O'Reilly Auto Parts - Wasilla, AK

Thanks so much O'Reilly! On our way to the post office the windshield wiper blew off, we thought it was a stick but no, which blew both mine and my mom's minds. So of course we went here to get a replacement in which she attempted 6 times to input her zip code until the assistant told her her pin was wrong. And then some reason it wouldn't snap on, so she asked for some assistance. Matt came out to help and then now 3 people were laughing at the whole debacle, including myself. She of course has not found this funny (pictured bellow) however this will not be forgotten.

O'Reilly's crew helped me find the CV repair parts I needed and suggested other considerations for that repair job.

Patient and helpful a writers crew is always outstanding.

Very nice and professional employees. They are very attentive to the customers and don't forget about people in line even if they are with someone. I just needed to borrow a torque wrench for 2 minutes that I used in the parking lot and avoided the charge/refund by leaving my drivers license which was cool.

Short lines, friendly expert service. Clean well organized store with a good selection. The clerk who helped me found the part I needed quickly and already knew which brand I wanted.

First review ever. I have been going to this O’Reilly auto parts the day I received my license. I’ve been all over the states and this one is still my favorite not many part stores have good employees.

The staff here always seem to know what they're doing way more than at the other auto stores around here. Also had a good warranty experience recently, saved me some money :)

Super frustrating for the past 3 days I have tried to call this story many times and cannot get an answer I don't know why the phones don't get answered here but it's super frustrating and people need to pick up the phone and at least put somebody on hold

Well O'Reilly really Messed up this morning when our disabled mother asked the staff if they could please install the battery our father ordered online for our mothers F250 pickup truck. Our family will never shop at O'Reilly again. .Let's see what Corporate headquarters has to say about this after Our father's attorney's contacts them Monday morning.

When my DISABLED wife asked if they could install the new Battery in our truck for her she was flat out TOLD sorry we are too busy .I will be contacting O'reilly's Corporate headquarters Monday morning .As will our Attorneys. O'reilly's use to be our go to auto parts store after this HUGE mess up it will not be ever again

Most of the time O'Reilly's Auto Parts has departure looking for and their reasonably priced however the store on Northern Lights and Anchorage Alaska has this one loud mouth named Rick who works the counter is very assaulted and rude they need to get rid of him if they haven't already

The guys and gals here are the business! Great personality and great at finding what your looking for or helping you find what you need

Was just looking for a specific item, diesel 911 in the 2.5q container. They were sold out. Not their fault, it was a cold week. Had to grab a couple of the single quart containers, which was much more expensive but still got the job done. Didn't have much of an experience, though the guys at the counter were pretty friendly. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend.

Soild commercial department with well trained and competent staff. The front counter team is always busy but helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery drivers are on point. Definitely recommend this OReillys

Its hit or miss like most auto parts stores, the usually do right by me. A month ago my month old starter failed and left me stranded, I yarded it out in the parking lot and brought it back, the new one didn't work nor the next one, finally the last one in the state turned over. My only issue with the whole situation was it took me calling 11 times to get replacement starters ordered.

Man those worker will go the extra mile to make sure that you are the rights parts, for your car. And so far they have alway had what I need at least a day a way. Witch is awesome coming from Alaska.

Hey call ahead my parts are sitting there when I get there no fooling around always get nice Parts everything almost always fits and if it doesn't it's probably my mistake in and out boom just like that the parts you want when you want it what more could you ask for

Awesome service and had What I needed. It's not O'Reilly fault they just sell the product, but the prices are really high.
