Always a good experience. Last trip Archie sharpened my chainsaw. Top quality work. Mike and the rest of the crew are always helpful finding items or even suggesting alternate solutions.

Very clean and organised store. The associates are knowledgeable and willing to help even when the store is busy. They actually know the differences betwixt a screwdriver and a sasquatch. I can't say the same for many at big box stores whereas associates are specifically trained in the ancient art of saying "I don't know".

I've seen and brought items for my home and will continue to be a Ace customer, as a matter of fact I have a couple of other items to consider getting there soon!

I usually shop online for most items. However, when I needed immediate assistance in selecting and purchasing the correct replacement part for an RV, ASAP, I immediately contacted my local ACE Hardware store for assistance. I must say that my family and I are very grateful for the knowledgeable and friendly customer service provided by ACE's associates. We got the correct part in time for a family getaway. Exceptional service like this can not be found online!

Prices are a little high. I paid $75 for a 3ft by 5 ft sheet of plexiglass but the service was excellent and I was pleased with the overall visit.

Hometown feel with great customer support. Real southern charm. The larger one is just as nice. Great for small project and tools. Beats lowes any day....
