to the store. Thank you.

Needed a lawnmower. Saw that there was one on the island of St. Thomas Home depot. So called Home Depot on St. Thomas asking of it can be purchased and sent to the St. Croix store only to be told no because they fell out with the transportation company that shipped to St. Croix. Who ever handles Home Depot community relationship in the Virgin Islands should be fired! If I was given the responsibility of providing service to the VI people I would not stop until a problem like that was restored. This speaks volumes of what Home Depot thinks of our society.

Just wanted to give props where due. This is a BUSY store. They have no competition on island to speak of, and it is always ja-packed at checkouts and customer service. That being said, the staff and employees are VERY helpful. They greet you, ask you if you need assistance, take you where you need to go vs pointing and smile while doing it. Have patience, be appreciative of the cheerful assistance and cut slack where needed - because these folks are working their butts off, often with little to no breaks, going to lunch late or meal breaks cut short, while putting out proverbial fires, stocking shelves, unloading deliveries, dealing with lags in the computer system and internet, along with a myriad of other non-traditional obstacles that come with island living/working. I, for one, am thankful for this store and the friendly employees who try their best to provide quality customer service on the regular.

I love me some home depot! Customer service on point. Prices are excellent. I love their curbside pickup service. It makes it so easy to just order through the app, pay, and then let them know that you're outside. Love it!! I pray that they are around for years to come.

Paul in the Tile section Aisle 46 was a super help today.I was looking for grout floats that the app said 24 in stocks. They were nowhere in the aisle. I asked Paul and he left what he was doing and found the stock very high up in boxes.He found a ladder and got me the four floats I was looking for. He deserves employee of the month.

I purchased a Maytag top loader and within 1 month the function for washing was not working. I called customer service on several occasions and was promised that a technician would call to attend to the situation. Also lodge a complaints at the store but the rep was unprofessional. It has been 3 weeks and no one has yet to contact me

The customer service desk always seems to be understaffed. It takes way too long to pick up an online order. We normally get a girl that's extremely rude and unpleasant, but that wasn't the case yesterday. The girl my wife had yesterday was amazing.
Why only 3 stars? Because my previous review about 10 months ago has been deleted or so it appears, where I only gave 1 or 2 starts for the same rude and unpleasant girl at the desk.

Always a great experience when I go to this store. It may not have everything you need but it's a lot better than not having one at all. There are islands out there that don't have conveniences like this. Keep up the great work.

Definitely a wonderful place. I've been going here more often lately, as I recently purchased a house and it seems like I'm always needing something or another. Staff is helpful. They have what I'm looking for most of the time.

Shopping at the home Depot is something I do many times a week in NY . On my visit to st. Croix I stop in store couple times and pick up some building supplies. It was really ez to get shelp from the working on floor. It's a little smaller place than the ones in NY. But there were a lot more workers in place to help you. I had a great experience shopping there . To all of the workers I say keep you the good work.
