After a water leak from our dishwasher our insurance company recommended Servpro of Mt. Airy. They came quickly, were very professional and got the job done. They recommended taking out our cabinets which we did not want. Our cabinets are custom-made oak. They worked to get them dryed out without hurting the cabinets in anyway. We highly recommend Servpro of Mt. Airy and would definitely call them if we need this type of service in the future.

We had a house fire Easter morning. Monday I spoke with Servpro and was immediately phoned back with from their project manager Cameron. He showed up Tuesday, reassured my family all will be taken care of. Took the time to go through all the details of the process and listened to all my concerns. The follow Monday morning his team was on site, collecting all of our items that were savable and categorized everything that wasn’t. Cleaning our house from top to bottom. Removing all the damaged areas of the house and sealing it off from the elements. 5 days later our house was ready for reconstruction. We have chosen to work with Servpro for our reconstruction process as well. They were ahead of the game. Calling before the demo was done to get a game plan. Will update after the reconstruction. All and all the Servpro team has been nothing less but amazing. They turned our worse nightmare into a piece of mind.

I had a horrible mess in my bedroom. Half of my ceiling just fell down. I had no water damage or anything like that. I have blown in insulation. It was EVERYWHERE! I thought there was no way that room could ever be cleaned up! I contacted ServePro. Cameron came out to evaluate and take pictures. The staff at ServePro are superior!!!! Every single piece of everything was cleaned to perfection! It was then either packed in a box or wrapped in plastic wrap especially the furniture. They are so very professional, detailed, caring, and do a superb job! I am totally pleased!!! What a great crew! The great crew I had to clean was Cameron, John, Ramey, Alex, Brady, Daisy, Maria, Victoria, Minnie, and Chela. We experienced a water leak damage the night before Christmas Eve, after calling our insurance company, they suggested we call our local Servpro in Pilot Mtn. I am so glad we did, Sheri Wagner directed us to Cameron Truban who was awesome from the very first phone call, to the visit to access the damages, very respectful and explained each step and answered all our questions! I was so amazed how fast John Davis and his team removed the damaged materials and had the drying units going in no time, explained and answered all my questions and so respectful to call before each visit to access the project! When my kitchen sink pipe burst and I had water damage that destroyed a huge part of my kitchen and all of my laundry room and food pantry the Awesome Team at Servpro of Mt. Airy have been my saving grace. So far I have worked with Sherry she was my 1st contact when I was totally shook!!! Lol. She eased my mind by letting me know they would help me every step of the way she is Super I can't say enough. The Mitagation team Ramey and Mario have finished up with demo and drying everything out. I haven't dealt with Mario that much but he always has a friendly smile on his face! Ramey, this guy goes above and beyond to help you with anything he can. Excellent work! No matter how many questions I had I was always meet with a patient and professional answer. This was the week the nights were down in the low teens Ramey brought heaters up and put under my home to protect the pipes since reinstalling the insallation wasn't finished yet. Now I am starting to work with Ashley on the fun part of picking out remodel materials! Actually tomorrow will be our 1st day working on this but I am confident she will be just as Awesome! After an insurance claim for water damage to our flooring from a dishwasher, our agent sent SERVPRO for remediation. Cameron and his team were very quick to respond. They showed up on time to demo the floor and had a crew who carefully packed up and wrapped everything from our living and dining rooms so it could all be moved to other parts of the house. They were very courteous and professional and came back at our convenience once new flooring was installed to restore everything to its proper place. I can’t recommend Servpro highly enough when a water pipe burst in my mother-in-law’s basement leaving 8 inches of water on a Sunday morning. She was in total panic. thankful Servpro came to the rescue despite it being a weekend their team arrive promptly that morning and had the basement completely free of water by 1 PM

We lost part of our roof from a storm that went through our area, not just the shingles, but plywood and all. We live in a three story house with wood ceilings and floors. It was literaly raining in our house, water was running down the walls. It was so bad that water went from the top floor all the way to the basment. We called different contractors to put a tarp on the roof until we could get the roof repaired, Servpro was the only one that said they could come right away. They knew that time was of the essence and were here the next morning. They worked till late in the evening tarping the roof and drying out our house. We had no power due to the storm, so they brought generators to run equpment they put on the wood floors to dry them, took the baseboard off, drilled holes to blow heat in the walls to dry them out, etc. They continued to come back everyday, weekends included, for over 7 days to put gas in the generators and to check on everything. They coud not have been more curtious and caring, they SAVED our house.

The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They to our money and we don't know when the job will be finished. We were told the process would take 6 to 8 weeks. 15 weeks later and no end in sight. Meanwhile me 94 year old mother is still homeless but servpro took her money.

I am so thankful for the new flooring. The carpet is beautiful and matches my walls really good. The hardwood in my bedroom matches my furniture really good too. I have to brag on Robert Hawks!!! He is a super worker!!! If I needed anything he was there to fix it or get it back to its original condition or better. His mannerism and work habits were awesome! I cannot complain about the work. When the workers came they gave 100 percent to the job. My only concern was it took so long for the office to get things worked out with my home owners insurance and then to get the work done. Many days I was told workers were coming but they never came. Ashley Marsh became my helper. I could call her and she got right on top of what was happening and then getting back in touch with me. SERVPRO continues to impress me. I have just completed the rehab portion of my water damage in the basement of my home. Wow ASHLEY at the SERVPRO office in Mount Airy was fantastic!!! I am a retired banker, with over 40 years lending experience. I know what excellent customer service is. I have never been as impressed with the way I was treated as I was with the service that Ashley provided for me. She constantly stayed in touch with me With weekly emails or phone conversations regarding the status. (I am about 3 1/2 hours away from the damage property, so communication was extremely critical.) ASHLEY kept me informed of current status what had been completed and what was scheduled for completion the following week. She made suggestions to me on ways that I might possibly improve the rehab and save cost. She also dealt with the adjusters and insurance company directly on my behalf. I have never been treated as well in a business relationship as I was by ASHLEY in her involvement in my insurance claim. ServePro (Robert) was fantastic. He came out and assessed all the water damage cleaned out basement and set up about 18 fans in order to dry out the flood we had after the water heater busted a pipe. He met with our Allstate claims adjuster and they will come up with a plan to fix anymore damage that was caused by the water. I could not have been happier than what they did after the flooded basement happened!

Our fire occurred Saturday morning December 30, '23.
Servpro's crew showed up the very next day. A Sunday! The service only got better from there. What at first appeared to be a small fire turned out to be much more extensive than it looked.
All of Servpro's crews- Clean-up, water and smoke mitigation, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, drywall and painters did an excellent job. They were efficient and very polite. They showed up when they said they would. They listened to my concerns and kept us informed every step of the way.
I am a retired contractor and I know good work when I see it. Servpro puts the "Pro" in pro. They are good enough I would hire them to build anything, anytime even if wasn't a "disaster" repair.

Same day service in Mt. Airy, within a hour or so of calling. John and Conrad were really helpful and answered all of my many questions. They showed up faster than expected and even helped me clean out the area in which they needed to work. My kid is really sensitive to loud sounds, and they let me know every time they had to turn on a drill, and before placing the fans and dehumidifier, which are loud. John came by to check equipment the next day and patiently answered more questions and reassured me that everything was progressing as it should be. Both John and Conrad were patient, personable, and knowledgeable.

All I can say is wow, rarely do I find a company that actually cares so personally for its customers. We had serious pet dander issues left over from a previous owner that caused serious allergies for my wife, it was awful. John and Caleb were very courteous, efficient and concerned for our well being and understanding while doing the work in our home. They were happy to answer all our questions. Worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. Trust me this was no easy task as the ducts and vents had not been cleaned in a very long time, if at all. It was a huge mess in our basement caused by an oil burning furnace, black soot embedded into the cement floor. I had one of the worst spills you could ever have in a car on Saturday 11/4, I had a total of 10 gallons (2 buckets) of chicken stew riding in my back seat and showed up to my destination with only 5 gallons inside of a bucket, the other 5 had turned over and had emptied out completely after I turned at a stop sign 5 minutes from where I was going. Thankfully someone knew just who to call and they were out there in their quoted time of an hour! He got right to work when and you would never even know that it happened now! 10/10 recommend this company to anyone in need of this service!!

We met under unfortunate circumstances of a small kitchen fire, (no injuries) I'm so pleased with everything I cannot believe how well it all turned out.
The fire had affected more than what I was focused on and they explained the processes and the overall game plan to tackle the job ahead. They kept us informed every step of the way, made adjustments as necessary cleaned floors, walls ceilings, linens, cleaned the air with huge hepa filters, cleaned out the hvac system.

After experiencing a flooded kitchen from a faulty dishwasher hose, my husband and I called ServPro to help us in drying out our indoor pool of a kitchen. Two ServPro representatives were swiftly dispatched, and we were soon introduced to Conrad and Holden. These two men formed the perfect team. They were professional, courteous and diligent and as my husband and I had many questions regarding the arduous task of water removal, Holden and Conrad were each quick with their knowledgeable responses and took their time in explaining the process as they worked. Not only was the waterlogged flooring removed, but by the end of the day, the floors were free of debris and Conrad even made a special trip back inside the kitchen to hammer down 3 nail heads, on the chance that we might snag a sock on them. Industrial size fans and a dehumidifier were brought in to assist the drying out process, and our floors were completely dried out and ready to be rebuilt within just three days.

Well sometime during the night of May 25th 2023 a pipe busted in our 2nd story bathroom. I woke up the morning of May 26th to my daughter yelling for me. I rushed downstairs to find about 1” of water all over my living room and foyer floors.

Water was pouring through the 1st floor ceiling at about the rate my tub runs water. When I rushed to the shutoff valve in the crawl space the water was rushing into the crawl space at the same rate. To make this disaster even better, we were leaving to Florida that evening by plane, and I spent the time till we had to leave soaking up water in towels and cutting the ceiling out to try to get a shut off valve for the second floor so I could restore water to the 1st floor for my other daughter to have water in some of the house until we returned from Florida. We were sick and scared of the unknown damage. My wife called the insurance company from her work and they advised to try to get a mitigation service to the house to prevent as much damage as possible. She spoke with Servpro of Mt. Airy, NC.

First let me say, when we returned from our trip, Servpro had opened up the ceilings, walls, and had floor dryers and humidifiers going. They did a wonderful job at preventing damage to the rest of the house. The workers were very professional and used devices to check the moister level of everything to make sure the damage didn’t spread. Mold had started in a small area, but they eliminated it. They stayed in touch with us, every day, while on our trip and once home. They also worked closely with our insurance adjuster.

I know now, unfortunately, what others with major water damage have went through. But, with Servpro Mt. Airy, they helped easy my concerns and were great to deal with.

I hope no one else has water damage like we did, but if you do I would definitely recommend Servpro of Mt. Airy, NC!!!

After 11 days of vacation we came home to our house completely destroyed by 90,000 gallons of water from an upstairs toilet that bust.
After calling State Farm, Andrew from ServPro Mt. Airy NC, was there within a matter a couple hours.
Three weeks later the property was stripped and cleaned and dried to perfection. Which is impressive given they had to pump over 8000 gallons from the basement alone.
Couldn't recommend them more highly. And will call on them in the future for any projects I have.

We had a leak in Oct 2022, and insurance directed us to ServPro. They did dry things out, but after that it went downhill. I could never get anyone up to do the repairs. 9 months later and our floor still still looks like that this. Its a small job, not sure why they couldnt get it done. I had to finally drive to Mount Airy twice before i got a response from an owner, James. They finally got the tub reset. But they never would schedule a time to come out and finish the floor. Whats more, ive since learned they reset the tub before putting the tile under it. Low quality project management and poor customer communication. No word since February.

Had an excellent experience with Servpro. Great service and people. I returned home after a family Christmas gathering to find pipes had burst due to the rolling power outage. Had a lot of water damage. They took care of all the repairs, and I even contracted them for a few extra electrical and painting jobs. Jacob was my point of contact. He was awesome and provided very professional service. I’d gladly use Servpro again.

Our basement flooded on Christmas Day. ServPro did the mitigation and the reconstruction. They were responsive, communicative and quick! We couldn’t be happier with Jacob Kelly and his team!

My 89 yr old mother had 2 incidents in one month. An upstairs commode developed a hairline crack that grew and spilled water upstairs and down through 2 bedrooms and hall below. I was fortunate to be given Servpro's number in Mt. airy and they came right away. They took out everything wet including walls, ceilings, and floor coverings and packed away all the contents into a pod. They were careful with her things, even finding loose money she did not know about and bringing it to her. Three weeks later a phone line got thrown onto the hot power line by wind and energized the wire coming into the house and causing a fire with a gas line coming in nearby, which caused a wall a window to blaze. Servpro came and got rid of the smoke damage and debris. Because they have been good to their word and reliable, which we highly value in a business, we have chosen them to do our restoration work with their construction crew. James, Mike, Andrew and Sherri have been excellent to work with and helped us negotiate the maze in getting the insurance adjusters to respond as they should. This should be your first call after any type of disaster at your home to minimize and replace anything damaged.

Above was my review on them until January 2023, when we needed them to come finish the restoration portion of the job. They would not come back for over a month, and would not show up to finish for weeks at a time and they changed offices and responsibilities within their company. We.had all new people to deal with. We were highly disappointed with how long they took to finish the job. The last thing was to empty the pod that held my mother's bedroom furniture and boxes of her clothing and other things on the wall. At one point in time they refused to empty it. But later applied for more insurance money to pay for someone to empty the pod. We hired other people to empty it in July of this year when the check came. For restoration work I would give them a "D" grade for their work.
