I would not suggest anyone use the services from this company. Most of these reviews are for the business before the change in management. The new owner is notoriously profane, physically aggressive, and kicked a dog in the face while laughing about it. There are other, much better choices in the area.

Mike and his company came in and did a wonderful job on my smaller roof.
The roofers were very nice and professional. And they worked hard to keep the mess to a minimum.
In the end I was so pleased I could not give them enough praise and thanks.

My roof turned out great they were very responsive to my needs on getting it done for a sale. The quality of work was great and their speed to finish the job was amazing!

After trying to contact multiple outfits to have my roof redone, I was losing steam after numerous no-call backs and booked out companies not even wanting to consider my small home. That is until we got ahold of Mike with Renaissance. Picked up phone immediately and after discussing the work I needed done, Mike sent an estimate same day based on the measurements of the home. Although he too was booked out a month or so he made very clear that him and his roofers would absolutely love to have our business and make sure our home was secure this winter (especially after a leaking incident from “Snomageddon” last year) once the time came, his roofers arrived promptly and on-time with a smile on their faces and professional demeanor. The job ended up being a two day job, one to remove and the other to reapply. During that time, multiple issues from the last “roof job” came to light as well as the need to replace the actual deck from deterioration due to the leak. Mike came right out to explain the situation and discuss the options for righting the problem. Always a nice feeling when you talk to a salesman in any business and know that they are truly doing everything in their power to make your experience easy and right the situation without trying to gouge you in the process. After agreeing to the extra work they did what was necessary and completed the job in a timely manner. Wasn’t much concerned with the extra work being done but more so that it was being done right. I was pleasantly surprised to find the end quote for the job was well under what I projected. Long story short, I will continue to recommend Mike and his awesome crew to friends, family and anyone who needs work done. Look no further than these guys.

I chose to use Renaissance Roofing because Mike Stone was of the very few that actually responded and wanted my business. Pricing was fair and they were on time every day. I think some of the crew were beginners in roofing but it appeared they were supervised so no problem. If I had any problem it was that the cleanup could have been better. Lots of shingle cuttings in the bushes and staples all around. But overall I am happy with their work.

I needed my roof replaced on my awning. I found Renaissance Roofing from a reference from our realtor. I'm glad I chose them, I had poor ventilation causing condensation and the roof wasn't roofed the correct way for having such a low pitch. The guys at Renaissance were very busy but we're able to fit us in and had it done within a week. I'm very impressed with work. They were very professional, educational and friendly. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Nothing but GREAT experience with this company, Mike Stone owner of Renaissance is one hell of a businessman, very professional. I would score this company 10 stars if it was available. I live in Seattle and I'm 4 hours plus from Kennewick where my rental property is located, I looked up this company via google and when all reviews except for one showed high stars, I figured why not try them out. At the beginning, I felt nervous and worried hiring a contractor 4 hours away without some type of oversight every now and then, but I figured I meet with Mike and see how he will handle this job with such a unique situation. When I met with Mike in Kennewick and walked the job with him, he was very thorough and detail oriented person and touched on critical items. He walked me through it from start to finish, so I felt very relieved and comfortable with him taking this project on. He explained things in details, didn't propose any new work that wasn't needed like other contractors I spoke to offered and did for the money, he didn't agree on things I thought it was needed to be done with my limited experience to roof work, even though its extra money for his pocket, what an HONEST and UPFRONT person. He showed me Customer Over Profit attitude, great personality. I asked him how will I know about progress, materials, demo work, etc... when I'm 4+ hours away, and he said "I totally understand your fear and discomfort, so what I will do is text you of the date I will start then let the tenant at your property know ahead of time when I will start, then I will text you photos of every phase we go through until the end, i.e. demo work, new materials, new work and install, clean up, etc..". He also mentioned not to pay him until I walk the job with him, which was 2-3 weeks after completion date due to my work schedule and location 4 hours away, WHAT A BUSINESS MAN. After signing the quote over for him to start the work, he sure enough kept his word, such a contractor with integrity, hard to find nowadays. I received multiple photos of every job phase he started until the end then he cleaned up the site and the work looked PERFECT. His crew worked hard and fast and did a GREAT JOB. I made a great decision and you should too, hire Renaissance for your roof work and speak to Mike Stone, you won't regret it, that's my best advise to you. Mike and his crew did an amazing job on re-roofing our old 1979 English Tudor home with a challenging 10/12 pitch roof....very steep. Communication through the job was excellent, price was very reasonable, took great care in keeping the job site clean, and did an excellent job on the final cleanup. Our house looks amazing and would not hesitate in recommending Renaissance for any roofing needs.

Michael Stone helped my daughter get her roof in order after a couple of realtors and the old owner of the house try to swindle her by putting overlay instead of a tear off as agreed in writing. We are more than impressed with Renaissance Roofing! We are in the process of selling our house and needed to replace a couple shingles, fix surface penetration on some more, and make sure our skylights were installed correctly. We chose RR because of the many reviews saying they are honest and friendly; they are! Michael sent out his foreman within the hour, charged us a (very) minimal amount to do said repairs, and they explained exactly what needed to be done and how it would be repaired. We picked Renaissance Roofing because of the great google reviews and we are so glad we did! Highly recommend these guys! We will not be calling anyone else in the future! Mike and his crew did an amazing job, the price was right, they were right on time, got in, got out and got the job done in about 6 hours. The roof looks amazing. This may seem silly but loved that have their own dumpster, so we didn't have to have one brought in, and they cleaned up all of the mess (which wasn't much) around the house. I will and already have recommended Renaissance Roofing to all my friends and family. I'll be a repeat customer but I really don't think I'll need my roof re-done anytime soon, since they did such an amazing job. I can't say enough good things!!!! My mother and I can't say enough about renaissance roofing! We called him and the same day he came right out! And not to mention he fixed it the same day also! Michael Stone from Renaissance Roofing is the guy that you want to go to for all your roofing needs. My husband ended up taking a job that would move us out of state and we had to sell our home very quickly. The inspection came back that we needed a little bit of roofing work done and we weren't prepared to encrew the cost to get it done. Michael came out and did a fabulous job at a price we could afford. He ended up saving us more money by finding errors in another company's quote for work that didn't need to be done that the other guy said did. He truly had my interests in mind & not his pocketbook. He could have "fixed" things that didn't need to be & charged me for it, I would never have known the difference. We were already gone out of state. Mike and his crew were amazing with our roofing needs! Our new roof was a warranty covered roof on a home we had just purchased and the expenses out of pocket expenses were minimal. Mike gave us an out of pocket bid on the highest side possible and through the process found things that he didn't need to replace and never charged us for something we didn't need. Or helping the out of pocket expense be less.Therefore saving us money which meant a lot to us!

He was so friendly and honest, explaining everything to us throughout the process, they worked quickly and efficiently. He kept in contact with both my husband and I giving us updates and treating our roof how "he would do his own". You can tell he takes pride in his work and that's important.
