Service was fast and convenient. My installer was super ... very personable! I would definitely recommend & use their service again.

Easy, fast and professional from start to finish. Zach showed up on time, explained everything ahead of time and got right to work. When he left about an hour later, the job was done right and the area was spotless. I can highly recommend Safelite of Smock, PA and technician Zach in particular.

Avoid Safelite AutoGlass if Your Car Has Windshield Sensors!
I had a terrible experience with Safelite. They broke a sensor while replacing the windshield on my Tesla, and then took over 3 weeks to replace the part they damaged. During the service, I found out through the Tesla app that they drove my car over 60 mph on back roads, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, instead of issuing the refund they promised, they charged my bank account twice. I had to chase them down to get it resolved. It still is not. Mason, the employee I dealt with, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire process.

If your vehicle has any sensors connected to the windshield, do NOT take it to Safelite. They are clearly not equipped to handle modern vehicles with advanced technology. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that knows what they’re doing.

Excellent service! Needed a window replacement on the rear passenger side. Initial window that was delivered was wrong so they had to reorder it but they did it quickly and efficiently. Once the new window arrived they got it done first thing in the morning! Great service and wonderful staff.

Excellent service! Had no problem getting an appointment and the service was completed quickly after I arrived. Even got an appointment the same day. Unfortunately have needed their service multiple times but will definitely keep going to this location!

Took my brand new car for a windshield replacement. Damaged windshield rubber with pry bar, misinstalled windshield trim and had significant adhesive overage. They also dented my hood, which they are denying. Dirty hand prints on hood of car. Only claim to take before pictures and not after pictures of the job. Please make sure you inspect your car throughly when completed. Tried to work with the management to rectify and they were in denial of the damage and poor service.

I wanna give a shout out to Josh and Zach from the Smock location. They did a great job with my windshield replacement on my 2020 Chevy Equinox. They were very friendly and quite professional. Could not be happier!

If I could give Safelite 0 starts I would. Safelite came out to fix a TINY crack in my windshield. Nobody told us anything about making sure the car is at a certain temperature. When they arrived they took the temperature of the windshield and it was 91 degrees and it wasn’t suppose to be over 85 degrees. Again we were not aware. So you’d think that they wouldn’t perform the service, but they did, KNOWING it was to hot. So not instead of a tiny crack I have a big crack now that’s probably about 20 inches long. One of the men that came out was a trainee who did most of the work but he did have another worker with him. The service shouldn’t have been done knowing it was not at the right temperature and “there’s nothing they can do” so now I have to pay for this out of my pocket.
So if you need a good company to fix a crack in your windshield, I highly suggest reaching out to a different company.

Just always get your promo code online save 80$..and when you do your schedule online and witht the price..becareful...online ours was 297..when we went there..at the time of pay he said that will be 437$..I said no way!..so just watch if your paying out of pocket!!
29.99 a wiper blade?...lol..take them off!..one lady came back in store said take them off they streak!
Now the installer was awesome..after the heavy rain we went outside he explained don't shut the doors hard..saved our sticker..hell we gave him a generous tip!..but at the desk..sharks!

We had our windshield replaced in our Subaru Friday March 10th and everything was great. When we called it was easy to schedule, we saved a few bucks by taking the car to them instead of them coming to us. We dropped it off before work and after work it was done. No issues and everyone was very nice and professional.

Waste of time and money to fix a chip and 2 small lines in my windshield. I was charged $162.15 with mobile service when I scheduled the work. When the tech was done, I was told I still owed another $15.90. I would have never scheduled this repair had I'd known I'd still be able to see the damage the same way after the repair work.

Used this place in the past to get a windshield replaced. This last time I was told they no longer service semi trucks. They canceled my appointment twice without explaining the reason. I finally called customer service and after several hours the shop manager finally called me back to inform me that they are no longer doing semi trucks. If this is a new policy they should state it on the website. I use the local (Knoxville) Safelite all the time to replace our truck windshields. They do it with no issues at all.

Put an inferior piece of glass in my windshield. Have Tech features designed to work with The windshield. Now they do not work Properly. Took vehicle back in to have reprogrammed Did not make a difference. People that worked there are Not qualified to replace windshields on high Tech vehicles. Now the headaches begin.

Windshield fix quickly and correctly! The only complaint that I have is there is absolutely no cell service in the building

I got my windshield repaired and it is "suggested" to replace the windshield wipers. I didn't want them but my girlfriend was the one that place the order online 2 weeks later I'm driving down the road when it starts raining. I turn the windshield wipers on and they fall apart! My work schedule is so busy it's hard for me to find time.
I made an appointment and a new set of wipers was put on!

I had to have my windshield replaced, the guys were great. They did a perfect professional job, no leak so far!

Made appointment online because they do not allow phone contact. Quoted $335 including a $25 discount. Had to reschedule for a day later (gave a week’s notice). They adjusted my quote to well over $600 and even took away they $25 discount. Seemed kind of shady, so I cancelled the appointment. Rescheduled for in shop service at the Greensburg location and had 5 star results.

Worst experience ever. I was made to feel everything was my fault - I don't have a garage to pull the vehicle into. My "appointment" was cancelled and rescheduled multiple times because "it might rain". (It didn't!) They didn't have the windshield I wanted without a logo so substituted the more expensive one with a logo. They said I agreed to it because they told me how much it would be. They DID tell me the price. They did NOT tell me it wasn't the one I ordered. Also didn't tell me about not driving it for awhile. That section was left blank on the empty folder left. And - almost 3 weeks later - I still don't have an invoice. Never again - Safelite - Never again!
