In the past 18 months we have worked with Advanced Building Services 5 times and there is a reason we keep calling them! Gary and his team have been great at communicating before, during, and after each project. They truly have gone above and beyond during each of their times working on our home- they even rolled my recycle bins up the driveway for me as a kind gesture since the work trucks were in my driveway all day. We hired Advanced Building Services to take down our deck and install pavers Gary, the owner came by and talked us through the process. I asked him if there was anything we could do about the river of water that ran through our yard every time it rained. He suggested they install a French Drain to help and it has worked perfectly. His team was professional and very hardworking We were so pleased with the worked we immediately hired them to do a sidewalk to our front door.
In the Fall we hired ABS to install our new roof. They told us our three skylights needed to be replaced and they went and bought them and installed them the same day. Gary and his team are so trustworthy I couldn’t recommend them more. In fact they are coming back to install a new French door for us any day. You will not be disappointed if you hire this company for any work you need done.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Our hardwood floors were ruined after the dishwasher drained water all over the kitchen. Gary and his team handled everything from removing and replacing flooring to working with our (lame) insurance company. They were responsive, punctual and professional with excellent communication throughout the project. ABS will always be the first company I call whenever I need home repairs or construction. Gary’s quick response to my plumbing issue was appreciated. He worked to find me the best price to remediate the issue. His team did a great job finishing the job once the plumber replaced the plumbing. My ceiling looks great!

ABS just completed a 4th project for our home...they did a fantastic job on our 2nd floor bathroom. We're looking to sell our home and wanted to update the bathroom at reasonable cost. After reglazing the tub and tile, and replacing the vanity, toilet, and flooring, and giving it a new coat of paint, it looks like new! So happy with the results! Can't wait for them to update our primary bath as well. Would definitely recommend consulting with ABS for your next home upgrade!

I had paver/walkway steps that were crumbling. I got 3 different estimates. With the first 2 estimators I felt rushed. Gary from ABS was very personable and knowledgeable about their products. He took the time to explain all the work that needed to be done and answered all my questions. Since my project was not a total rebuild and I was going to keep some of the existing pavers, he brought samples so that I could see how my walkway and steps would look. My walkway and steps look great and look like they have always been here. Also the work was done within the timeframe promised and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend ABS.
