The new guys that are starting there pretty helpful they might be young, but they try their best which is appreciative. Keith is growing into his manager position. He’s now had a couple years so the store is running better than I believe it has many years.

Chris was very helpful and even tied down my battery with the correct tie down. Kudos to you Chris. Ft Scott O'Reilly's could use some great customer service people like you.

Staff are helpful, friendly, and don't treat me like I'm an idiot. Keyth in particular seems to go the extra mile.

They have had to order the parts I've needed the last 3 times. If that keeps happening I'm going to start ordering them on line. They are cheaper anyways.

I went to autozone for "plastidip" branded spray paint since oreillys doesnt carry it, but my experience there over 2 cans of paint was so terrible I will only be taking my business to this locations as they are always knowledgeable fast and kind.

Went in to have a new battery in my car. Pat installed it in no time and I was on my way. Really appreciate this store!

Friendly and willingness to have a conversation about the parts I was looking to buy, they also price matched the competitor so I could have the part that day. Good service and I would recommend others consider O'Reily's for they're needs.

I had hydro hose break and the 2 guys working in there this Friday Night went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. It's really appreciated by this old truck driver. Didn't get line tore apart after few hours so I rode the 2 hours home . Thanks guys really appreciated it.

This is a good place to buy reasonably priced auto parts. The guys are all very friendly and helpful when it comes to getting the right parts we need for our farm and personal vehicles.

The staff is very professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Not being real auto savvy, they never make you feel like they are superior, but treat you with respect.

Convinced my wife to buy the wrong part after I told them exactly which part I needed, but we went back and got it sorted out without a problem.

Worthless counter help, they advertise help to replace battery and the counter help said he couldn't /wouldn't help with it. Tried To borrow tools to replace it myself and he said he didn't know what kind of tools I needed.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE.. NOT COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
