They litter neighborhoods with dozens of signs that they don’t pick up. They should not put signs on public property or private lots unless they have the owner’s permission. They block the street with their trucks and just seem to really not be very considerate. Why are they desperate for business and why can’t they pay for advertising?

Landmark installed a new roof and gutters for me. Andrey explained every detail of the work to be done. I got an excellent price and the materials I wanted. The install was scheduled within a couple days after I contacted them. The work was completed in 1 day. The team was professional and courteous during the entire process. All debris was cleaned up once the job was complete. The roof and gutters look great! I definitely recommend Landmark and will use them for my next home repair project.

Very professional, Andrey supervised a crew of roof installers and did an all around great job with the roof and excellent clean up. We saw very few nails when job was completed.

Andrey España was a blessing to me and my family. I’ve been contacting to many companies to do the replacement of our roof but there were no quick responses. One company cancelled and rescheduled my appointment with them 3 times. I was upset and I just cancelled it. One Saturday morning, Andrey passed buy our house and approached my husband in our front yard. Andrey explained everything to us about the payment. We agreed, so the following Tuesday, his people started the replacement of the roof. They came early in the morning and the job was finished in one day only. They worked so fast. Eveything went well. Me and my husband were so thankful with Andrey and his company. They were so awesome and great! I would definitely recommend them with all my friends!
