2nd time trying this company and AGAIN, problems. Know that when you set up your building with whatever sales rep MAKE SURE it's the way you want it don't let them tell you they can flip the garage doors and walk through when it comes. Totally wrong. We now have a pointless building for 10k. Next time I will pay the extra to go with another company. This must be the "Walmart" quality of buildings.

Great customer service. Adam will bend over backwards to meet your needs every step of the way. He has been a pleasure to do business with and makes you feel like family.

Raymond the sales Rep was great. Patient and allowed me time oner 2 weeks to look at all options. The installer crew was there as promised on the day agreed. They worked amazingly hard 12 hours day for 3 days and installed 2 buildings with garage doors. Looks great.

Well I had two other offers that where cheaper but with ramounds attitude the way he conducted his self and for the company I chosed grizzly And I was impressed that even being sick he still came in and helped me get things done, thank you Raymond.

I had researched steel structures and came across Grizzly Steel Structures at the last minute. I want to call out Joseph Armstrong, he and I had over 40 emails and 10 calls to answer questions I had. He was on top of his game in every aspect. There was nothing I asked that he couldn't answer but also show me the information on his end to back up his answer. I was getting ready to sign with another company and Joseph's knowledge, customer service and proficiency pulled me to his side. Hats off to you Joseph and keep doing what you do, that's providing top notch customer service!!

I had always thought about replacing my regular shed for a metal building. I worked with Joaquin Lopez and he was super polite and very professional. He helped me find the perfect fit for what we have / need! Even the scheduling with Steel Building & Structures was seamless. I highly recommend these guys! From the start I could tell it was going to be great customer service. Joaquin went far and beyond to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible. He was super patient with all the changes and corrections throughout the process. We finally got everything locked down and waiting on the building now! Hands down Adam is the BEST! Not only did he manage to work miracles on things we wanted, he went so far above and beyond in his customer service than is required. There were so many changes to our plans but he made it happen without an ounce of annoyance (I was even annoyed with us lol). We never waited more than a short (few hours maybe) amount of time before we received a call back/message but most times he reached out before we did. Late hours and weekends, Adam was available and in contact with us to make sure our garage was exactly what we wanted! When there was a question he had the answer and the one time it was unclear to him, he found out immediately! This man brainstorms like no other to get you what you want. Aside from all that, he literally saved us tons of money and did it joyfully! If you want an ever present, knowledgeable representative, call ADAM! He even tolerated our crazy senses of humor Thanks Adam, you made everything so friendly, fun and easy!

Hugo our salesman gave us excellent customer service. Was always up to date with all the questions we had an also was very fast and timely mannered. Can not wait for the process to be over and see our big garage we are going to have built.

Got in touch with Joseph over a year ago. We changed designs and styles maybe 30 times. He was always quick to have information for me or change any detail we wanted done. The process was quick and effortless and within 2 weeks of ordering we had our barn built. He was a great rep and Rays crew did a fantastic job building the barn. Definitely recommend.

Sales rep was great and easy to work with. Provided me several options and estimates to help me decide what was best and in budget. If the rest of my experience is as good with this company as it was with the sales rep, i should be in good hands.

I ordered a 45'x25' metal shed and made a $4,000 deposit 10 months ago. Despite completing the foundation two months ago, after enduring several months of dealing with Palm Beach County for permits, I still haven't received any updates about the delivery. Additionally, they subcontract through other builders, making the process even more frustrating.

The process of having a shop installed couldn’t have been easier! Adam was great to work with, found us the best deal and was patient while working with us to finalize last minute details. I’d highly recommend Grizzly and Adam for all your steel building needs!

I’ve read that it is a pain to buy a metal building from many companies but I’m here to tell you that Grizzly Steel Structures was awesome to deal with. I knew what I was looking for and Christian Cabrera made the sale smooth sailing. He never tried to up sale me and he answered all my questions and doubt. My building is not up yet but I will post another review after all is done. Thank you Christian Cabrera for all your help with my steel garage.

Paid deposit on Black Friday then had pad poured an inspected an ready here it is june13 th they won’t schedule our build nor reply very sketchy people !! Been given run around several times that no one could find my order !! They tried call us can’t reach us but no email !! Very poor customer service responses and once we made this issue known was told it was scheduling department issue 30 days after may18 well in 5 days it’s June 13th no reply !!! I would like a phone call from the owner I will be filling a claim at bbb tomorrow then state board for fraud !!! Very unhappy business owner this is our shop !! Well it would be !! Very disappointed

We had the pleasure of purchasing a Grizzly Steel Structure with Mr. Wykeem Lopez in your Mt. Airy office. He was very knowledgeable about what we needed and answered all of our questions in detail. Also, he was very helpful with our inspector and the county requirements in our area. Mr. Lopez was very patient with us during this process since we were new bees to this type of process. We saw a building that had been set up and decided to get one from grizzly ourselves. My husband has been a carpenter all his life, building million dollar houses, so he knows good quality workman ship. He can always find flaws but couldn’t find any in the building we saw. When we talked to the salesman who helped us with color , size etc.was so very knowledgeable. We’ve had many phone conversations and if we had questions he helped us and had answers in a timely manner. We will share with others about our experience and recommend Grizzly for garages and other buildings.. Grizzly’s onsite installation crews are the best and very professional. Work was completed in 5 days with rain every day. There was one panel of sheet metal short , the crew informed us an put another color up and we called Hugo at Grizzly and told him about it. We were put on the schedule to have it replaced and it was completed in 2 weeks. The company was so great to not take our last installment until the building was complete. I that says a lot about the Grizzly’s customer service.

Worked with Joaquin Lopez for the last month or two on getting a building squared away. Being a big task and a nice chunk of change, I was pretty hesitant but Joaquin is very knowledgeable, thorough and made the process pretty painless. We started designing our building in January. Our salesman Adam was absolutely awesome working with. We had our design but changed it several timess during the process. Adam was wonderful and very patient with us and also suggested a few things. The building got here on Sunday the 12th on Mother's day and got finished May 14th. The guys who put the building up we're here at 7 am and stayed until around 8. There were 4 of them and they were very polite, focused and worked very well together. We are very happy with the purchase and our building. We want to thank Adam Martin for all he has done it was an absolute pleasure working with him. Also the 4 men who put up our building, thank you guys I will highly recommend you.

Adam at Grizzly was AWESOME to work with I ordered the building he told me let them know when I had my concrete ready so I did and they said 4 to 6 weeks and they called the next day and said we can be there next week I said awesome I am ready. I highly recommend Grizzly Steel Structures and Adam they was amazing to work with and best pricing on the market if you want vertical sides and wainscot.

I had been looking at A LOT of metal garage companies. Once I started my search my FaceBook and every other internet source flooded me with solicitations and ads.

I must have reached out to dozens right off the bat. The prices were all over the place; some were lower and some ridiculously higher. SERVICE, however, always has MORE VALUE!

Joseph absolutely killed it and after only a few quick replies I knew I had found the right place, and right person to deal with. He’s been tremendously responsive, not pushy, but responsive with ideas, suggestions and answered all my questions and frequent changes due to an overbearing HOA and permit requirements.

I can’t say enough of the great service Joseph has continued to provide. I’ll update with photos once the project is complete.

I would give negative stars if possible. We contacted them to build our building. We agreed on a price and the deposit was paid in less than 24 hrs. Zero communication from this "company". It's extremely shady when you purchase a building from Grizzly Steel Structures but yet you are asked to schedule through NC Carports. The people in the office at NC Carports are extremely hateful and even less helpful. You only get updates (50% of the time) when you call over and over for weeks asking for any information about install time frame, current status, where to send site pictures etc. They finally scheduled the "install" for 11/30. They were a no call, no show. They were supposed to arrive "before 12pm". At 3pm I called and texted multiple times the sales representative and NC Carports. I was then told "oh they'll be there tomorrow between 8-10am". 12/1 and again the crew was a no call, no show. I called NC Carports again and texted the sales representative at 11 am (an hour after the quoted time frame to accommodate for delaya) again. I was then told "the crew is delayed due to weather". It rained on 12/1 for approximately 20 minutes for the first time in over 4 weeks. The weather excuse was just that, and excuse. The sales rep assured me, "don't worry they are definitely coming today." By 5pm there had been zero updates from Grizzly Steel Structures or NC Carports or the salesman. I then texted and told the salesman that the crew again was a no call, no show and I have been home all day. I was then told by the salesman that the crew will be on site but since it'll be dark in approximately 20ish minutes they won't be able to do any work because they don't bring lights. Even then the crew still did not show up or contact us. The crew showed up at 8:15 am the next morning. None of them spoke English. One crew member got out of the truck, looked at our site, said "it no level" and left less than 10 minutes later. We paid over $500 to have the site leveled and it was done with skid steers etc to make sure the site was ready. The site had also been approved by NC Carports 5.5 weeks previously, so why schedule and install if the site wasn't level? We have not heard from Grizzly Steel Structures, NC Carports or the salesman since 12/2/23. We are now in a legal battle because I asked them to make it right and return my deposit and we would part ways without any issues. At this point it's theft of services and they are ignoring the BBB and my attorney. Please beware that these people/business is beyond shady and apparently we're not the only people that have had their money stolen by them.

Joe Armstrong did an excellent job helping me to plan my building. He was extremely knowledgeable with his product. He had to make many changes as we went along as I always had something different that I wanted to do. He did this not knowing if he was going to get sale or not. I would highly recommend Joe and
Grizzly for the planning portion. I am excited to have my building ready .Thanks Joe

I purchased an 24x30 12ft tall steel building from Pedro. I did this completely only using a Facebook ad. I received a quote, paid my deposit and waited until I was ready with my slab. Once I told them I was ready,, it went very quick. The building was completed in one day. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Grizzly Steel Structures!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a timber farm tract in Yadkin County NC. We were in need of a metal shop building and shelter for our equipment. A friend in SC recommended Grizzly Steel Structures as they had purchased one last year. Evan at Grizzly in Mt Airy NC helped us through the whole process to insure that we understood what they offered. He tailor fit a shop and shelter covering all the features, benefits, and accessories that we might need for our purposes. They also were able to help us connect with a concrete contractor to expedite our building construction. We will have the building set up and completed within a few weeks. I highly recommend Evan and Grizzly Steel Structures. Once completed I will update this review and hopefully add some photos.

Evan was our sales associate and was very knowledgeable about the entire process down to how the product is secured and the types of customizations that we needed to make for our building. Window trim and siding around looks like elementary school children installed. Asking rain water to come inside. I sent pictures and manager Erik rosas said it was beyond their scope of duty, that I should deal with it. My contract states black trim. Took 2 weeks of being ignored to finally get that response. Definitely advise against doing business with. Can not be trusted.

I just had a 30x40 building put up, this was the easiest build experience we’ve had. The crew came in and 1 1/2 days later and I have a a beautiful shop. The building crew was great, Bless Eric for putting up with me and my changes and the women who kept me informed along the way. They have great communication and do what they said they would.

I ordered a 25x28 metal garage recently and Alex was awesome to work with. He was responsive, helpful, and very patient with my wife and I as we were deciding on what we wanted our building to look like. We got our building installed ahead of schedule and we are very happy with the quality and the appearance.

My son and daughter in law purchased a new Garage for install in Tennessee - once the concrete Pad was ready - called Grizzly Steel structures to schedule install. The salesman that originally sold them the Garage was no longer employed there. My son called and asked again when they could get Garage installed. They were advised two more customers were needed in Tennessee before they could make the Trek out to Tennessee. No Luck - they are out $6000.00 for a deposit and no good will towards a refund. Not looking for a total refund but at least half. Next step is contacting the Credit Card company. Then the BBB, if nothing happens then I will call on Social Media for Support. Thank Alex" I have taken my review from 5 stars to 4, and here are my reasons. The wind rating on the building sold to me did not meet the requirement for my county (I felt Grizzly should know this)
The installers tried to deviate from the blue prints in multiple areas anchor bolt lengths and garage door headers were the big areas. Erik the "shop manager" did his best to gaslight me into explaining away blueprint issues. The collective steel building business is broken down by Sellers, Suppliers and installers with each being a separate entity (limit liability and blame), Grizzly is no different as my final payment is made to 5 star Steel. Questions I should have asked? 1. Does the building have base trim?(it does not)but I'm sure it could have If I had known 2. Nail down a completion date in the contract as they will hold you to a steel lock in price on a set timeline. 3. If I had not been watching the build and in the construction industry they would have slipped 3 inspection failing items past me. (Short anchors, no header, and an undersized truss brace) Overall, a good building at a good price. 24x40x12 permitted on a a concrete slab in coastal NC.

This company hit it out of the park for us. We shopped around a long time and we are SO happy with our choice. Ed went WAAAAAY above and beyond to make sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for more. Fantastic job!!
