Getting a new roof was the most unexpected stress free process! Ryan and JW did a great job. They did all of the communicating with the insurance company, keeping me up to date the whole time. Their crew replaced it in one day and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend these guys!

No bait and switch tactics. They arrived & finished ahead of schedule. The job site was cleaned up each day before leaving.

Two project managers came to my house , not because we had an appointment, and offered to take a look at my roof and see what needed to be done for repairs. I know my roof needs repairs. A couple days later, Ryan came back, we called the insurance company and got the claim started. I spent the next two days in the hospital and when I got home, I had some money from insurance, to pay for repairs. Not enough for a whole new roof. Ryan and Levi came back to my house and took additional pictures to send to the adjuster, showing that a new roof is needed. That was the week after my surgery/hospital stay, which was in May. Guess where we are now. We are in September, the 28th to be exact, and I have not heard back from Ryan or Levi. I have attempted to contact Ryan several times, and guess what, no response. Apparently a lot of people have had a great experience with this company, and that is wonderful. The original customer service was great, but then being ghosted is not good customer service. I will find a roofing company and have a new roof placed on my house. It just won’t be this company.

Ryan and JW were very professional, I love my new roof. Was started and finished in 1 day. Cleaned up one same day and kept me informed from beginning to end. I strongly recommend them.

Southern Roofing and REnovations Alabama came and assessed my roof and worked with my insurance company and now I have a new roof that looks incredible. Both the sales team and the roofers were professional and did an excellent job. I could not be more pleased with my new roof and my experience with SR&R. I worked with the local agent here in Northport, Ryan Harris and he was great. Ryan was available, communicated well and made the whole experience pleasent!

They were absolutely amazing! They helped us tremendously after a tornado damaged our roof. They were super friendly and explained how everything works since we are also first time home buyers and had no idea where to begin. They got the work done fast and it’s very good quality work. This company did an excellent job.I had storm damage and Micheal Dean was very helpful with advising me on completing forms for insurance claims. The roofers were on time and did a great job.They cleaned up all of the old shingles and hauled them away.They also have a financing program with reasonable interest rates and payments

Today Michaell Dean inspected an area that I thought was rotting wood. Actually the trim had just come loose. Michaell reattached the trim and didn't charge me anything. I highly recommend Southern and will definitely use them in the future.

Needed roof replacement for low slope roof of sunroom and also replace decking and roofing of outbuilding , called several roofing companies ,it seems like currently it's hard to get work done but Southern roofing came out right away and came back with estimate in couple of days. After accepting estimate the replacement was completed within the next week. Project manager Michael Dean stayed on top of things to make sure things were done to our satisfaction and kept me informed of the project.Some of the other roofing companies I called to get estimates ( all rated 4 stars or higher) either never came out or never came back with estimate. If you have roofing repairs or replacement needs I would definitely recommend getting a estimate from Southern roofing and renovations.

Roof leaked so I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance. The adjuster came out and without even going on the roof said that one shingle needed replaced and some caulking. Liam Miller, project manager for Southern Roofing went on the roof and assessed that there was considerable wind damage that warranted a new roof. Mr Miller took pictures and worked with my insurance company which then agreed with his assessment to replace my roof. Roofing job was completed today and the new roof looks great. The roofing crew did an excellent job of clean up. Mr. Miller is the consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and his company

Liam stopped by and asked my husband and I if he could give us a free inspection and estimate for a new roof. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the process. When we are ready I will be giving Liam a call!

My project presented some difficult challenges and Jake and Chris responded with high integrity and made sure that everything was done correctly. They were professional and responsive and I am highly satisfied with the outcome.
