It's raining again in Las Vegas and my botched roof repair from literally months ago is still not fixed. I utilized my home warranty to have a repair done and this company was contracted to do the job. We have had multiple leaks for months and the wrong section of roof was diagnosed and repaired, so we still have leaks. Water damage has occurred from this lack of repair now. I have spoken with everyone in the office multiple times including the managers and have not been properly responded to or treated seriously. This is the fifth rainstorm since the incident and I'm considering legal action at this point. Do not use this company for services. It's hard enough to find good help in las vegas without being treated as an afterthought.
Your management team needs a serious lesson in customer relations. As I stated above I will be contacting an attorney if this issue is not resolved next week
