Simpson Ace Hardware

I love the timely checkout service. Someone is always at the cash register(s). Thanks for your readiness to assist and help a regular customer like myself.

If you haven't visited one of Simpsons Ace hardware stores differently check them out. They remind me of the older hardware stores not like the Big box stores. Trying to find a part or PCs you may have better Luck here. And if you get a chance go visit the Big store in Sumter. They have so much there, from hunting,fishing to holiday items to all kinds of clothing. I was amazed and I think you will be also. I usually visit the Manning store, great people and will help you find what you are looking for.

I love shopping at Ace Hardware stores because the customer service is outstanding. When you walk in the store, you are greeted, you are asked if you need help in finding a particular item(s).
If you don't find what you need, asking an assistant is no problem at all. Not only do they assist you, they walk you to the isle as to where the product is located.
On this trip, the assistant even showed me how to use the item I purchased, took it to the counter for me, waited
to assure i had no problem with my point of sale on the merchandise!! Awesome service!!

So went into the Pinewood store they have an older gentleman who works in the back. Asking for help he is on his phone he says wait I'm on the phone. WHAT I thought I was the customer and you are working, I have to wait till you complete Your call. REALLY!!!!!

Definitely has the local touch to it. All the employees are super helpful and can lead you the right way

Best hardware store ever! Employees are very helpful in finding plumbing PVC connectors, electrical boxes, and garden items. Definitely a 5 Star store.

Love Simpson's hardware in Sumter, SC. I have family there and when visiting, I always go to Simpson's on Westmark?? Friendly staff, and a lot more than hardware. That is what makes this store special. Worth a visit when you're in the area

Always willing to help friendly people. Not as cheap as lowes but the attention to the customers makes up for it

The got tools and tape. While I'd say their products are cheap. They hold the test of time. My plunger has done its fair share of fixing what I've done, and it still up and works.

I always have a good experience when I shop at ACE. I always find what I need; it's like a "one stop" store. Assistance is always offered.
