A pine tree fell across my house during a storm. Derek Allen, the project mgr and Renzo Alva, the contractor, did a great job getting my home back to the way it was. The chimney was taken down, the roof and dormer rebuilt and new shingles for the roof. New window which was broken out was replaced in the living room. A new ramp was built and damaged rooms painted and new carpet added. A professional job and I appreciate all the hard work. I would recommend RestorePro to anyone. Thanks Derek and Renzo and all your workers!!

Had to deal with a water damage issue at my mother's house where an unfortunate toilet overflow caused the parquet floor in the bedroom to buckle up. Yikes! A lifelong renter myself, I had no idea how to deal with homeowners insurance, getting the floor fixed, etc. Luckily, the insurance company had a recommendation -- RestorePro Reconstruction. From the first call and the first person I spoke to (Jayden) to the men who actually did the work (Alan and his co-worker), I could not have asked for a better company to take me through the process of getting the floor fixed. These are professionals! Kayla Squires, the Client Care Coordinator, was in contact with me the whole way, letting me know what was happening at every turn. Ryan Troutman (my project manager, always on top of everything), Shawn (the estimator), and the man who came out to check the project after the initial assessment (re-estimator?) were professional, on-time and made everything so easy for me. RestorePro team, I can't thank you enough. I hope I never need you again, but if I do, you are my first call!

In the beginning it was confusing to deal with my insurance company and the various people at Restore Pro but once the people at Restore Pro understood my frustration they took oover and made the process much easier. The came when they said they would and took care of the clean up and drying of the damage. They are diligent in trying to find the types of pieces that I need to finish the job. So far I am pleased with the process.

My experience with this company was extremely positive. Everyone on the team was very helpful and diligent. However, there is one person I need to thank and provide acknowledgment to: Anthony, project manager, or as I call him, Saint Anthony! All restorations are urgent and stressful but I had one difference: my elderly mother was on hospice and not doing well; she lived with me so it was vital to efficiently and professionally move the project along. Every setback, every twist I could call St. Anthony and he would get right on the issue and call me back with information, timelines, etc. Anthony was very patient with me and not condescending at all. He exceeded in my expectations and listened if I had a concern or inquiry. It is not easy for a person to meet my standards, and yes to exceed them: 44 years as a healthcare manager, 34 years as an inspector left me with few illusions. Please know this young man is a shining star for your organization and a dedicated team member to the Quality Assurance principles that ALL business models should endeavor to implement.
