At least these parts don't go bad. The other guys auto with the zone thier parts I've had to replace multiple new ones because of junk suppliers.

I'm a local here in town, O'Reillys is a excellent place, but I always have to think twice about coming here instead of it's competetors only because of the bad customer service and disgruntled workers. I came looking for thread sealant and they said they been working there for years and insisted to prove me wrong that they don't carry that item, when I've been buying thread sealant and many more items in that store repeatedly. Then I go to the website and I can even get the part number for that item. It seems to me I'm just not welcomed there. It's ok I'll take my business somewhere else since they can afford to lose customers even though they always seem empty every time I pass by

My daughter and I came in needing the bolt to a battery terminal and washer reservoir cap because hers were missing. We were also able to find a couple of other things she needed. Christopher's customer service was awesome! We loved his sense of humor! He also went above and beyond to find the items we needed. And not to mention we didn't make it in til 8pm, when they close at 9pm. It's employees like him that give the reason we like O'Reilly's! Thanks Christopher!

Friend of mine called in to find a window regulator. The staff saved the part for us and we picked it up Wednesday morning. Upon opening the box it wasn't the style we needed so we went back and grabbed the correct one. Validated by sight. I was so impressed they had the part on site to begin with. All fixed up by mid-morning. The Manager and his staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Needed a bulb... Got a bulb. They folks that work there are very nice & know their stock. Very fast too... No wasted time.

Auto zone refused to change my battery and Wayat and O'Reilly was very helpful. O'Reilly will get my business from now on !!!!

O'Reilly and "AZ" are pretty much the same store with a different name. Ok for a chain auto parts store, staff is knowledgeable, but the parts always seem to need to be ordered...even the common parts.

They're nice people experience to end they happen to be everybody that I know in my own personal life that work there

Very friendly team. Gerald helped me pick out a resonator tip for my car and put it on. I’m extremely happy with the service he provided. Will most definitely shop here more.
They also have a very large selection of parts.

Chris and Greg were awesome, they were so helpful we had to get a little creative on fixing my battery problems because I took my Hyundai Santa Fe to a dealership to get my battery replaced under warranty and they managed to put the wrong size battery with loose terminals and lock up one of the adjusting bolts on the battery and lose the bolt to the clip that hold the battery in place.
Felt like I was working with some long time friends in at a home shop trying different things to ‘get er run in’

These guys were very polite with me I had to order a part in to fix my vehicle, I'm sure you would enjoy parts in there also.

I use the ones in Alamogordo NM and Truth or Consequences NM. Both are very helpful. Sometimes Auto Zone doesn't always have what you need or can't order it. Good to have a backup.

They had the exact fluid for my Honda which some places just don't seem to carry so overall a very good experience

Quality parts, people and service; they'll let you borrow that super expensive specialty tool!!! The good ole boys at O'Reilly's won't leave you hanging.
