Great service. Very helpful. If they don't have what you need, they'll order it. They will check your service engine soon light codes for free.

I walk in and ask about oil filters and the mileage for them and I was berated for it. I was told oil filters do not have mileage ratings on them and that I should follow manufacturers recommendations. One of them told me he only does oil changes at the 3,000 mile mark and wouldn't trust the oil companies claims of 10k or 20k mileage either. Funny thing is there was a oil filter on the check display out that was for 10k miles. Yeah I walked out. Do not shop here. They berate you and think they are better mechanics than you. Napa and AutoZone are far more helpful and customer friendly. Also here's a picture of my oil filter with 20k miles for it that I had wished to purchase but was told it does NOT exist.

And always a great place to get auto parts. This particular day I went there because they had the last expensive huh to replace the one on my truck that was going bad and it works great.

Horrible experience. Went into O'Reily's in Hastings, NE after looking at the website and showing that items were available in store. I was then told by Simon that the website is just a gimmick to get customers into the store and isn't actually correct in what is and is not available. And the pick up in one hour actually means the next day.

I usually am able to find what I'm looking for. And the workers are good and friendly also pretty helpful

I went to question the guys at the counter answered me. Diagnostic on my pickup and told me what the problem was thank you very much for your help.

Terrible service. I was waiting in line and I understand being busy but there was only two people being helped and the employees couldn't even greet me I didn't leave because I waited forever I left because no one even acknowledged my existence. Very rude they need to hire people who know how to treat someone like a human being.

Ive been shopping at this store for years and I absolutely love it. They are so helpful. Even before I had a vehicle, one guy gave me pointers on how I can use a cars fog light to make high beams for my bicycle so I've been pretty much buying all my lights wires and switches there
