Jim and Darla are very responsive when I needed to update my policies and coverages. I appreciate their personal interest in my family and our insurance needs.

Jim and Darla are a terrific team. When I had my accident, they jumped into high gear in an effort to get my claim going asap so they my automobile will be back in my garage almost before I even noticed.

We have been with Farmers Insurance (Jim Waldron) for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and quick to get you taken care of, and the rates are affordable.

We had a claim on our roof. An adjuster arrived within 2 days, inspected our roof and walked us through the next steps to get the claim completed. Adjuster provided a timeline of events, explained each step and what we would need to do and when to do each step. The follow up emails to ensure we are satisfied and received what was expected proved their commitment to our problem. All friendly and professional, and added a personal touch along the way.

In 2012 my husband and I chose Jim Waldron Farmers Insurance agency in Casper Wyoming to insure our home and automobile. We were always very satisfied with the personal service we received anytime questions came up or changes needed to be made. On April 4, 2023 we realized just how fortunate we were to have Jim Waldron as our Farmers agent. On that day my husband and I were involved in a traffic accident as we were hit by another vehicle while snowbirding out of state in Las Vegas Nevada. After contacting Jim about the accident , arrangements for the collision repair facility and rental car agency were made for us within the hour. Also, Jim had appointed a local Farmers Insurance adjuster in the state of Nevada, Cynthia Oceguera, to assist us in a step by step process to resolve the situation. My husband and I were able to just sit back and watch our agent Jim Waldron and adjuster Cynthia Oceguera resolve the situation to our complete satisfaction. Our deductible was waived and the other driver's insurance company paid for all our repairs.My husband and I never would have believed that something as serious as a traffic accident could be resolved so quickly and to our complete satisfaction. When I called for a quote on insurance, most agents were taking up to a week to get back to me. Jim's office got back to me in 2 hours.

My cancellation request was not carried out appropriately through this agency after phone and e-mail requests satisfying the required documentation. Knowing the importance of follow up, I contacted Farmer’s 1-888 number to verify that this agency (Mr. Waldron) had handled my cancellation properly so that I would receive the refund check to send in to my mortgage company in a timely manner in order to satisfy my escrow shortage. Luckily the customer care at the main Farmer’s was wonderful and they backdated my cancellation to 14 days ago and were apologetic for the local agency’s oversight and/or lack of diligence. My policy with Farmer’s was inadequate and the rate increased significantly, hence a better policy all around with a different company was initiated on my part. My cancellation should have been handled with professionalism as was my initiation. I expected professional treatment during both processes, however once I requested cancellation, the agent’s demeanor changed and my cancellation request was either ignored or moved to the bottom of the stack. I had hoped for better service.

Jim goes above and beyond what you would expect from an insurance agent. Very easy to deal with is very helpful when discussing issues you have with your insurance.

A few years ago when shopping for an insurance who would handle my vehicles and new home I was purchasing, one of the insurance companies I contacted was Farmers Insurance. Over all, Farmers had the best policies, and certainly more affordable premiums. Jim Waldron, my agent in Casper, Wyoming is not only personable, but most certainly is an expert in his field. When prices started rising this past year, I went to him to see if we could make some changes to lower my premiums, and keep a great policy I could live with. He went through each item and costs for each of them with me and came to an agreement in how to lower my premiums without losing the quality of service and keeping a great policy that worked for me. I would recommend Farmers Insurance for quality service, policies and permiums to anyone shopping for a great insurance company, and if you reside in Wyoming, Jim Waldron for your agent.
