When a tree hit my house, Hannah Restoration took care of everything! They worked with my insurance company to get the repairs taken care of and I couldn’t be more pleased with my new roof!

I can’t recommend Hannah Restoration enough! After a major water leak ruined my kitchen floors and cabinets, their team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly easy to work with, kept communication clear every step of the way, and the final result? Absolutely stunning. I love my new kitchen!

We’ve had a lot of work done over the 25 years we’ve lived in our 150 year old historic home. Hannah is hands down the best group we’ve ever worked with. Dependable, experts at clear communication, and professional in the work delivered. The best part; they’re all good people and a pleasure to work with.

Hannah , did a wonderful job cleaning water out of my basement, staff got to it quickly and stayed on top of it until it was cleaned up . They were very prompt and always let me know when they were on the way!

Unfortunately we just had our kitchen remodeled and we came home to a flooded kitchen. The installer of our washer did not hook up the drain properly and when we did a load of laundry and left..we came back to a mess. A friend of ours recommend Hannah Restoration and they were responsive and quickly to respond. They were able to address the severity of the water damage and the extent of how far it traveled before ripping up our floors. They carefully removed our flooring without damaging our brand new built in cabinets. They started the drying process and within a few days they removed the severely damaged floors and prepared it for new plywood and flooring. Even though this was a huge problem they were seamless in getting the work done and ready for the next phase. We only had one minor issue that they quickly resolved. Great work and even better customer service. I highly recommend this company for all restoration repairs!

Fantastic experience with Hannah. They communicated extremely well, showed up when they said they would and were always respectful. They came on a Saturday with snow still on the ground. 100% recommend

I had my roof replaced in late 2023. In late 2024 my roof started to leak. I was told by Hanna that it was not covered by any warranty because it was damaged by weather. I got another opinion and they said it absolutely should have been covered because a boot wasn’t sealed properly. The other company made the repair for about $1500 dollars less than the estimate Hanna provided for the repair. Needless to say I am not happy wit Hanna! I will certainly update if there’s any change.

Hannah Restoration did a great job on our house. Everyone there was super nice and took great care our personal belongings. Couldn’t ask for a better experience with such a tragedy. They made everything better by knowing they were taking care of everything.

The whole experience was excellent from Jamie the owner, Tyler, to Richard the project Mgr, to Jose the painter and everyone involved. They stayed in constant contact, explained everything very well and worked with my insurance so as to get it done in a timely and smooth manner. I'm VERY grateful for Hannah Restoration and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all your restoration and rehab needs. But watch out for Melissa the office lady- she lacks customer service skills and is like the mafia and will come after your insurance checks before they even clear.

Hannah Custom Homes built our home in 2018. Just this past year a tree fell on our home and did extensive damage. I immediately called Dusty and he had someone over in a matter of hours to tarp the roof and assessed the damage. Hannah Restorations did a fabulous job communicating with us and our insurance company to restore our home back to its original state. I had an emergency with water damage to my newly refinished hardwood floors. I called Hannah. Jamie said they could send a crew with equipment in 30 minutes, and they did! The young men that came to my house were polite, knowledgeable and careful as they put down drying pads etc.
They returned over the weekend to check the progress and communicated very well what we could expect. They saved my floors!! 5 stars for me!!

Tyler and Rob did a great job with servicing our water damage. They answered questions with patience and knowledge. I appreciate their immediate response and attention to detail.

You better hope you have lots of damage for them help you. A neighbors tree fell on my storage shed and damaged it. I contacted Hannah Restoration because they were recommended by another company. The estimator came out to give me an estimate. He E-Mailed me back several hours later and said his Project Manger said it was not something that they were interested in. I guess the job was too small for them to do. The neighbors insurance is going to cover the repairs.
I need some estimates to provide to the insurance company. I contacted several other restoration companies and most will not give me an estimate due to the job being too small. I need my shed repaired!!! Anyone interested? Thanks for nothing Hannah!!!

I used Hannah Restoration after a watet leak. I had to get new floors in 3 rooms, new cabinets, painting, etc. I had
Brandon as my project manager and he was great, very responsive. Any question he always anwered.

Hannah Restoration did a fantastic job installing new hardwood flooring, carpet, and drywall after we experienced water-damage on both floors of our house. The entire crew was responsive throughout the process, including the selection of replacement materials, the effort required to work shipping delays that we no fault of Hannah H, and ultimately in the completion of an excellent job on the installation itself. Both the quality of the work and the individual people I interacted with were excellent at every step of the remodeling process!

Had water damage from frozen pipes and used Hannah Restoration since it was a local company. This was in my master bedroom and the ceiling had to be replaced and walls painted. They did an excellent job and I am so pleased with my room

I was a client of Hannah restoration following a fire at my home November 27, 2021. Prior to the fire my grandmother passed away September 12, 2021. Needless to say those two events were very dramatic and hard to deal with. I contacted my insurance company and they were spot on and they were so helpful in a very difficult time for me and my family members. So we looked at some of the companies that sounded pretty good as far as the reviews went and I selected Hannah Restoration. My initial meeting with Jamie and Richard was good I felt confident that the job would be done in about four to 5 months. They received a job January 2022 and basically drag their feet. I must also mention that I’m visually impaired and I need it to be able to move around in the house in a timely manner. This was not the case the date got pushed back several times when the completion would be done. I continuously called Richard and asked for weekly updates and I got those updates in the beginning. Later it seems as though they were excuses upon ask excuses when things would be complete when things would be ordered and it seemed as though they treated me as someone with a disability. I am a school administrator or was I had to retire due to the lack of sight I have a doctorate in education I know exactly what I’m talking about I didn’t deserve what they took us through during this difficult time I must say that Liam and Jose were professional I felt as though we developed a relationship I was able to communicate with them and if it wasn’t for the two of them this would probably be a negative one star. I want to thank Liam and Jose for their hard work and for making things accessible and also getting the job done! Hannah Restoratiom, needs to work on Customer Service and being truthful and being concerned about the people that they service. I asked twice how would you feel if this was your mother or your relative and this is taking so long. We did not move back into the house until 1 August and that’s ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

My experience with Hannah Restorations was great! After my kitchen flooded and I called my insurance company and the provided Hannah’s number! They were at my home in thirty minutes! Made my home even more beautiful then it was before! Richard & Matt thanks for everything! Awesome job!

I don't recommend this company at all. I attempted to speak to both owners for them to see the poor quality work and mess left at my house by their company. I gave ample time for them to contact me back prior to publicizing this and taking other actions. Neither responded to me by phone nor text. My then 26 year old Daughter pointed out numerous things when we met with the project manager last year. He should have noticed the many errors and poor workmanship that she noticed! They lied right to our face. She pointed out boots were left off when they put a very poorly pieced together roof on. The project manager said they put them on after roof was totally installed. It had been installed weeks when the many errors were pointed out. He was having the workers fix all she pointed out, and said it was fixed. It was not fixed, and leaked in my house messing some of the wood floor and wall. They failed to get permits and many other things (a 75 to 100 foot Oak tree fell on the house May 2020). House is partially gutted and a mess every place they worked.

My new floor install and paint job made my kitchen and dining room look brand new. Well done Hannah Restorations!!! Also timely and well facilitated by the project manager.

If you decide to use this company for restoration, make sure you have someone come and inspect it afterwards. We are repairing extensive water damage because they failed to seal and waterproof the tile in all 3 of our bathrooms. To add insult to injury, having someone to contact you is nearly impossible. It is strangely convenient that they do substandard work in areas that will not show damage untill the statute for recourse has expired.

Super professional crew! On time and communicate well. Highly recommended!! We had mildew damage, floor damage and dry wall damage. They cleaned it all up quickly and it looks awesome. I can’t say enough about our experience. Don’t call anyone else!!

Our floor replacement ended up being challenging, however they were always responsive and walked through each step as needed. Everything turned out great and are happy for the replacement.

Jamie and Brandon were great after the 2020 tornado. The emergency repairs were done very quickly and then all the repairs done afterwards were done well and to my satisfaction. Brandon kept on top of everything and kept me informed throughout.

Justin, @ Hannah Restoration, addressed and resolved all of my questions and/or concerns promptly, and without question. The flooring company they sent me to was excellent, and assisted me in picking out flooring that was within the budget, never trying to upsell, even when i opted for additional flooring, outside of the claim. While there were a few hiccups, they were all addressed promptly, and to my satisfaction. I think what i like the most about Hannah Restoration (Justin), was the fact he took 100% ownership for the project, made no excuses if something went wrong, merely moved forward to correct it. It is hard to find a company willing to step up and take ownership. i respect Hannah Restoration, and the guidance they provided in the restoration. i have even gone back to them on an issue outside of my claim to have roofing repairs, as i feel confident that the work will be done to my satisfaction, and they will stand behind it. hopefully, i won't need their services again, but i will definitely recommend them to others needing a restoration or renovation.

2025 Update: Nobody likes to file a homeowners insurance claim. Hannah Restoration made the process seamless and easy, not only for me, but for my Erie adjuster. At the end of the day, between new gutters, fresh paint and new shingles, my home has never looked better and certainly looks far better than I ever imagined. This is precisely why I recommend them to all of my clients. Derek and Brandon were great!

2019: Hannah Restoration did a wonderful job with my renovation following a dishwasher leak, that destroyed much of my flooring. Jamie, Justin, and Brandon are all extremely knowledgeable, communicative and reliable. I’m very thankful for their assistance in making my house feel like a home once again.

My condo flooded, ceilings caved in, floors ruined, total disaster. I was devastated. Justin and Brandon were amazing and put my mind at ease from the start. I needed a lot of reassurance and they were extremely professional, thorough and more than anything kind throughout the entire process. My place looks like a brand new condo and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Hannah!

From my first interaction with Hannah Restoration I was treated like I was their only client. A pipe burst in my 2nd floor bathroom and it flooded the bottom level. Jamie came out immediately and arranged the dry out process to start. The entire kitchen and living room floor had to be replaced along with drywall on the ceiling. Mike, the project manager was great day to day. He made sure everything was going as planned and to my satisfaction. I’m so happy with all of the work and it looks better than it did before the repair in my opinion. I highly recommend Hannah Restoration. They are honest, timely and patient, and produce quality work and repairs. I can’t say enough nice things about them. Although, I hope for my sake I never have to use them again.... but in the event I do, they’ll be my first call.

Working with Jamie and the team at Hannah was very easy. As with any work along these lines, not everything was perfect. What set Hannah apart for any others we have worked with was the quick evaluation and resolution along with the high-quality assistance throughout the entire process.

We had a sprinkler system set off in our top floor condo with a pending sale, and needed repairs done well and done quickly. Hannah Restoration was onsite immediately, and was able to work us into their schedule immediately to assure we didn't lose our buyer. Their work was done quickly and professionally, and they did a wonderful job working with insurance to make sure they covered the entire scope of our damage.

Decent job on the work - few spots I had to repaint. Reasonably priced. Drywallers that were hired took an enrire $75 bag of R38 imsulation. Likely by accident thinking it theirs but when we asked this contractor to check, he blew us off. Never heard back. Felt like since he was paid in full, our concerns no longer mattered.
