Started with a leaky skylight, ended up with a new roof, gutter guards and 2 skylights. Rita answered all my questions, Joe and his team were professional, thorough workers who got the job done in just over a day. We had a problem with one of the sky lights still leaking after a heavy rain, texted Joe. Someone was at our house within 4 hours and solved the problem. Skylight Pros by Blue Bell really came through for us! My wife and I recently moved into our home and noticed a series of leaking skylights in our sunroom. Joe was able to stop by our home the next day to assess the issue and shortly thereafter came by to fully install 3 new skylights and new shingles to fix our issue. I have a sunroom with two skylights. During the storms in late August 2023 a large branch came crashing down and broke the top window of one of the skylights. Luckily it was not leaking.

The insurance company sent out an estimator who didn’t do much more than provide an estimate. What I needed was a new skylight to match the other one. But what I needed could not be found by the estimator or by me.

The skylight manufacturer had Skylight Pros get in touch with me. They provided a great deal of help. The came out and reviewed my issues. They said an exact replacement could not be found. They provided documentation that the insurance company accepted, which allowed me to have both skylights replaced such that they still match.

After agreeing to the fix it took only a week to get the new skylights. The day picked for insulation was predicted to be the hottest day of the year. Instead of canceling the installation Skylight Pros asked if they could come early to beat the high heat. This was done. They had a crew of three starting at 8 am. The owner was also on site to ensure all went well. All were all well trained and did there jobs correctly and economically. They had both skylights installed by noon. They got done before it really got hot.

In summation I can not say enough good things about Skylight Pros. They had well trained caring personnel. The took good care of my property and did not damage anything. My yard was left better than they found it. Everyone was polite and made the job go well.

I plan to recommend them to any who need skylights. I would not hesitate to have them back if another branch comes my way.

Sklylight Pros By Blue Bell provided exceptional service, products, and communication replacing 4 skylights, which had been installed by a different contractor 24 years ago. Joe delivered on every deadline, including: the appointment time to review the problem, providing the estimate, and scheduling and completing the job. Rita was incredibly responsive to our phone inquiries and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Joe clearly and thoroughly desribed the issues and proposed several solutions, at various price points. We had not considered installing the solar option due to the higher price but Joe detailed the tax rebates available to reduce the actual overall cost of the project. We chose solar and could not be happier.

I did a google search for contractors that installed skylights. The list was long, but after looking at the top contractors I decided to call Skylight Pros by Blue Bell. I called and got their answering service. Minutes after I left my message, my cell phone ring, it was Rita from Skylight Pros. She apologized for not answering her cell. Then told me who she was, and how could she help me. After a very nice conversation we set up a time for her husband Joe to give me an estimate on the skylight. Two days later Joe arrived at the agreed time. After looking at the bathroom where we wanted the skylight. He said he would put together an estimate that night and he would email it to me the next morning. He said that the install would take one day. You could see he knew his stuff by the way he explain how the install would go. After Joe left about a hour later Rita call to see how it went. Being a construction foreman for 35 years you get a feeling about people. I got a really positive feeling about both Rita and Joe. When I got the estimate for the job, I told my wife I was going to use Skylight Pros for the install. I signed and returned the estimate. They had to order the skylight and asked for no money until the job was done. With in a hour Rita called me to go over a few thing about the job. We agreed on an install date. The day before the install she called to let me know they will be out at the agreed time.

The next morning they were on time, and got right to work. The man were very friendly and apologetic for the mess. I would say about three hours later Joe said they were done. He had showed my wife and I the skylight. We were very happy with the job. Joe showed us how to open and close the skylight. He thanked us for letting him and his crew to do the install. I wrote a check and they were on there way. Rita did a follow up call about an hour later asking if we were happy with the job they did.

My final thoughts. I would recommend Skylight Pros to my friends and family or anyone who asks. Rita and Joe were very nice. When the job was done you could not even tell someone had install anything. The area was so clean. When we looked at the skylight from the outside it looked like it was there from the start. They did an incredible job. We are now looking to put a skylight in our bedroom.

This is a first rate company! From sales through installation, Skylight Pros were a delight to work with. The Velux product is outstanding and the sales folks kept me informed and delivered installation as promised.
