I'm not the type to give reviews unless I'm overly impressed. With that said I would give six stars if I could. Paul was my first contact. He responded quickly and was always available with his time when I called. I'm not a patient person so I contacted him multiple times and he was always responsive, polite and informative. He and his boss Joe came to do the install and Joe is a professional in every aspect. Very knowledgeable in his craft. They both worked there butts off as 99% of the removal and regrade was done by wheelbarrow. My wife and I along with our dog Yuki couldn't be happier. Looks amazing. Everybody who has seen it has been wowed. Thanks to both Paul and Joe. Great Job!!!!!

It was great working with Paul. The process was easy and we are very happy with the results. Our turf looks like real grass and we will avoid all the mowing and expense!

I had the pleasure of working with Paul from SYNLawn to update some spaces in my backyard. I have never had better customer service. Paul was so patient with us and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted. After we decided on a design and price range the process really began and we ended up with the most beautiful backyard we could ask for. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We worked over a lengthy time period researching all the synthetic grass options: vendors to provide the grass, preferred grass type, each company’s installation process and work quality, our various lawn areas to place synthetic grass, plus other important considerations. We wanted to keep this project as cost-efficient as possible plus result in a top-tier quality product while also fulfilling our overall appearance wishes when considering budgetary constraints and project timing (i.e. working with other home projects occurring nearly simultaneously). We obtained many grass samples through internet searches plus vendors that came to our home. Zach and his team were very patient with us, working through multiple scenarios of grass types and coverage areas. This entire process was months’ long while we received and evaluated the many options and vendors. In total, there were four vendors that visited our home site and/or provided proposals. We did a lot of research and back-n-forth with vendors generating an end product felt to be high-quality, grass type that we preferred and looked great and top-notch installation that fit our budget. At day’s end, the final decision came down to the company that we felt most comfortable that could deliver on everything – SynLawn Mountain West Wyoming!

We felt that we hit the proverbial GRAND SLAM with this synthetic grass decision! Zach and his team were all of the following:
- Extremely hard-working team that worked alongside and communicated well together
- Very attentive to the many details necessary for a top-shelf product
- Professional, respectful and courteous at all times
- Always seeking our input on a very frequent and daily basis
- Offered suggestions for efficiency or appearance purposes
- Entire team over the nearly 2-week installation period were FANTASTIC!
- Willingness to assist on minor items that didn’t necessarily fit within their stated job scope

In summary, we were extremely pleased with SynLawn’s project performance!!! Zach, Allison, Jacob, Paul and the rest of the staff were very aware and conscientious to provide the best project results possible - lawn looks fantastic!!! SynLawn clearly delivered on their objectives while meeting all of our wishes– we are so happy that we selected SynLawn for this project!!!

Our experience with SYNLawn Wyoming was outstanding from start to finish. They came to survey the area we wanted have installed in and explained the process to us in detail. Our official estimate came to us in less than two days. They worked with us on our schedule as we had some prep work to be done prior to installation, and we were going to be overseas for three weeks in August. They arrived when they said they would and had our project done in a little over three days. They were kind and courteous to us and our granddaughter, who was visiting at the time. They came to work in the morning, and other than taking a lunch break, they worked the entire day. We had told several of our friends about the product and our experience, and they have asked us for information about the company. We are very pleased with our turf and service we received.

I can't say enough good things about the team at SYNLawn. Their team was personal and local (Not working through a national branch that isn't familiar with my situation). The prices were competitive, install was timely, people were friendly and professional. They were extremely respectful of my existing landscape (Including working around some giant tree roots that I didn't want disturbed). And they found creative and beautiful solutions to some snags we ran into along the way (that were my fault - not theirs!). I appreciated the constant communication about their schedule and when they would be at my home. And the guys were always friendly and helpful! The lawn looks AMAZING and I am SO glad everyday that we made the investment in a maintenance-free green lawn!

I hired SYN lawn to install artificial turf in my back yard.
They did a wonderful job. The crew was courteous and efficient.
They took great care not to injure the planting that surround the turf.
They also cleaned up after themselves every day they worked.
I recommend SYN Lawn to anyone wanting to install artificial turf.
They did such a good job that I am thinking of installing more turf.

Better than expected. Was a great experience with Paul and his team. One of the best experiences I have had working with a home contractor. Nice to work with a company that does what they say they will and follows through. The workmanship was top-notch and everyone was completely invested in doing a great job. Would highly recommend.

The men that worked on our pet friendly turf were great individuals. They wasted no time getting job done in a professional manner. They answered all my questions with great detail. Finished product turned out awesome.

I can’t say enough about this company. I had them come out to my house to do an estimate and was very surprised on their professionalism. It was impressive how they took the time to be very attentive to the details of what I requested. Due to these things, I selected them to do the work. The work was completed in a timely matter and done to my upmost satisfaction. I would gladly recommend this company.
