Dont get roofing done with this company . There rude and will rip you off .They gave me a good price and a good warranty. Now my roof is leaking in the same spot and they dont want to fix it. They said they would fix it and they never came . Now they hide behind the phone not answering my calls and hanging up the phone.

If you use this company, you are making a big mistake. The owner is a pleasant man but his manager has no people skills. I had to report them to the Nevada State Contractors Board to correct an order and do a return roof repair. The company was referred to me by a Home Warranty company so I assumed they were reliable. Big mistake! They had to come back because their so called "repair" leaked badly during the first rainstorm. Although they did return and finally fixed it. I was under warranty and, according to my contract, still am should there be another issue. The company knew I would return to contractors board or take them to court if they refused to comply with their contractual obligation. I am writing this review for one reason and one reason alone. After reading the previous & recent YELP review from CHRIS H. I am amazed that Don is still working for this company. He has a serious attitude problem. He was rude and obnoxious from the get go. I have several emails and text to prove it. I should post them on all the on line google platforms. If he worked for me, he would have been long gone! If you consider this company, please heed my (and Chris's) warning to avoid any encounters with Don as it will turn out badly.

This company was aparently sent to my house by Universal solar who we may be getting solar through. Their guy Oscar just showed up at our house at 4 pm one day with no advance notice. He simply called to say he was there, not asking if it was a good time or to schedule. I could not answer at the time. Then Oscar texted to say he was there and needed to get on the roof. I responded that we were not home and he could not go in the yard because of dogs and no one there to let him back. I asked him to either schedule something another day or come back later. No response back from Oscar. I then looked at my ring camera to see him just getting on my roof. We did not give permission. I feel this to be inconsiderate and unprofessional and they have not even done any actual work yet.
