I just want to give a big shoutout to Robert and Bobby at Clarksville Servpro. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive during a really stressful time. It’s hard to overstate how much I appreciated their quick communication and how smoothly they handled everything. They showed up when they said they would, explained the process clearly, and made a tough situation much more manageable. Truly grateful for their professionalism and support.

Melissa came by and was so sweet. She took her time and looked into the issue. When she called back after the initial inspection, she was so accommodating with all the questions that I asked. Furthermore, they are scheduling the remediation and reconstruction during our vacation so that we will have zero inconvenience by being out a bathroom.
Will follow up after the work is finished, but for now, above and beyond for customer support!

As always, ServPro has done a fantastic job for us. We walked through the space and what was needed to be done, and within three days, the project was fully complete. RJ and Bobby specifically are always on top of it and take great care of us. We will use them every chance we can get!

We discovered a dishwasher leak that affected our tile floor. Chad came in and evaluated what needed to be done and began the process. He sent RJ out to us and he got the ball rolling. He sent Melissa who began the drying out process. Her crew was so professional and worked on getting us dried out and tore out the floor. They are all three so professional and competent in their particular areas. Call Serv Pro to get your job done the right way.

Edit: Oh, we are definitely customers. Your mitigation team did their job well. Reconstruction is the problem. It wasn't under my name. You ripped off my significant other. You took our deductible and never came back. See, with a large company such as yourselves; We never would have thought a business of your supposed caliber would rip someone off. My error is trusting your company. Lesson learned.
You never return calls. I guess by there not being much more money to be made; we wasn't worth your time.
Customers, please stay away. They'll take care of their larger contracts, but that is all. Go anywhere else.

This review will be a long one. But it’s worth the read because I’m going to tell you how GREAT of a company SERVPRO of Montgomery County is!

Here it goes…

First time home owners here. And along with being homeowners you have to deal with the issues of your house yourself. No calling landlords! With that being said we live in Clarksville and with the heavy rain we had a couple of weeks ago, our basement got flooded! Worst day of our lives! Especially when our insurance said they won’t cover anything!

However, God blessed us with Servpro of Montgomery County! They have been nothing but a blessing in our lives since we contacted them! Ed was the first person who came out to look at our flooded basement. (He is a part of their mitigation crew) He literally stood in the 2” of water in our basement and told us he can get the water out and take our money today but it’s only going to happen again if we don’t get to the root of it. And he didn’t feel right doing that. He then gave us some advice of what we can do ourselves to try and alleviate the damages that has already been done. (Which meant my husband and I taking turns using the shop vac to get most of the water out, ALL NIGHT LONG!) We had non stop rain all day and all night! How fun! NOT! Ed was professional, friendly, helpful and treated us like human beings and not just another payday.

Next came Eric. (He’s a part of the reconstruction crew). He too was helpful, honest, and professional. He walked around our property to see what could be the cause and gave us again, ample advice.

Then comes Bobby and Melissa! They were the cherry on top! Bobby and Melissa is also a part of the mitigation side of things and they were extremely helpful! They understood that we wanted and needed to get our basement fixed but they also understood that money don’t grow on trees, well not our trees anyways!

Bobby did everything in his power to help us save money. Down to doing research on things we can get and do ourselves to bring the total cost of our mitigation and reconstruction down. Have you ever dealt with anyone who literally put the needs of their clients first before money? No? Yeah, that’s what I thought! SERVPRO of Montgomery County to the rescue!

In the midst of things and dealing with not only Bobby, Melissa, Ed and Eric. We also spoke a lot with Bill. And Bill was also very helpful and kind. He stayed connected with us the whole time, replied to our calls and emails at a timely manner if not instantly and made sure we spoke to the people we needed to speak to.

All in all. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO of Montgomery County! Not only did they help ease our stress they also restored my faith in humanity. If I could give them a thousand stars I would! Too bad Google only allows 5!

Seriously though, I don’t know what we would’ve done had we not have found SERVPRO of Montgomery County. They are amazing! My words can’t describe how amazing they are.

Now, I hope no one comes into issues with their home where they have to reach out to them but I AM saying if you do have issues. Contact SERVPRO of Montgomery County with no hesitation. They will take care of you! For sure!

Horrible Communication and No Progress

I would give zero stars if I could. My home was flooded on November 4, 2024, and Servpro required $2,000 upfront to start the demo. That payment was made on December 23rd, and since then, they have also received an additional $16,154.88 in January, by our insurance company.

Now it’s February 19th, and I have been the one constantly reaching out for updates because they don’t even have the courtesy to call or text me. They finally came last week to pack up my kitchen and remove small counters, but then never showed up Friday to finish removing rest of the counter or to do the laundry room. I had to chase them down just to get an answer, and they promised to come on Monday—but, of course, no one showed up and I received zero communication.

I even sent a written request asking them to at least keep me informed, considering my husband is deployed, I work full-time, and I have family in town taking care of some business. I need a schedule and communication, not to be left in the dark. Despite this, after my last message on Monday, they have completely ignored me.

I understand that weather can cause delays, but that is not an excuse for their complete lack of professionalism and accountability. They have been paid for months, yet barely anything has been done. If you want a company that actually respects your time and follows through on commitments, do not hire Servpro.

Estelsa, Angel and Genesis were very kind, sympathetic and helpful. They worked tirelessly and made the process of packing so much easier for me us. They took away the stress and worries. Estelsa managed her team well and executed the packing process professionally! I hope she will be in charge again of unpacking for us !

I had a pipe freeze that caused some pretty significant water damages. This team was sent to me to pack up our house for repairs. This team of EsTesla, Mairi, David, Angel and Travis were outstanding. They work very well together as a team and they were very careful with my items. They worked efficiently, showed up when they said they would and as they left for the day they tidied up after themselves. I would highly recommend this team of professionals.

I cannot recommend Servpro enough! Denis and Yobany took a very stressful situation for myself and worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently to remove water damage to my home. They were very friendly. The only negative, if you can call it that, was that I wasn’t sure when they would arrive this morning but they arrived at a very reasonable time. Will highly recommend this company.

I had the pleasure of working with Bobby Bushnell after we had a fire upstairs and a burst pipe on the main floor. Bobby did an awesome job of answering all my questions, responding to my many follow up questions, and even coming out an additional time for a follow up inspection. He’s been friendly, responsive and professional. I would highly recommend both him and ServPro!

Our insurance company had Servpro come out for remediation following the December 23 tornado. We had a perfectly fine experience with the remediation crew, however, I would never recommend this company for moving. We were scheduled for pack out without any site survey or quote, but in the chaos of trying to find somewhere to live, we appreciated the convenience of utilizing the same company. As a military family, we are well accustomed to moving. We feel incredibly grateful that so many of our belongings were spared, but the team was not at all prepared for the job. I will recognize that the event was close to the holiday season and many in the community were impacted, so staffing was tight. The move took numerous days, they gave us push back on heavy items (we were getting new flooring, so moving everything was nonnegotiable), and the items were packed incredibly poorly. I literally heard my expensive ceramic Dutch ovens clanging as they pulled the dolly up the front stairs at our rental. More of our items were damaged in this move than any of our military PCS moves, which is saying something. There was no rhyme or reason to bringing the boxes in, so I had to rearrange everything so that furniture could fit, I also had to beg for them to reassemble things they took apart, which was met with disdain. Now that we are getting quotes to move back into the home after repairs, I am coming to find out that they charged us over 4x the amount that professional moving companies in the area are charging. This feels predatory to families dealing with stressful events. They did reimburse the major items that we brought up, and didn’t try to nickel and dime which we appreciated. Learn from our mistake and hire your own movers!

Unmatched customer service!! Today I called from St. Petersburg Florida and from the moment Crystal answered the phone to the end of our conversation the level of compassion and kindness was simply unmatched. These qualities are often overlooked however as an author of several books on compassion, my only regret is that I did not interview Crystal and the Franchise owner of SERVPRO before publishing my 2nd book 2 years ago. They are examples of showing empathy and taking action to help others when they are faced with unforeseen challenges. While I have yet to have their services in full play (I am on the wait list due to the high volume of requests), my tummy tells me that without a doubt the next step is going to be just as extraordinary. I could not be more impressed. What an A+ crew. Their work was flawless!!! After having a disaster to deal with last winter, I got to know them well. Even with the stressful situations they encounter on their jobs, they immediately show that they value people and relationships. It's so important to be surrounded by positive, upbeat, caring people when you're a client who is already stressed by unexpected property damage. Denis is an absolute gem and worked so hard day after day, as did all of the guys on the team who came out. Bobby is amazing at communicating with clients and can answer any question in detail at any time of day. He cares so much about his work and will not give up until he finds the source of a problem. He's a hands-on boss who is not above getting dirty and crawling under your house to check the situation out himself. The quality of their work is such that it really IS "like it never happened." I cannot say enough about such kind, knowledgeable, hard-working, and caring people. They took care of me like family! <3 Thanks, SERVPRO dudes!

Just a heads up.. we had water damage to our house we moved into maybe 2 years ago. This is AFTER Servpro came to fix it. Do not use them. They took out my nice kitchen and installed the cheapest products they could to pocket as much as they could. They’ve been claiming they’ll come back to fix the damage for 3 months now, after taking 9 months to finally fix it in the first place. They installed the broken sink that caused the problems in the first place to save money for them, not caring about their customers whatsoever.
They only did more damage than they started with.
They left hanging nails, broken wood, and loose wires when they were completely aware I have 2 infants in my home for 9 MONTHS. They stated we couldn’t touch or move anything because they needed evidence it’s where they left it when they came back, making my kitchen, dining room, and living room unlivable for again, 9 MONTHS.
They’re just waiting for us to forget about it but unfortunately I can’t do that when I’m about to sell my house. So thank you so much Eric from Servpro.
P.S. my insurance is moderating their proformance and have seen the abundance of texts over months claiming to come back on top of the damages. They’re just allowing Servpro to dig them a deeper hole.
Thankfully I had a warranty and they are finally getting us some answers and they’re attacking them back. But it has been a wayyyyy too long process.
Keeping other photos private for claim reasons but it’s bad to say the least.

To servpros comment: SERVPRO of Montgomery County id reach out if yall got back with us. Hope yall dont think this is a job finished. Still have yet to return or do any process. The only thing getting done is through our insurance, not your company. Don’t twist my words. I’d love for you to keep your word and come finish my kitchen before I have to pay out of pocket for a lawyer.

ServPro came out to my home super fast! i called them and within 1 hour they had shown up. J.D, Denis, and Lewis did fantastic job communicating what they were doing and what needed to get done! they were super professional!

The staff was amazing! I had the pleasure to be in contact with Cesar, he was always prompt, answered questions and gave me a peace of mind throughout the process. I would highly recommend Servpro!

Do yourself a favor and give Ed a call at ServPro. He went above and beyond and was able to identify the issue quickly and detail next steps to correct the issue. Rarely have I found his type of service and expertise. If you have any issues that ServPro handles give Ed a call and he will get you all fixed up.

We had Wyatt Samuels and Daryl Frazier from ServPro Clarksville do some work at our house today and wanted to give them a Shout Out! They were both Polite, Professional and Courteous! They evan Cleaned up after themselves, a True Pleasure! Michael

I cannot say enough good about the team who came to work at our house. We had a ton of water in our crawlspace that caused our insulation to fall. Katie came out and did a moisture reading inside the house to see if she could detect a leak. She was knowledgeable, professional, and wore covers over her shoes which I greatly appreciated. The supervisor, Cesar, showed me pictures of the crawlspace and thoroughly explained what they were going to do to dry the space. Kyle and David got under the house in this heat with no complaints.. When I apologized to them for having to go under the house , they both said, “ma’am, it’s no problem. This is our job and we want to make it right.” They were extremely neat in removing the insulation. There was no leftover debris lying around the perimeter of the house. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you guys for giving me peace of mind.

Recently had to use Servpro for restoration due to water damage could not be more pleased with the service rendered as well as the constant communication between Katie who is over the water damage Department and Chad who is over restoration they effectively communicated and guaranteed their service and dates that we received treatment. recommend to anyone and will use again hopefully will not have to. Update to my review. I just realized I left them at 5 star service. They do NOT deserve that. They used subcontractors that ruined things in my house, laid the floors wrong, removed spackling from the ceiling and ruined the brand new floors, then had to lay new ones after they came over and over and over to “clean it up”. I need to make a whole new post for this.

When we had our house fire, we chose to use ServPro. They have been wonderful to us. They have dealt with insurance and guided us through this process. Phillip and Bobby were amazing and very responsive. I had a little trouble at the beginning, mainly because I don’t know how this stuff works. Philip came out and dealt with everything. Bobby made sure the crews were running smoothly and both Philip and Bobby did walks of the house with me. This company is every bit as good as their name.
