Our time with the sales representative, Jeremy Holmes, was extremely good. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We also were impressed by the quality of the product and service. In addition, the number of ways the company worked to offer various financial options was also impressive! We would highly recommend this service.

I had made an appointment with them to change 2 windows of my house. They did not show up to the first appointment so I went with another company. They had called me the next day and asked if can come again and to give an estimate and I agreed! This time they did show up but Ultimately we decided to go with the other company. They keep spamming my phone with calls, asking to come again and give us a different price. I’ve had to block several numbers of theirs but their STILL calling me from different numbers. Not a great experience!

They came out and redid our shower in our main bathroom and did an excellent job Abel Garzon did an excellent job of explaining everything to us and gave us a fantastic price

Very informative, answers all questions, have wanted the siding and trim replaced for years, excited to see the finished results!

I had a $6,800 bid on my roof - a 1,000 sqft Gable end. That number is the ballpark for my roofing project. DaBella came out (a kid who knew nothing and just denigrated all the other roofing companies) and dropped me a $30,000 bid..! For 1,000 sqft house! Needless to say, I do not recommend this company. Waste of time...

Joseph was amazing. With us every step of the way. When something went wrong at no fault of ours DaBella took responsibility and made things right with little hassle or effort on our part. Beautiful product, amazing service!

Esau came and showed us the issues with our windows and gave us a great deal on our new Windows.

I have had the best experience with DaBella. It started with a Russ who stopped by my home and told me all about DaBella. Harley and Starry came to look at my roof and give me an estimate. They were very professional took pictures and measurements. When we sat down to talk about the roof replacement again they were very professional. I even gave them a very hard time, joking of course. I am very excited to say I am getting a brand new roof, and they are running a special right now, so I am also getting free rain gutters. I just want to say thank you and I am very excited for you to get started.

Jeremy did a really good job at explaining everything about the windows to me! He helped me find exactly what I wanted! I would recommend him to anyone!

My parents had their re-roofing contracted out to Champion Roofing by these overpriced clowns. The company broke a window, left materials on the roof, including an unopened package of shingles, bent a lawn ornament and left their drug paraphernalia in their driveway. My parents refused to sign the job completion paperwork until the job was actually complete and their window fixed. Upset by this, DaBella sent out one of their reps, showing up to their house in his $100k+ BMW and trying to convince to me sign the completion paperwork for them. When I refused, he then shows up at my dad's work to try and do the same.

The window was ultimately fixed by a third- party, but the roofing company tried to charge my parents $800 for 6 sheets of sheathing to cover their cost of fixing the window. I fixed their lawn ornament and also carried down the extra materials left on the roof. We still find nails in the grass and there are still old shingles on top of their patio cover that they never cleaned up. An absolute disgrace of a company that hires even more disgraceful contractors. It'd be 0 stars if it were possible.

You would have been better off not responding rather than using those excuses. I'll be sure to secure my windows next time before roof work starts ‍♂️

And what's your definition of "temporarily" because those scraps in the picture are still there after a year and the package of shingles were up there for a month after the job was done.

I noticed no comment about overpricing materials to cover the cost of window damage or leaving Marijuana packaging in their driveway.

Harley and starry were amazing representives for Dabella! Worked so hard to get me numbers but my mom wasn’t ready! They did fantastic overall and fought so hard to get to where we were needing to be!

EDIT: 24 hours after my below review we had the sales team arrive. To make this short they were incredibly pushy, one was, would NOT take “give me some time to go through my finances” for an answer, wanted a yes and when told “no” tried to get you to say yes and sign a contract, would not leave until law enforcement was threatened, sat in vehicles in front of house and re-approached home, when they got no answer they went around house to back, LAW ENFORCEMENT CALLED AND PHOTOS GIVEN TO LAW ENFORCEMENT. In short be wary of the sales people, they are high pressure and pushy and target elderly in my opinion. Advised to contact business and have them trespassed by LEO, be careful if you’re older they will not give up until you’re under contract. Oh and they quoted $49,000 for 10 windows

I have NOT had work performed by this company I have only set up a no obligation consultation through one of the lead generators who walks around the neighborhood.

As she was almost ready to pass out from the heat we called Jaycee over and offered her a Gatorade. We spent almost an hour with her learning who she is what she does and what brought her to us, she DID NOT approach us we approached her, we asked for a lead to be generated she was non pressure just informative. If you have the chance too go through Daniella I highly HIGHLY recommend you speak to Jaycee she is amazing kind and courteous and could use the support, this girl will go places, love ya girl

From start to finish, my experience with DeBella Roofing was nothing short of exceptional. Esau, the agent who helped write up the contract, was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible. He took the time to understand my needs and worked with me to ensure both the pricing and the project timeline aligned perfectly with my budget and schedule.

Had a professional quote done by Jeremy. Products appear to be high quality and while I am still considering all possible options for window replacements I appreciate the good sales experience.

I must say what a killer job these guys did to my home. They went above and beyond with my new GAF roof and my new James Hardie fiber cement siding. I couldn’t be any happier and I highly recommend Dabella from the Tri Cities office and make sure to ask for Mike to help you with any new project you may have. I give you all 10 Stars ⭐️

UPDATED REVIEW: I am leaving the original review above, but I want to update my review to reflect on my experience with DaBella.

As stated, the representative Abel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The product seemed very high quality, and the roofing system seemed excellent. However, I was required to give two reviews to receive the ‘lowest’ quote. That is not an honest way to get reviews. At the time, I did so because after starting my quote extremely high and dropping it to almost $17K less, I thought I was getting an excellent deal. However, as the representative knew, I had no prior experience with roofing contractors, companies, quotes, or products.

The sales pitch was long, and when I expressed multiple times that I was not comfortable moving forward today, the sales pitch continued, using very well-trained tactics in persuasion, including dropping the price. After signing the contract, the representative left, and I did more research into the company. The persuasive, must sign today, lowering the price sales tactic has been experienced by many people. However, I found those reviews on Reddit, not the mainstream sources that the representative stated I must post my review on.

I immediately regretted my decision and sent an email to the representative, enacting the notice of cancellation (not something they say you can do to cancel, but I wanted to cover all my bases). I faxed and mailed a certified letter terminating my contract. The next day, the representative returned (we had a prior appointment to finalize financing information) to follow up. He, again, was very friendly and wanted to know my take on the situation, and I made it very clear I was not proceeding. He listened and was receptive. He then let me know that the company would follow up with me to audit the situation, and I happily agreed to share my opinion on their sales tactics.

DaBella’s contractors and services may be exceptional. But they should let their product and “excellent’ quotes speak for themselves. They should encourage homeowners to seek other quotes (something I told the representative I planned on acquiring). I encourage all homeowners to research all companies doing work on their homes and get multiple quotes to compare prices and products. And I encourage DaBella to stop pressuring homeowners to sign that day, give their excellent presentation, show their top-quality product, give one quote, their best one, and then let the homeowner decide to proceed.

We had a leak in our roof, and Abel Garzon came by to take a look and give us a quote. He was super nice, respectful, and helpful. He did his best to get us the best deal he could. Abel gave us a lot of clear and knowledgeable information about our roof, and he showed us a lot of options on what we could have. Unfortunately, we didn't end up taking the deal because we had a prior agreement with another contractor. However, he gave us such a great experience, that we are planning to contact DaBella with our next project!

Jose Vallejo had extremely great customer service when presenting to me what Dabella could do for me. I have been searching for fair prices on new roofing and windows and he was able to break it down for me. When I decide to move forward with my home repairs I will be calling on Jose to help me.

I had the pleasure of working with Garrett. He was very professional and approachable. He listened to all of my concerns.

Joey and Ben were pretty great, have personally witnessed a few demonstrations and negotiations in my life, and this one was pretty smooth. We haven't seen the end results, however off to a flying start
