Called in looking for a specific belt. Was told that had one they thought would work and they had one of those. Got into the store and a younger guy said it would have to be ordered. When I stated that I had called, the guy with the grey in his beard jumped and and said he had told me they did not have one. That is certainly not what I heard on the phone. I think some training may be needed. Won't be back unless no one else has what I am looking for for twenty miles.

Scotte needs a raise alternator blew on me while I was driving. Was able to leg it to the store and he helped me put it on and was very helpful with everything

Every part I ever bought from this store has been defective. The boys here have zero respect for women and I have always used orielys until coming to Farmington. I hope the owner gets his business in order before he gets shut down. The amount of ignorance that goes on in that store is astounding but apparently that’s allowed in a small town!

Inventory issues. Supposed to have one part in-stock... it wasn't... another part was ordered and showed received the next day, but it wasn't. Had to wait 2 more days for second part.

Had me tighten my gas cap.

The biggest advantage for me is the fact that they have a good selection of performance parts in stock for my hot rod! Also have "next day delivery" shipping! The website is excellent & service in store is unbeatable! "EASY" describes this establishment perfectly.

Normally I have great customer service here, but last week was the worst. Russell was extremely rude and acted like we were a bother. I've been a customer here for years but after this experience I think I'm going to AutoZone unless Russell gets some training or doesn't work here anymore. Talk about discrimination to a legally blind person.
